This store has such a lovely assortment of unique baby and tots clothing and accessories. 🎀 I love to shop local and give gifts that are thoughtful and high quality. I shopped the sale racks for special savings and picked up an adorable stacking blocks set that has turned into an instant favorite. Walked out wrapped and ribboned ready for gift giving. 🎁

I was contacted about a dress I have been searching for and responded that I wanted to purchase it but then did not hear back. The following day I got another text from a different number asking again if I wanted it to which I replied again that I wanted it and how no one responded back previously. Then I was told they had already sold it to someone else who wanted it because they responded first. Replied back the first time within 16 minutes and the second time within 6 minutes. When I tried to get an explanation as to why this happened I did not get a response. Poor customer service. Will make sure in the future to avoid this business.

The customer service at PBJ is amazing. It is always my favorite place to shop for my kids. When I was in a clothing crisis for an upcoming wedding that was 3 days away and needed matching outfits, Gretchen, Melinda and Fran went over and beyond to help me out Gretchen even came into the store on a day she was not scheduled to in order to help me out. I love supporting a local business. They also can monogram super quickly! This is the place to go for adorable gifts and children’s clothing!

Pleasant experience, but felt the associate was a bit turned off by me bringing in my baby. It is a baby store correct? Even if it is on the high end of things.... She also didnt get my info, not sure if they still do that but I have bought a $180 baby bag before. They got it for that, but maybe because I only spent $24 today it wasnt necessary? Again, very pleasant, but not overly friendly.
