What a treasure this shop is! It’s filled with interesting items and there are always new finds. Mr. Moore is as nice as can be and very knowledgeable about antique items. If you’re visiting Wilmington this is a must stop antique store!
I had a lovely experience shopping here. I brought my teenage son and we both felt welcomed. This store had so much to share that we need to come back. The shop manager was extremely kind and atentative. Kindness matters and I felt welcomed.
Such a cool store with a huge variety of items and nice owners
Michael Moores has been the antiques in Wilmington since the 1990s...wonderful place!!!
Woman working in the shop was real unpleasant and did not seem excited about getting our business. We asked if they had any license plates (pretty typical find at an antique shop) and she said, “We’re an antique shop, not a junk store.” Most items in there were not of great quality, so I’m not sure why we got such a sassy response. Perhaps she was just having a bad day...
Website said open till 6pm, I drove there. At 530. They was locked up tite.
Great place for original, beautiful antiques. If you have too much fine family furniture, classic heirlooms, lovely table linens, etc. this is THE PLACE to go. Mr. Moore has extensive knowledge and offers a fair price for your antiques so that another family’s joy may be complete. He is forthright and knowledgeable.
The best antique store in the downtown area and as an added bonus Michael keeps regular hours and parking is free. Tons of great real antiques. Nice meeting you and I wish you the best.
Closed a lot. If you call they are short with you. I have found the owner to be extremely rude if you arent ignored completely. The people that tend to get any help seems directed to people he assumes can afford big ticket items. Looks can be deceiving. You never know what they might have been ready to spend and who they will tell about the service. Id avoid this place.
I loved this shop, but I have to say that it is filled to the gills! Ladies, prepare to hold on to your bag lest it knock something over. But the owner is nice as can be, and he has some great stuff. Also he has tons of lighting parts. If you need a chandelier crystal, this is your place. Be ready to take some time so you dont miss anything. Also there are a number of other antiques, consignment, and artsy shops on the same block or two.
Came by at noon on a Tuesday when they are supposedly open. NOT. Oh well.
They were closed! No notice of them being closed on the website or when you called them. We were there on a Thursday so I guess not worth opening. Should of let people know that!!
Very unique items by local artists. Prices were amazing. Bought several items to add to put vacation memorabilia. Well be back next year.
An amazing place to go if you are into antiques. They love them too, and are so nice to talk to.
Great prices on furniture. Good stuff. Good variety.
Arrived 1 1/2 hours before closing yet no one there.
Its the cats meow.
Fun shop lots to choose from. Big selection
Are you ever open? This is the 2nd time we have traveled on regular business day(that you have advertised as being open) that youhave been CLOSED
Great variety and selection of antiques, vintage pieces, and art.
Shop was not well organized. Hard to get down some isles. Many items not priced or price was faded away. Furniture pieces were very expensive.
Super cool stuff
You get the impression here that the inventory has overwhelmed any potential to merchandise it. If you dig hard youll probably find a treasure. If you have an antique lamp or lighting fixture in need of repair, youll find what you need here. Expect to see a sign on the locked door that reads back soon
Fun place to poke around.
Love it. Michael is a great guy.
You.can find about any thing you are looking for if can not find it just ask they.can te
Always lots of cool stuff
Closed an hour earlier than advertised. Lots of stuff.
