Love our home water delivery through Costco/Crystal Springs. We live extremely busy lives and living in a place with awful water, the convenience and knowing/being able to chose our delivery dates and having spring water delivered to our house for a reasonable price is the best. I have never had issues with delivery dates or no shows. Their website is very user friendly and drivers are always nice. Also a bonus that the water cooler has a hot option for tea, instant soups, etc.

One of the worst services we have ever used. Had them for a year and while service ended a month ago, they still refuse to come get their bottles and water cooler from our location. They say they are coming on a date and never show. While we were paying for their service, theyd never accurately have their drop off and pick up dates displayed either so wed end up with extra 5 gallon jugs in the house. Theyd show up at 7 am on the wrong dates, drop water off and leave us with empty ones not picked up. Their customer service is a joke because they cannot seem to coordinate with their local locations to take care of their customers.If you value your home space and dont want a bunch of not picked up water bottles while they charge you for each one, pick a different water service. Heck. Its cheaper to buy your own cooler and just refill it at like Walmart for a dollar.

Started with their service in August. No problem, the first two deliveries were fine. We signed up to get deliveries every two weeks. Scheduled deliver on 9/22, did not show up. I called and was told that my deliveries were once a month, which they were not, and that they would have my water delivered today. Nothing. I called customer service and they said they are having trouble getting delivery people and someone would contact me by the end of the day. Nothing. Still waiting on water and currently looking into other providers.

Have been happy with a Crystal Springs until this month. They didn’t show on my delivery date. Then, I went online and it said they changed my delivery date. Still did not show up. Called customer service and they schedule me a new date. Still did not show up called customer service again and was told they would have a manager call me. That was a week ago. I am still waiting. I am looking into other options. This is ridiculous.

Just stopped delivering with no explanation. We have called, been promised a delivery time and no one comes. It has now been a month and a half since our last deliver. We have 6 empties and no water to use on the unit we are paying for.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. My experience with them is exactly the same as other negative reviews. Horrible customer service. Promised deliveries do not show with no communications from local or national office. We would be told that a manager would call us with no contact attempt occurring. We got so frustrated that we canceled our service with them and went with Culligan; theyve been fantastic to deal with from the start! Our current problem is getting Crystal Springs to pick-up their water dispenser and empty bottles. The pick-up has been rescheduled 3 times with no communication from the office, ever. We find out after the fact by looking at our account on their website. Apparently their routes are not always running; I was told that there is no one at the local office to drop-off their stuff ourselves. We just want to get rid of their stuff even if it means taking it to the city dump. If it werent bad enough that Wilmington residents even need to subscribe to such a service because the tap water contains harmful chemicals.

Let me preface by saying I dont typically write reviews, positive or negative, but this was outstandingly horrible service. After placing an order for water/water cooler on August 30th, I had my delivery fail to show up 5 different times over the course of 3 weeks. Nobody from the local branch would reach out, the delivery date online would simply change to a future date. I spoke with corporate several times, unfortunately they werent able to encourage the local branch to provide the service I had ordered, or even reach out to me. I cant in good conscience recommend this service to anyone.

Should be zero star option, these people are the worst in keeping an appointment. canceled 3 in row NO water in2 weeks to due being completely inept. STAY AWAY not worth the frustration you will face.Phone holds always in excess of an hour.So 2 weeks later and the only reply is on here? 7 phone calls and 5 emails with no response after 3 weeks. LOL.

Very convenient service, but terrible customer service. First of all, they randomly started sending me more water than I asked for. I wanted 1 jug per week and started getting 3 every 2 weeks, making my bill WAY more than I signed up for. Today’s delivery, they took my old jugs and LEFT them in the front of my apartment complex???? Which just makes ME look like I put them there! So I’m not even going to get my refund for those jugs now and can’t get in touch with the store I’ve been on hold for an hour!!!!UPDATE: has missed and rescheduled my delivery 3 TIMES this week!!! I have no water?!

Poor service: repeated missed appointments for delivery. I realize Covid has created problems bc of employment issues, but setting up appointments to deliver water and then failing to do so 3 days in a row, is a bit much. Even equipment pick up appointment was not kept.

I’ve had this service for years and I’ve never had a problem. I just leave a note on my returned empty jugs of how many 5 gallon bottles I need and there they are when I wake up. Like Santa came!

Love our delivery guy Darwin! So funny and nice. Always has a smile on his face and comes on time! Very hard working and never complains about lugging those big jugs up to the 2nd floor of our office!

We have been customers for 3 years and are cancelling today. Horrible customer service. Been waiting 3 weeks for a replacement unit after technician broke original unit while cleaning. Multiple calls to get a temporary pump for getting water out of the bottles.......never happened. Promised return phone calls......never happened.

What are we supposed to do?I currently have 6 accounts with you and ZERO water for going on 3 weeks now. We have been using your services for years and all I ask is for 1 of 3 things to happen.1. Deliver ANY water to ANY of our locations.2. Answer ANY of our countless attempted phone calls, messages, and emails (60 minutes on hold each time, hung up on, and “transferred” to be ignored).3. Cancel our services.ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION PLEASE!We literally had 2 people drive an hour down to your location to see if we could pick up water since it’s impossible to get any delivered, even though it’s on each invoice, and YOUVE VANISHED!A new company moved in and said you closed.WERE YOU GOING TO TELL YOUR CLIENTS?!Years of loyal business and we are left stranded?There is nothing I hate more than leaving negative reviews but what are we supposed to do at this point?If anyone out there from Crystal Springs sees this and resolves this issue, I will edit this review.If you are reading this, it is still unresolved from Crystal Springs as of July 8th, 2021.

Appalling service. As others have said, never makes deliveries on scheduled days and last delivery was rescheduled by them 3 times and never showed. Calls to national customer service dont help and a return call promised from local office never came. Waited all day for them to come and pick up the cooler as arranged after we cancelled the account and, of course, they never showed.

I ordered this service about a month ago, being that I recently moved into a new home (which is on well water). I was told I would receive my first delivery on 12/17. No one showed up, no one reached out. Then, I received an email on 12/22 stating that my FIRST order would be delivered the following day on the 23rd. Still, no one showed up or even bothered contacting me. I went on my account which now states I will receive my order on 12/28. I sent an email complaining about such horrible service and didnt even receive a response. Im sincerely regretting my decision to go with this company. They charged me $50 immediately and have done nothing for me. To be honest, I just want my money back, but of course thats no easy feat. Avoid these guys. I never leave reviews but this needed to be said. Worst company ever.

The first dispenser we received was obviously used. It leaked constantly and had a broken shelf where you sit a cup. I called for a replacement and it was delivered the next week at 5:50 am so we had not put out the old dispenser to be picked up yet. I was told by 2 different people that their deliveries only happen between 8 and 5. We have a Ring camera so we are positive they came at 5:50 am. The dispenser was eventually picked up with the next water delivery which was another week. Then yesterday we find a note on the door that they had come by to pick up the dispenser... I called and told them it had already been picked up. Then this morning someone is banging on my door at 8:15 as Im getting ready. I then get a phone call and its someone from Crystal Springs saying they are here to pickup the water dispenser, he was pretty rude and instead of apologizing he basically hung up when I explained there was no dispenser to be picked up. I thought having water delivered would be a convenience and save us some time but this companys customer service and communication is so poor Im very close to canceling the service all together.

Be ready to wait at least 45 mins if you plan on talking to a representative. Terrible customer service. I have about a dozen empty jugs they were supposed to picked up weeks ago. Moving and can’t even cancel my service because nobody answers the phone.

I have been a Crystal Springs Water customer for almost 3 years and I love this water service! The water tastes great, its easy to increase or decrease delivery amounts, and the hot/cold dispensing equipment has worked perfectly from the start. Plus our delivery driver is super friendly and always on time.

We have always had great tasting water delivered on time every month with scheduled delivery easily managed online or courteously by phone. Electronic billing is clear and understandable for us. We have used Crystal Springs for 3 years and always recommend them to friends.

This company is HORRENDOUS! The website doesnt work to place your order, requiring a phone call. They set up a new online login and that still doesnt work. Then they say oh yeah were having technology issues. They set up a delivery date for your water and then dont deliver. Customer service then tells you the missed delivery will be made the next day which is a lie because then you receive a text stating its not happening. Stay away unless you like to waste your time with phone call after phone call with no results. They dont know the meaning of the words customer service.

While I do get water delivery from Crystal Springs, they have absolutely terrible customer service. Promised deliveries do not show and no response from local office. In fact, unable to actually call local office and get a national call center. Looking forward to getting better water in NC so I no longer need to bother with delivery.

Hidden fees galore. I signed up to get water for 7.49 per jug. My family and I have had 7 jugs over the past 2 months. However I have paid $150 in invoices from them! I have no desire to do business with a company that charges a bunch a fees without letting you know what the costs will be when signing on for their services. The water is really good though.

My friend and I both signed up for this service at Costco. The salesman told us both the monthly rental fee would be $4.99 and we would only be billed for the # of bottles delivered. We were NEVER told about a $6.04 monthly energy surcharge. I’ve paid 3 bills and this final bill is the first one with this monthly energy surcharge. I’ve had to call to get my bill straightened out every single time. I’ve been billed for bottles of water I didn’t order and after canceling my service, I was told I would not get credit for the one unopened bottle of water I still have. I will pour it down the drain before I let them resell it. Don’t fall for the sales spill from these crooks. The energy surcharge (I’m not even sure what that’s for) may be on their service contract, but it was never explained to me or my friend and we were told the monthly bill would be $4.99 plus $6.50 per bottle of water ordered. When I complained about the surcharge I was told they would credit it this one-time. I was then transferred to the cancellation dept. and she told me they couldn’t credit the surcharge! Of course when they transferred me back to the billing dept I got a different person and she said they couldn’t credit it. I paid the amount of the final bill and I best not receive another bill for anything else . This company is a total rip-off and I will never recommend them to anyone! I will also be contacting Costco and letting them know about this contractor they are allowing to come into their store where their paying members are shopping.

Im going to make this very clear- STAY AWAY from this business. This is the only time Ive ever wanted to give a less than one star review but this company is deserving of it. Ive had Crystal Springs Water service for a while now. Ive been receiving invoices for my auto-drafted account and thought nothing of it. I went to log in to check my delivery schedule and saw a notification stating that my billing account was inactive. This seemed a bit odd to me, so I called the company. I was shocked to learn that my credit card had been denied since October and my account was sent to a collections agency. I had no idea that this happened, and had been receiving invoices which I assumed were auto-drafted as usual, and deliveries as usual. There was absolutely no notification provided to me that there was anything wrong with my account, no phone call or letter, nothing. I even tried to log onto my account to see if I could see notification of a balance but Im locked out.I am now awaiting a call back from the company to pay off my bill. I have scheduled pick up of my cooler and water jugs. STAY AWAY from this company.

This place is a joke, I find floaties in my water all the time, the website wants you to order other products yet this location never has it. I can pay the bill and then the next one comes up as 45 days past due 🤣 what a joke. I was also told a low brice that has now gone up 3 dollars I asked for bottles to be delivered even if all my others arent out. Never happend I bet they get the water out of the Cape Fear River

Back in April, I signed up with Crystal Springs via a door-to-door salesperson at my office for delivery service at my residence. I was quoted prices for the cooler and the water bottles. I received an email concerning the delivery date of the cooler and the first bottles of water. As no one would be home on that date, I contacted the salesperson and rescheduled the delivery for two days later when someone would be there. The delivery was attempted on the original date anyway. The delivery person called and I explained that the delivery date should have been changed to two days later. He said no problem, see you then. Two days later they were a no-show with the cooler/bottles. That same day, I was charged for the nonexistent delivery and at a higher rate than I was quoted by the salesperson. I contacted the salesperson who said shed fix the problem before ceasing all communication with me. Apart from a few canned emails since then, all attempts (phone, email, website, etc.) to cancel my so-called service and get a refund on the bogus charge have been fruitless, and I still occasionally find bottles I didnt order on my front porch for the cooler I never got. Its as if the sales, delivery, administrative and customer (no) service departments do not communicate with each other at all. Avoid this company at all costs. Youd be better off drinking contaminated water.

Im shocked to see so many 1 star reviews, Im sorry that those customers have had difficulties, but our experience has been great for the past year. We are signed up through Costco, which offers a good deal. Our cooler was dropped off within a few weeks of signing up. We like that we can control our whole account through their website. We can change the delivery date and amount of water whenever we need, even if its for the next day. Our deliveries have always been on time, and the delivery guys have gone above and beyond to make sure they can grab the empties when weve forgotten to put them out. And when our first cooler started making a funny noise, no questions asked or additional fees, they brought us a new one within a few days. We highly recommend.

Update: 2 years later I cancelled. Things were ok for a while until my cooler broke last year and they couldn’t give me an adequate replacement, so I bought my own. Water kept coming until a month and a half ago when deliveries just stopped. Customer care kept scheduling and without notice my date would be changed and still no water. They won’t even come get the bottles that I paid a deposit on. Do not use Primo / Crystal Springs.Signed up through a friend that is a representative for this company. Delivery was scheduled for the 25th. No call no show. I got ahold of the rep and she said they were waiting on a cooler that I would receive a delivery by the 28th. Fast forward to the 28th when I contacted the rep again about delivery. She said (Dan) the driver stopped by and left a voice message. I did receive a call at 9:30am but there never was a ring at the doorbell or a voice mail left for me. So that means he LIED and expected me not to call that out. When I actually contacted the driver he said he was no where near Wilmington and we made plans for the 29th between 11am-3pm. At 2pm I call to confirm and did not get an answer. I left a voice mail but still no call back. First impressions are everything and I’m not impressed one bit. I’ve decided to not accept the delivery IF it ever comes because I can only imagine how horrible continuing with them will be.
