Horrible U-Haul experience. I wish I could give them 0 stars. We went through U-Haul.com and were directed here. 30 minutes before we were to pick up our rental, we were contacted and told nothing was available for us and we had to find our own truck. The people I spoke to were unpleasant to talk to. I have no idea how some businesses stay in business with the phone etiquette they have. Find a different U-Haul location.

They were excellent with us renting a uhaul from them. will go there the next move as well. they were very helpful with the way we returned it as well as the extra day we needed!

SCAMMERS!! The Mercedes I brought was told to have 97,000 miles it’s had 136,000 miles how did they not know. They tried giving me a (22% interest rate) BAD!! I put $4000 down on a car that was worth $10,000. They fixed nothing on my car that need fixed as said in warrant. Car had multiple issues within 2 weeks of purchase and they did not fix. Instead repo’d my car.

I would not recommend this car lot to anyone. I had got a car from here, and was told that franky is he owner was going to fix the transmission on my car. And now I’m coming out of pocket to pay because he said he isn’t going to fix it. Why I don’t know. Makes it bad this is family.

Weve gotten a couple cars from L&H and the cars have been decent nothing extravagant. The only reason and I mean ONLY reason that I am giving 2 stars is because the lady who always answers the phone when I call is very rude and disrespectful. She likes to try and talk over and never wants to let you finish what you are saying then gets an attitude with you when you say please let me finish what I am saying. If they got someone nicer to answer the phones then this place would get 5 stars.

Bought my car 4 months ago and almost got in a wreck because one of my tires only had 3 lugnuts on the rim. I come in to get it fixed and 4 hours later I am still here because now they have to put a GPS in the car. People dont seem like they know what theyre doing...even saw someone on YouTube while working on another car, not sure for entertainment or for direction but either way its discouraging.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality used car. Awesome, customer service and they make the car buying process so easy. They will do whatever they can to get you into the car you want. If I could give them twenty stars, I would.

DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will get you for every last penny you got! I got a car from them and almost lost my life because my driver side wheel came out in the highway when I was driving my kids to get a cut. When I called them about my situation they couldn’t do anything for me, even though they sold me a defective vehicle! On top of everything I had to come out of pocket to purchase all the parts that got damaged! These people don’t even deserve 1 star.

I think it’s funny how they put gps on all their cars ... If your client doesn’t keep up on car payments it would get repoed from finance company... There is many other car lots out there😂 .Another think is they overprice their cars...😂 example 05 Honda Accord with 178,000 for 8k

Gps like get real we are buying a car not on house Arrest or probation why would ppl go there when you can go a few mins dwn the rd and put the same 2000.00 dwn get a better car wit no GPS dont buy from L&H but the lady that name is liberty I think is hot 🤷🏽‍♂️

They cut cars off even after payment was made. It took a week to get it cut back on. People on the phone were rude and disrespectful. Gave them back the car the warranty didnt cover anything.
