Just ordered a double espresso as they were out of cold brew. What I got was something called Doppio Espresso which in Italian just means double. This though was some sickly sweet syrupy espresso—-I wretched. Totally unexpected. Please warn people if you are just gonna give us coffee flavored candy. We don’t all like that.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON WAITING A LONG TIME. This used to be a good one, but lately a mobile order can take a half hour or more. Three times in a row I have waited at least 10 minutes for a mobile order placed way ahead of time, knowing they are slow to begin with. Its always double whatever wait time is estimated. I am not even going to address the drive-thru because I gave up on it a long time ago (who wants to idle in their car for 20 minutes to wait for coffee?). The other close location at Edens Plaza is much better, they are always ahead of the estimated wait time and super efficient in the mornings.

Staff is not not nice. I just grab my drink and they did not put the chocolate syrup and say sorry to them. Actually, double chocolaty chip Frappuccino serve with mocha syrup on top and I don’t have to say sorry to them. Then I asked them for that they act like I kill their mom. I don’t know that person he or she who wearing glasses. If you don’t want to do about the service job you can looking for other job that match for yourself. SO RUDE!!!!

Just read a review calling this a small Starbucks. Its actually one if the largest in the area and Ive been to them all! Lots of cozy leather seats, a huge table in the middle and small tables everywhere. Plus lots of room to move. Sunny and pleasant, great service. My favorite Starbucks!

They always greet me when I arrive and thank me when I leave when I come inside. The staff in drive thru speak to me at length and make conversation which is nice. The cafe is always clean and cool.

Just purchased $10 worth of coffee from this location and asked if they would kindly throw away my two Starbucks iced coffee glass bottles and was told we do not accept outside trash. (Even after I pointed out these were Starbucks brand) Great customer service 👍👍

When there’s a Power Outage and You need a Coffee, Milk and some basic Food, You always can count on Starbucks. The Service is fast ( Drive-Through+Store), the Staff is super-friendly and efficient, it is just a great Experience!!

This is not my normal Starbucks, but I was in the area with time to kill, so I visited. First problem: that parking lot is awful. I lucked into the last spot available, and that was at 3pm--not during morning or lunch rush. The parking lot is also oddly shaped and can be hard to navigate if youre trying to park and someone else is trying to leave.Inside, its a typical smaller-sized Starbucks. I was able to find seating easily and they werent out of the food I wanted. The employees were friendly and efficient, and my order was correct and tasty.

Rude employees who dont know how to do the basics of their job. I was told they couldnt figure out the credit card machine and if I didnt figure it out myself they wouldnt serve me. Luckily Im the GM at a restaurant downtown Chicago and am very familiar with the chip card readers and got it to work. Credit cards do not have pin numbers and its very easy to bypass if done correctly. Being a former Starbucks Shift Supervisor I would never throw a cc reader at a customer and tell them to figure it out, I guess training is not what it used to be. Then they got 2 out of the 3 drinks I ordered completely wrong, and I had to wait while I had them remake them. I like Starbucks for its customer service and its uniformity but this was a complete fail. The crew on 10/7 in the evening needs some customer service and beverage training before being left alone like that. I expect more Starbucks I will not be returning to this location.

Why cant starbucks ever figure out how to use a personal cup in the drive-thru? 😂 Not mad, but Dunkin always did it and did it fast. Starbucks always makes it in a single-use plastic cup before you pull up and then dumps it into your cup....

Was find, waited in drive thru for about 3 minute and went inside and got out within 3 so much faster. Must be a busy time for them I guess!

Was on my way to a job and I stopped here for coffee and a sandwich. First they were out of the first two sandwiches I asked for! While I was adding the cream and sugar to my coffee, the manager threw my sandwich to where I was standing. WHOOO DOES THAT???? At first I thought it was a worker and I asked for the manager and was told the person who did throw it was the manager?? WHAT?I was fuming mad.. Ive never been to an establishment that treats customers the way I was treated today!

Horribly slow service here, I pulled up with my girlfriend and we each ordered an iced coffee in the drive thru. The line was long, but it moved extremely slow, yes there were about 7 cars in front of us, but it took at least 15 minutes to get to the service window. At that point youd think oh well be out quick right? Nope! Instead I see about 6 or seven employees inside, most or them talking to one another while looking mildly annoyed and being unproductive. We sat at the window for over 5 minutes waiting for a full staff to make two iced coffees, and not before they screwed up, giving us too much ice when we asked for easy ice. I can forgive a mistake, but the immensely slow speed by a full staff was beyond irritating. Ill go to the one further up lake to the west from now on; no drive thru, but at least I dont have to wait over 20 minutes for 6+ employees to serve 8 customers.

I frequent this Starbucks daily, and every time I get the drive thru person manda i have a horrible experience. Not only does she always get my orders wrong, she always has the worst attitude.
