Since I started bringing my vehicle here regularly back in 2015-2016, I have always been pleased except for the last few times I had services performed. I already addressed the concerns regarding these previous visits with Manager Jeff Knoll.On this most recent visit, I was displeased to learn that I needed rotors IN ADDITION to new brake pads. I asked the service advisors on several prior visits about the need to replace the brakes. I was adamant that I wanted to replace pads early enough so that I wouldn’t have to also replace the rotors. They replied it was not necessary. Now they say I needed rotors anyway. I’m starting to lose trust with the last several experiences. I used to recommend this place to all my family, friends, patients, and colleagues. The price for an oil change was $39.95 when I first became your customer in 2015-2016. Now it’s $69.95!!! It doesn’t appear that this business is moving in the right direction. If things don’t improve, I will be looking for another mechanic.

I am from Ohio, visiting family. We were driving back from the beaches around Bowers Beach and my 2020 equinox engine went to half power after a loud pop. I called around in the area to 5 different dealerships and Divers was the only one that would even look at it within a week. After dropping it off, (the next day) they called me back 4 hours later to let me know they had it ready for me. They saved my trip. Super nice facility, the people were great and helpful. I highly recommend!

While visiting family in Middletown DE my daughters Chevy equinox had an issue and the engine light came on and lost partial power. After calling several Chevy dealerships that were closer nobody would look at her car for at least a week. When I called Diver Chevy knowing we had traveled from Ohio the told her if she dropped off they would work in within a couple days. Once we arrived the service tech that checked us in arranged to have the car diagnosed that day in case parts had to be ordered. Fortunately it was a simple repair of a clip that holds air valve line and had it repaired same day.
Arrive a little late but they still serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. My vehicle is certified so my oil change was free. Other dealership still charged me.
Dave Gershman is one of the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. This was my first Chevrolet purchase at Diver and I couldnt have been more pleased! Each staff member I encountered was down to earth and a pleasure to talk to. Im looking forward to many years with this dealership and the people who work there!!
My mother Helen Burke thought she was to get two free oil changes with her 2020 Chevy Trax Lease and upon coming in recently after the oil percentage indicated to come in only a couple of weeks ago, that she was told that is no longer the case. She was given two different stories by two Chevy Employees that were B.S! She does not even get one free oil change as this visit cost her 50.00 dollars after a 20.00 dollar discount. Allegedly a notice went out about an expiration back in May 2021. At that time her oil percentage was no where near having oil to be changed. I am not happy with Gm and feel this was wrong and bad business practice. My mother is an 80 year old Woman and have been a long time loyal customer of GM. She has PROUDLY served in the United States Army and that General Motors is an American Company who should be PROUDLY serving their Customers.

I dropped off my 2019 Blazer for service early (7 AM) on Friday 8/13. Unfortunately when I returned to the service center at 4 PM I was advised that my vehicle was not ready. Yes I was given a loaner for the evening but this disrupted my plans for Friday and Saturday. Then I got a call Sat at 9 that the vehicle was ready. It would have been so much nicer if the vehicle had gotten taken care of earlier on Friday. Thank you.

I dont like going to the internet or dealership everytime I have a question.
This is the 2nd time having my truck in for service & was not left with a great experience. 1st time had a cover put on back of truck & fog lights added & razor blades were left in my truck on floor mats(driver side) possibly when splicing wires?? Also Greasy finger/hand prints on my hood & driver door. This time same thing greasy oily finger prints left on my hood again. As if no care or checking is to make sure my truck comes back 100% as it went in. I am funny about cleaning my truck & it just burns me that every time greasy prints & hand prints left on my truck. Good thing it was free.

Never did the job because according to other reputable shops and my warranty dept the labor was doubled and the price for parts were 4 times after market parts.I tried to explain that their guide for my vehicle was projecting labor cost really high and the tech just tried to tell me i was wrong,, I found out Diver is wrong by several other estimates. I can see if it were double because its a Chevy part but fortunately i have worked in this industry and have seen the labor scam immediately. Wont be bringing my cars there for service anymore! They are either scamming knowingly or closed minded to any suggestion that there may be a discrepancy in their labor guide! Im sure they will still charge for my diagnoses even though i told them i had it diagnosed already and what exactly was the issue,,,especially after reading this! by the way 2 weeks ago my wife had a brand new transmission installed $5000.00 plus... enjoy the last money ill spend there...i have several vehicles that are all serviced regularly!

We had purchased a Chevy Bolt in November, 2017 from Diver Chevy and loved the car. We talked the vehicle up to anyone who would listen and sent customers to Diver.There was a recall on the car that reduced the range that made it unusable for our use case. So, we initiated a Lemon Law Buyback with GM. Due to numerous issues due to the overall supply chain situation, our case fell through the cracks and we had filed a negative review because the process was taking 4 months and it appeared no one was taking ownership.A few hours later, the owner of Diver called me to get more information on the issue and immediately marshaled his staff, and the GM Regional Rep to get our buyback processed ASAP. Everything has gone smooth and we are picking our new Bolt EUV today!Moral? Things fall through the cracks, but at the end of the day, Diver will work the problem until it is solved and make sure the customer is satisfied!

I had a very good experience at Diver. They were able to do a buyback for my Bolt and process me purchasing a new Bolt during a single, relatively stress-free visit. Unlike many other dealerships, they actually know about electric vehicles. They did not add an additional fee to the cost of the car for not financing, a big pet peeve of mine. Overall a very positive experience.

1st I was told there was a recall on my airbag but when I got there they informed me if they replaced it and my dashboard cracked in the process they would not cover it??? 2nd my appointment was at 9am when I called to get an update after 2pm they still hadnt looked at my car. 3rd they pulled the controls to Mt passenger window out from the door to check an issue I was having and left it hanging half way out of the door, I paid $100 just for the issue to be checked, they could put it back the way it was before they started.

I had what could of been major Transmission Issues on 2016 Silverado, The service department was great, the service advisor Ric Boyle was very professional in handling my questions and concerns during a period of time where the work backlog was great. I would of hoped that it could of been done sooner, yet I sense that they did the best they could under the circumstances. (They were the 2nd company to work on it)The work was outstanding; the transmission seems to be operating better than it was when it was new. It shifts smoothly in all the forward gears with no delays and it is shifting into reverse smoothly.Ric told me up front that they have transmission shop with the capabilities of doing the work inhouse with knowledgeable Chevy certified mechanics. Though your shuttle service is wonderful, the communications to me about the delays in length of stay for my vehicle were poor to non-existent. Judging by the conversation I had with the mechanic working on the car, the internal communication-what I had stated on my intake of the vehicle at the time of my scheduled appointment at 9AM on June 21st-did not get communicated to those working on the car. I had to reiterate everything I had stated at intake to be told-well thats not what I have here. While expecting a two day stay, the vehicle was not completed until July 1. While I understand that a part was backordered, there were delays in contacting me to advise or not at all. So my car was sitting much of the time while I was renting a loaner at significant expense to me for 11 days. I was told that the car would be completed on the 28th or 29th but received no call advising me that the part had never arrived and so it would be at least 2 days more. I had to call to find out what was happening.
Top notch dealership. Changed my mind at the last minute because i wasnt sold on the color. Brian and Erik worked out a dealer trade and had the one i wanted there within 24 hours. I live over an hour from this dealership but will make the ride next time and refer others as well. Thanks !
The purpose of my visit to Diver Chevrolet was not voluntary. My car broke down and eventually would be replaced after seven wonderful years. I planned to have the car for two more years so, I was frustrated and upset. Thankfully, Ric Provided excellent service. He provided a loaner vehicle a few days later when I needed to drive to work. It took over a week for me to find out what was wrong with my car. Ric contacted me every day to update me, even when there were no updates. In the end, I needed an extra day to tow my car out of Diver. He oversaw the process when I was unable to be there in person. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to work with and support the customer.
The customer service was great from the time you pull up to the time you leave. I enjoy having conversations with the valet drivers, because they make you feel comfortable when you first arrived at Diver. My service provider Dave is awesome to work with.

I came into Diver Chevrolet with the expectation of not walking out with a car. I was welcomed and greeted by Ms. Peggy Saxton. I informed that I was interested in the Blue Camaro,a DNA if it wasnt to troubling can I see the vehicle. Ms. Peggy went to garage and retrieved the vehicle and there it was, beautiful as ever. Anyway, Peggy and I went back to her desk and I explained to her that my credit was not all that great, and Im trying to rebuild it. She informed me that she will talk to the manager and run some possible numbers to include the rates, so I can get a feel of what I maybe looking at. I decided to roll the dice, and go for it. Ms. Peggy came back and said that I was approved, and I almost cried right there on the spot. Ms. Peggy made me feel comfortable with her by her customer service and her willingness to go the extra mile. There was no pressure into buying a vehicle, it was a real conversation and a care to make me feel comfortable. I was in the dealership by 9:15 and out by 11am. I am very pleased with my 2021 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. I did as much research as possible before walking into the dealership. Everything I saw and read confirmed that the New TrailBlazer is the vehicle for me. Overall the service was good it just took long than what was communicated. My truck was supposed to be at the dealer for 1 day ended up 4 due to a part being ordered and not received.
They were very helpful and nice. While they were doing the oil change I went and looked for a new SUV for myself. The sales rep that helped me was very professional and informative.
Experience was okay, I feel like I like I was just a goal to be met and conquered. Also wish my tags were just transferred to the new vehicle and the decision for New tags was not forced into the deal and the situation was discussed prior to meeting with Tom in Financing. Tom in Financing has been wonderful thru the process and many questions that I have had.
