I took my Jeep to the Sheridan Body shop after somebody keyed it this summer. When you take your car to the shop, you want to feel respected and trust that you are getting a fair deal. I cant say enough about Karen and the team at the body shop. They wrote a very fair estimate (I had estimates from other shops to compare it to) and I decided to take the Jeep to Sheridan. Once the vehicle was in the shop, they called me to say the damage was NOT as significant as originally thought and the repair would be less; by almost $700. I understand that this wont happen every time but the integrity, honesty, and looking out for my needs (the customer) speaks volumes about the people here. Thank you. I hope to not need a body shop again, but if I do.... Im going to Sheridan.Scott

Gary Ford was amazing with helping me pick and find the perfect vehicle for me and my price range. Would highly recommend contacting Mr. Ford for any car purchases and finding the right vehicle. He was super helpful in explaining the features and benefits of certain vehicles and was very knowledgeable on all their inventory of vehicles. Very nice staff overall as well with the financing and the check out process.10/10 will be going to him & this dealership for all future car purchases going forward!

Dan was great I purchased a 14 Equus and love it. It is a used car but still amazing with a decent warranty. The back center arm rest is off a little and no one showed me that but this is a used car. This was my only issue with car. The service was fast and excellent thank you

Today I took my sisters Ford Fusion to be serviced. The gentleman who assisted me in the beginning was kind however there was another gentleman whose name is John Iannarella who was not polite at all. He asked me what the problem was with the car. I informed him as best as I could what the issue was and he didnt understand which makes sense because I didnt use the correct terminology. I showed him a picture and he knew what the problem was from that. I sat in the customer waiting area and noticed my car was taken back. It appeared the mechanic completed the job so I waited for someone to inform me of that but they did not. I walked to the front and asked if they could give me a estimated time frame for my car to be completed and John said its done. He stood behind his desk and did not make eye contact with me at all. I asked him if I could have my keys and he said give me a couple of minutes. I sat in a chair close to the entrance/exit and waited. Another customer walked in and Johns attitude and demeanor quickly changed. He gave the other customer his keys, receipt, and proceeded to walk him to the back. the gentleman who initially greeted me came from the back and I asked for a supervisor or manager. He informed me they were on vacation so he would help. I explained my issue and he called John back to the front. John told me I would need to pay $100 plus. I asked why wouldnt he check with me first before doing the job and he said he did not know the mechanic was going to work on my car so fast. I told him I was not happy with his customer service and he should have checked with me first before deciding I could pay the amount on the receipt. He said well I thought you wanted the work done. Im satisfied with the work the mechanic did but Im extremely upset about Johns customer service skills or lack thereof.

The Salesman I worked with was a decent guy, he let me take the truck to the service department and get repairs done for the pulsating brakes that were talked about during the sale of the vehicle. Unfortunately I did not notice the crazy amount of rust covering the frame on this F150 (2017 with less then 28,000 miles). My only gripe is the love it or exchange it policy, I came back within 72 hours but there was no vehicle of equivalent value that I saw that day. All that was available was a 2016 with less features. I offered to leave the vehicle on the lot till one might show up hoping that that would work towards thier policy but they turned me down.

So, a few things from a recent visit. I dropped my car off just last Thursday (5/27/21), because I had my wifes car to borrow for work the next day, so this way my car would be checked out as early as possible that Friday. My car has been having issues lately that are actually widely known problems with the Ford Focus transmissions these past few years, so I made sure that I made the appointment almost a month ago to bring it in to check out. I end up making it all the way through the following day (5/28/21) without a call, so I call them myself to find out whats going on. Ken, one of the guys in charge of the service department, tells me theyre doing diagnostics still, but will call me before the service department closes. I never get a call, but figured maybe they have to finish it on Saturday.I end up having to call yet again on Saturday (5/29/21) since nobody reached out, only to find out that the guy in the service department couldnt find any information on my car, and that Ken wasnt in that day, nor was anyone who worked on my car. This left me without a car still, and with no info on when Id get it back. I then email Tim Sheridan, the General Manager (and son of the owner), about this entire issue, including the fact that they would then be closed on Monday (5/31/21), which would leave me without a car for when I had to go back to work on Tuesday. He brushes it all off by telling me he just found out about the problem, but that he wasnt in on this issue until service had already left for the day. He also said he was only trying to just now find my transportation because they were currently out of loaner cars, even though not one person had told me when I dropped my car off that theyd be keeping it for more than a few days, and never offered me a loaner to help me get around and get to work as well.By the end of the discussion that I had through email with Tim Sheridan, he shrugged off any responsibility or problems that I was having, because he ended by saying theyd charge me $30/day for a loaner since he couldnt verify my problems with my car being a warranty related issue, which is insane because if they wouldve told me even Thursday or Friday, I easily couldve gotten a rental through my insurance, free of charge. So, this ended with me having to call out of work Tuesday (6/1/21) since I had no way to get there, and after a few other calls (during this, nobody ever called me first), I finally got my car back Wednesday (6/2/21), and they never fixed or replaced the known issue with my car, because they couldnt replicate it. Ive told them about this happening before, and it being sporadic, but they kept my car this whole time without actually addressing the issue.Oh, and top of it all, when I went to pick it up, I noticed it was way dirtier than when I left it there almost a week before. I thought it was dirt, so I went I got a car wash. But, you know what it actually was? Concrete that splashed up on the front of it from sidewalk work that was going on right in front of where they left my car. The car wash didnt get any of it, so I had to scrape and scratch it off the front and even my windshield, in order to get most of it off.If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. They were the absolute most unprofessional, inconsiderate place Ive ever dealt with, and its disappointing because I bought my car from them almost 3 years ago. Its shameful of them for treating a customer so poorly, and not even taking care of my car properly or even offering to tell me what the hell was going on with my car. They also caused me to miss a day at work above it all, and to find out that the General Manager, Tim Sheridan, was that rude and not even remotely interested in my problem, just made matters even worse. Ill never go back there again, and Ill continue to report this to Ford and other avenues directly so everyone knows how bad it is there.

After dropping vehicle off the night before scheduled repairs, I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle at 430pm. Went to pick up vehicle and replacement key was not programmed. Left and picked up.before dealership closed only to discover the key FOB was wrong. Now have to return to dealership to have new key cut and reprogrammed.

Was happy with the service and the whole buying experience and the car has been great since I got it 2 months ago. I did however have a problem with my temp tags expiring and when I called to check if my plate was there they informed me they are about a month and a half backed up with sending out permanent plates in my area. They told me on the phone that they could reissue a temp tag until the plates become available. The woman I spoke to was very nice and told me that I would have them mailed to me in 2 days time, as it was impossible for me to pick them up due to me traveling. However when I returned home at 11:00pm two nights later it was not there. I couldnt call to check up on the tag as the next day was Sunday and they were closed. However on Monday they were hand delivered by an employee to my home. Originally I was a little annoyed that they were not here when they were supposed to be, but because of the wonderful customer service and them going out of their way to make sure I had what I needed I feel like 5 stars is a much better rating. I will 100% buy from them in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

Getting an oil change and ac check is so frustrating. First set up apt online and only could select one service. Went to apt and they said they would only do oil change so they rescheduled for the next week to do both. He went in yesterday and they only did ac and didn’t tell my son. They found a light on and needs alternator but did not offer to fix it. So he still needs oil change and now alternator. Frustrating!!

Dan went above and beyond in helping me step by step with filling out the credit form online, advocating for my options despite my limitations, and help easing my nerves by filling me in all the details of the vehicle itself and the financing process. John I was someone that was short with me in the beginning but once my boyfriend talked to him, he was more apt to be friendly and give more information about what had to be done with my car. It took me 5 days to get my car back and there were only 2 people in the Service Dept. They need more Service Techs so you wouldnt have to wait on your car for that long. Their concierge service (car) wasnt working to take me to get my car when I had no one to take me to get it. A 2017 Ford but they still dont know why my car wouldnt start except that the battery was dead but they had no idea why my battery went dead. They didnt know nothing about a piece that was in my car and theyre the Ford dealership. You would think they would know. But I got my car back finally and hopefully. It wont die on me again.

I have dealt with many different dealerships in the past and spent countless hours trying to buy a car and these men had a deal worked out in less than 2 hours and I got the car I wanted not a car THEY were trying to get rid of, as others have done in the past. I bought my car at Sheridan Ford and I opted for the lifetime oil change. I just went in yesterday to get my oil changed. I called right before I left my house to see how crowded they were and the receptionist told me there were 4 people ahead of me. I needed an oil change (I was 3 weeks late on getting it), so I didnt really care about the wait. When I got there, the 4 people were still there, but the service team was working so fast, I only had to wait about 40 minutes for my car.

The monthly price options they presented included the warranty so there were no additional charges when I went to financing. I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT over the weekend. Customer service was sloooooooooow. I was in the dealership from 11am until after 3:30pm. When I received my vehicle it was given to me extremely dirty on the inside (despite waiting over an hour do it could be “detailed”) the only thing they did was wash the exterior. None of the windows were cleaned. Smudge marks were all over the sun roof in the backseat. There was old lollipop sticks behind the driver’s seat. Other wrappers. A blue slime on the floor mats. It was disgusting.Extremely disappointed. Shouldn’t feel this way 24 hours after a new car purchase.

I bought my car in September from here and had nothing but problems. The night I got home with my car I noticed a ticking noise when you turn the temperature from AC to heat or vise versa. I sent a video to the sales associate and she told me it would be taken care of but when I went to call about the problem everyone was busy. About a week later I got stuck on the side of the road because I also had a faulty left sensor fuel pump but that problem also wasnt taken care of by them either. The dealership didnt have the decency to cover these problems under the warranty or at all unless I paid myself. I would give 0 stars if I could because they definitely finessed me. Ive also never went out of my way to write a review on a place ever but this needed to be said.

I originally gave them 5 star rating, but everything suddenly changed. I took the car in for what I was told a 30 day warranty. The service said I have NO 30 day warranty. I called the salesman and he said that hell take care of it, you have a like 28 days on the warranty. The next time I was wanting to take it in for service I called the salesman Nate, he now says with a cockie attitude, if the service department says you dont have a warranty then you dont have a warranty. I called the manager of car sales and he said I should have the 30 day warranty. Nate the car salesman did a 90 degree change. I told him, youre representing Sheridan Ford. Make sure if you deal with salesman Nate, record everything. I gave him a 5 star rating, now I did a 90 degree turn. Dont believe what he tells you...Tom

My wife and I were extremely pleased by our experience at Sheridan Ford. The entire staff was very polite. We were greeted quickly, and the vehicle we were interested that in was already setting outside waiting for us. Once we had decided to buy the vehicle, the staff was very efficient and getting all of our paperwork together and having us and our new car shortly after. I could not be more frustrated by my post-purchase experience.I bought a used Jeep through Sheridan back in June, and since then I have had some of the slowest and unresponsive service dealing with issues on the car I just purchased! Since buying the car, I have had to replace a tire because there was existing damage that was at risk of blowing out, and have also been trying for two months to arrange for service on my vehicle to fix a faulty sensor. I was told they would look into refunding me on the tire and never heard back, even after I repeatedly asked for an update. Even though I purchased a warranty through Sheridan, I was informed that I would have to arrange a service appointment on my own at a separate dealership, with no help from Sheridan on coordination or arranging for a loaner vehicle. Services that were sold to me as standard and included when I purchased the warranty. I have been trying to contact the dealership for literal weeks now with very little response. When I call, I am told that they are either not available, or just stepped out, every time. And when I leave my name and number for a call back, it never happens. The few times I have spoken to the staff, they inform me they are looking into the situation and will call “right back”, and yet do not return the call. This is far from the experience I would expect after purchasing a car, let alone within the first two months.

I purchased a 2018 accord. The worst experience we had from them. Sales rep she was good through out the process manager is the most worst person. there is issue with breaks that I’m keeping talking to sales rep she tells me to go have service look at it which they charge for that unless sales rep ask them to do also made big mistake buy without test drive just because I trust them. Which my big mistake now no one is willing to get it fix. Will never recommended anyone to go that dealer simply they will make you run around.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating through every step of the way. While it may have been a hefty drive to get a car it was well worth it.

Needed a new battery, stopped in on a Saturday morning, no appointment. I was greeted immediately by Tara Hammond and she made the service process super quick and easy! About an hour later I was back on the road with a new battery replaced under warranty. I highly recommend visiting Sheridan for your Ford service and sales needs!

I went in to get my steering re-programmed and they never did the job. I left out with my car worse then when I brought it in. Sheridan Ford lied to me and said I needed an entire new steering rack which they would charge me $1,980. I took my car to another mechanic and they re-programmed my car for only $100 and it’s been running fine every since! I do not recommend any should go to this dealership to get anything done! Very bad service

Our family drove an hour and a half to meet with the sales staff member Dan Stanley at Sheridan Ford. He was nice, professional, and willing to work with us during the negotiation of the sale. At the end of the transaction with Dan and Sheridan Ford we couldnt have been happier. And thanks for putting up with the twin five year olds! 5 stars all the way!

I was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle but after working with Mr. David I was comfortable. He was very respectful, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to several car dealership and I still didnt purchase a vehicle due to the sales person being impatient, rude and pushy just trying to get me to buy a vehicle. But I had a totally different experience at Sheridan Ford on Kirkwood Highway working with Mr. David. Everyone there was so nice and professional. I will most definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go there and have the best experience purchasing a vehicle without feeling pressured or belittled.

So, was torn on the number of stars but ultimately reality won. Service manager was personable and knowledgeable, service rep gave attitude any time I mentioned anything about my Ford warranty -- even caused me to have to errantly pay when I picked up vehicle. This guys lack of knowledge, empathy, or general Care attitude prompted me to NOT get other items, warranty items, resolved. When picking up my vehicle, it smelled like the tech smoked half a pack of cigarettes in my backseat -- no interior work was being completed, only a wheel hub. Not sure if i would go back to Sheridan anytime soon.

My husband and I have been loyal customers for decades. This would have been our tenth purchase. We came in on Saturday and test drove two vehicles. We asked the salesperson for a price. She said she would email us but never did. We were already in the system, so I don’t understand why she didn’t want to take the time for a cash buyer. Sales manager never spoke to us either. We went to two other dealerships and were treated much better. We pick up our brand never vehicle tomorrow.Sadly, I was much more loyal to Sheridan than they were to me. What a shame they no longer want my business.

Purchase my car 2017 Ford Fusion SE from Sheridan Ford my salesperson was Alex she was very professional and pleasant to work with knowledgeable and done everything she could to make my experience with Sheridan Ford a pleasant,and rewarding one. I love the car I purchased as well as the trade-in price that I received for my car.
