I will say one of the best experiences and smoothest transitions into getting a car I have ever been through. We got there and very friendly sales team and was very upfront and was able to make the vehicle we were looking at fit in our budget. The cars that they sell are a little over priced but i mean they have to make money to. But the quality is not the best either.

I purchased a car late December and paid for a one year warranty. Upon purchase of the warranty and receiving the car i was told that their mechanic would fix anything at no additional charge with the warranty. Well well well in the first week of July my car wouldnt start which meant i had to get the car towed to major motors. They kept it for three days and it only needed a starter and charged me $143. I felt like i was scammed and robbed. They did not honor the warranty. I only wish i wouldve read the reviews before my purchase. They were so nice talking my money but very rude and unprofessional when it came to fixing my vehicle. The guy even hung the phone up on me

Great place to buy a car!!!! I dont know of other people but my experience was very pleasant, Danny helped us out all the way to purchase our GTI car which I love it. He explained us all the car features and offered to test drive with no obligation like other dealerships. I highly recommend to buy from this people they have several ways to sell you a car even if you have bad credit or non credit at all. They also do buy here pay here.

I highly dont recommend dealership.Youre looking for a reliable trustworthy dealership this is not the place. So last mark I had a vehicle with them for 3 months image finally have a mechanical defect. The vehicle was on the warranty. But the dealership wanting the not wanna cover or send an inspector to check the vehicle while to see it was a mechanical default because I had full coverage and they want a my insurance to pay for everything so they then have to pay out of pocket. An we had signed a contract but because i dont know much on what i should have the i gave up the vehicle i was paying for had temporary tags an they didnt even have the title for me to register the vehicle an then when its broke down they wanted to get me to register the vehicle dirty scumbags.

Dont waste your time. Whenever you buy a used car you are always going to take a chance but this place is quite possibly the shadiest used car dealership. The first car they tried to sell my wife was from a flooded area. The amount of rust on the bottom was so severe that during the test drive the brakes stopped working. The second car we tried had a crazy oil leak, so bad that the engine seized. Then they tried to say it was my wifes fault that it seized. The auto shop they use, The CAR shop, is sub-par. So much so that it even had me wondering if they are trained in anyway. Save yourself the headache and go across the street to Wolfs elite or go out of state to a state that has laws against selling bad used cars.

I do recommend this dealership, they have all type of vehicles for all budgets, I was treated with respect and the salesman Danny and Will offered to find the car im looking for that is the only reason of 4 stars.

We recently purchased a vehicle, while test driving we noticed a clunky sound .. clearly the drive shaft . Told the dealer who was accompanying us. .Also noted the lights were on for the airbag and tire indicator. The salesman acknowledged this issues and assured us this would be addressed. Upon receiving our Lexus.. the three issues brought to their attention was not corrected, after being told that our vehicle was checked out by the. Mechanic and was in amazing condition .. not true ... just contacted the dealer. We are to take our car in for inspection on Tuesday .. Let’s see how this plays out.. will this be a resolved issue or another poor review for yet another reprehensible car dealer !! We are optimistic they will honor their word and can modify our rating !!

I was interested in a truck these guys had. I drove an hour and a half after being told the truck needed nothing and was good to go. When I get there, I find that the rear tires are bald and the rear bumper is destroyed also the ac doesn’t work. Not a deal breaker but odd that stuff wasn’t mentioned. I buy the truck, 2 days later all types of problems start arising. I contact them and they couldn’t be bothered. The truck left me stranded on the highway with my two young children who are both under 10, not even a week after purchase. Truck goes to the shop, turns out it need ball joints, wheel bearings, u joints, a power steering pump, the fuel lines needed to be replaced and the brake lines were rotted! The mechanic said I was lucky to make it home! So now I have a $2500 repair bill, and when I contact the manager he tells me he does not want to do anything about it. While at the dealership doing the paper work, he asked about my family and kids.... so he KNEW I had 2 young children who rode in the vehicle with me frequently and still sold me an unsafe vehicle! One of the other managers contacted me acting as though he wanted to help, said he would call me back, never did. I tried to contact him today only to be ignored. I will now be contacting the state attorney general, Mathew denn, filing a complaint with the fraud and consumer protection division, contacting the better business bureau local news, and a personal attorney. This is my first car loan ever and these guys have left a terrible taste in my mouth. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.EDIT: just received a call from the mechanic, something in the truck is draining the batteries. That’s why I was left stranded on the highway. Now I know why these guys replaced the batteries. So now I have an unknown electrical gremlin on top of everything else! Who knows how much more this is going to cost me!!!

In the beginning they were a very reliable company never had any problems until I was in a motorcycle acident..I was behind 1 month $300& coming up on my second month$300.So I owed them $600 .so I was going to pay them $300 in a week & 4days later the other $300 they said ok. Well needless to say while I was waiting for a check to clear cause I just opened a new bank account they repoed it with no warning or notice!!!!!!!! They never called me as thats what I was told they would do if it ever came to that !!!!! Tried calling no answer &couldnt leave messages cause they dont have a answering machine!!!!!!!!! Id take my business some where else onless you have cash to pay in full!!!!!!

Very professional staff, I was explain all the different plans, car features and offered to test drive. Danny was the one who assisted me, unfortunately they did not have the specific vehicle i was looking for but they offered to find it for me.

I purchased a 2007 Infinity G35 here on August 6, 2014 there was a hesitation in the acceleration and the check engine light was on, they assured me that it would be fine after a tuneup but I did that and also replaced the catalytic converter for over $1000, in July 2015 the engine blew.. and I still owe $7000+ theres no lemon law in Delaware and Im still paying a note to protect my credit and cant get another auto loan because of it. I put down $4000 and should have went to a new car dealer. I will never recommend this place to anyone. In fact I will never in my life buy a non certified used car again! I am looking into my options with the FTC and the States Attorney General.

I went to major motors because its right next to my house so why not support your local auto lot.I was trading in my 2006 dodge ram 1500 with 200k+ miles on it and they could only offer me 2k trade in for another vehicle they were selling me their.They assured me my car was junk even though hilariously enough i was buying a older vehicle than mine 2005 dodge ram 1500 with 110k+ miles on it that would not pass inspection because it was straight piped.long story short they tested me and said get a quote from carmax see if they offer you more than 2k for your trade in. what do you know carmax offered me $5357 for my vehicle. unfortunately carmax did not have a vehicle i wanted so i could not do a trade in but this just goes to show that they low balled me but luckily i called his bluff.

Major motors. So they sell ripoff cars and a lot of junk vehicles with many hidden costs. They dont honour their warranty or anything else agreed upon at the point of purchase. That JD guy or whatever is money hungry and these sales associates have absolutely 0 customer service skills. So buy a car there expect a lemon or a lime. They will sell you promises and everything else and also say that your deposit covers part of the quoted cost but that also is a lie like the many other lies they spin like spiders weaving webs. STAY AWAY! I thought they would help me b/c my family knew them. We got ripped off. They put us in a vehicle that broke down all the time, than the warranty they sold me said they will not cover it b/c they already paid out the maxium amount. Bought a car from them and they didnt have the title and 3 months after i purchased the car they told me it was a rebuilt title and at that point it had to get inspected and everything. They are a bunch of shady scammers. I came back threatening to press charges and i got 75% of what i paid for the car back and kept the car

My experience with Major Motors is worst than poor! They refused to return my deposit. Even though the vehicle was in worst condition than it was less than 24 hours ago. Now, I am stuck with no way to purchase a vehicle to get to work. Beware of their undisclosed no refund policy. Even if you never drive their deals off their car lot! I agree, lets` call this rip-off Major Lemons.
