These guys are great. Just bought my used Jeep Wrangler from them less than 2 weeks ago. The alternator went out. I called Joe and he said they would take care of it no cost to me. I had my Jeep back the next day. They were great. I never expected it to be fixed so quickly.

Dont go here. Some guy working was extremely rude when I had a question about a trade-in value. They were trying to rip me off, and when they realized I wasnt going to fall for it I went elsewhere. Id like to add that some of the 5 star reviews have the same names as employees. Theyre out to get people.

They take trucks and install fender flares to cover up rust. Vehicles are newly undercoated over top of rust and corrosion with visible overspray on rocker panels and other undesirable areas. If you lift up the newly installed bedliners you will either find excessive wear and tear or mud/dirt caked in the grooves on the bed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I bought a truck Feb. 3, 2020. Joe was so easy to work with and made the purchase easy and stress free. He was not like other pushy salesmen we have dealt with in the past. He was very fair. We will be back and refer him to many. Thanks a bunch Joe!,!

You cant please everybody! All I can say is I have personally purchased 7 vehicles from West End Auto Sales, and have been extremely happy with my vehicles. I have also purchased a brand new truck from a dealership, that I never made it home and had to have it towed back to dealership. When you purchase a vehicle that is AS IS that means the dealership is not responsible for any repairs. With that being said West End Auto Sales always tries to make customers happy if it is feasible. Some reviews on here just show the negative side, do not mention what West End Auto Sales has done to help rectify their issues. Warranties are offered to help cover the repairs that will inevitably happen while owing a vehicle. The owner does go to the auction, this is how vehicles are replenished on the lot. This is not an avoidance to address the issues. The owners are honest and hardworking. I will definitely continue to purchase my vehicles from West End Auto Sales.

Bought a truck from them a while back that was advertised as rust free well they hid it very well but now it looks horrible. Also they said they was giving me a 1 year warranty wellwhen I went in there about transmission problems they acted like they didn’t know me. Will never buy from them again and will never recommend anyone to go to them.

Vehicle - 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited). Great buying experience. Kim and Terry worked to resolve every deficiency I discovered on several test drives. No pressure and the price was right.(new post - August 2018) - I went back recently to look for a pickup truck. They offered me a good trade in value on the Jeep I bought from them last year. I couldnt find exactly what I wanted and they gave me some information that led me to a different dealer. This is the kind of people they are. Very nice (I worked with Kim and Joe).

Absolutely horrible experience! Always told the owner is “at auction” and they will have to wait and discuss and get back with me. Junky cars priced too high for the quality. They make them look good on the outside and hide all the inside issues. This is not only due to one experience, but multiple. Gave 1 star because I had to other wise it would be a 0.

They paint the underside of the vehicles to hide rust. Drive over an hour and a half to look at a vehicle the supposedly was mechanically sound but the 4wd was busted. Typical used car salesman

All I can say is DONT buy anything from this dealership unless you have it checked out thoroughly before you do so. We bought a vehicle here that had service lights on continuously. Youre asking why we still purchased the vehicle. The owner(Terry)was a good friend and business associate of my brothers. Terry said he would fix it and make it right. Long story short...after a year of Terrys ignored phone calls and broken promises we had to buy another vehicle. The sad part is neither Terry or Kim talk to my brother anymore. He didnt do anything wrong except for trust in their friendship that he was getting a decent car at a decent price.

This is the worst buy and sales exp i have ever experienced. David the sales man is a bold face liar. Then you get to managment and its not much better there. I drove several trucks from this lot... all had problems. Dont buy unless its stock because they cant lift it properly. Was told they couldnt do anything with my trade it was junk, but jacked the price 4k and sold it. The one we drove didnt check out by a local mechanic 2011 gmc red that they lifted and the owner himself even said that he was aware that the tires rubbed and didnt fit but continues to try and sell. We did buy a 2011 dodge. Just to find out that the keys didnt work and wasnt just a battery like the owner said. Kim did take care of one key for us(thanks kim). After having it checked out because its making an unusual sound...the exhaust is about to fall off it was sprayed to hide the rust.the wheel is off center and continues to get worse. Surprise they tried to lift it with what they say is a 2in front lift then they say its a 2.5in . Dont know what the truth is. Finaly found out its a 1.5 in not at all what they claim in either message.the brakes are shot. Trans is shifting hard. Always told the owner is at an auction and will get back to us. Thats a lie, he will not get back to you nor will he respond at all.he only cares about collecting your money so he can put it into his drag car. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Worst auto buying experience ever! I bought 04 gmc truck low miles very clean no rust. That is until a few weeks after I purchased it. I removed the new looking bed liner to have my bed sprayd only to find the bed had holes rusted out all over the bed. I was soooo ticked I took the truck back and they assured me that they never had the new looking bed liner out and they didnt notice any holes from underneath .I didnt either BC the whole underside was sprayed with black undercoating ( shaker can apparently) so the owner told me he had a guy who would fix it right hed cut the bad out and weld in new.. NOT!!!! The guy tack welded thin pieces of galvanized metal and sprayed some kind of cheap glass bondo ( which you can see dripping out the still rusted holes under the bed) then two days later I craw into the bed and my knee crunches the bondo around one of the holes this guy fixed.. Im done with West End Auto .. Im not wasting 550. 00 spraying a liner in a junk bed. I should have asked to remove liner b4 I bought it and I would have if I was buying from someone on Craigslist but this was a dealership. I thought they inspectioned their vehicles b4 selling to the consumer. Maybe they did?
