They had exactly what I needed and it was easy to find the right books

Jonathan, an employee there went out of his way to help me. I was looking for a book for an upcoming class and they didn’t have any in stock. The class was at another location so he called the instructor who had one and had that book couriered to the downtown campus for me. That’s awesome customer service in my opinion.

Some of the staff is nice but there is just one guy that is not helpful. When it comes to getting your books. They are the ones picking them out. And this year they told me I needed certain that I knew I did not need! So now when I go,I make sure to pick my items out by myself and to check off my list.

I didnt know you could rate this place. What, is someone looking for some textbooks for their collection? Are you a student, and dont want to shop here? Too bad, good luck trying to get everything either online or through the internet, though it is possible with online classes. All jokes aside, sok. Staff usually ask if I need help. Greeter was nice (or was it security...). Its clean. Its college

Everybody there are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. And they give big bucks on the book buybacks

I called to get information on a book I would need to purchase and wasnt really given any information about it. I asked for the name of the book and wasnt even told the full name of the textbook and the price wasnt what was originally listed by CFCC. As a student who spends my hard earned money on both classes and books, I would appreciate it if the people who worked at the bookstore would be a little bit more informative when it comes to giving out information when inquired about a product.
