Sold me a bad tire. The following morning after i bought the used tire... Over $53... tire pressure 14... On my way to work. Called but they werent open yet attempted to leave a voicemail but they didnt have the capability for me to leave a message. I immediately went to Walmart. Saved the tire and returned it. I almost didnt get a refund because they thought i was asking for what I paid at Walmart. Smh.

Called ahead about getting two used tires. I said I would be right there (I was nearby). Got there about 10 minutes later and they had me wait until they finished their lunch. A little unprofessional on their part. $45 per used tire, not the best price, not the worst. On the bright side they worked fast. All in all they were okay, I would go again but wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice.

I had a hole in my tire and was losing air. I was in desperate need of a tire. I asked for a used tire and I have always paid about 20 to 30 bucks for a used tire. He told me it would be about 50. It seemed a little off but once again I was in a hurry. My mom called to see how much they charge for used tires because the price seemed to much for her too and whoever the guy was told her he charged $30 for used tires. So she called back and asked why he charged me 50 if he had just said 30 bucks for a used tire. My mom was hung up on and he cut off the phone when she tried to call back to reason with him. Absolute worst customer service and what a shame to take advantage of someone. Do not reccommend. Huge rip off!

Extremely sketchy place. Owner extremely rude, obviously doesn’t care about his customers. If I weren’t desperate to get tires at the first place I found I would’ve left. A lot of whispering behind customers backs, a lot of eye rolling, just extremely disrespectful. Do not waste time with these overpriced used tires.

Very poor customer service. Hung up on twice when trying to ask about tires. I asked if he had a certain tire and he said no we carry only used tires then hung up. This happened twice then forwarded my call repeatedly afterwards. Very rude and unprofessional I wouldn’t let someone like this put tires on my car and I suggest you don’t either. Called from my gf phone bc they blocked my number I asked to speak to a manager and right away they hung up and blocked her number too. Very poor

I have never had issues before until today. To be hung up on is not the way to run business. Was actually looking to replace all 4 tires. But I guess I will take my business else where from now on.

Fast and friendly and good prices

Business damaged my vehicle by taking a hammer to the rim. They cracked the rim, tried to glue it back together and then refused to pay for repairs. Not only did they refuse to pay for repairs, they refused to even put on the spare. Police were called. Litigation is underway.
