Crystal carpet Inn stalled LVP flooring on our third floor they did an excellent job the employees were knowledgeable and efficient. Most importantly I was not satisfied with some of the work and they immediately sent someone out to guarantee my satisfaction it was a tiny flaw in the way they put the quarter round down they corrected it immediately to my satisfaction. Chad at Crystal Carpet has proven he stands behind his product. We had a problem with our flooring that had been replaced after hurricane Florence. We spoke with Chad about the issues. Chad had his installation team at no cost to us replace our kitchen floor that was the problem. I would highly recommend Crystal Carpet for their knowledge and customer support.

Let me just say that when doing a renovation project, MOST stores will maybe give you the install date that you want, and ~might~ give you a 3-4 hour window of when your techs will show up. Diana at Crystal Carpet was able to give us a great price on our new lvp flooring, quote me for 3 different install options and get the quote to me in about a day, give me a firm date with a one hour arrival window, AND they called to confirm that date and time THREE TIMES leading up to the date! The technician was incredibly nice, on time, and made sure to ask exactly how I wanted the flooring to look, and even made sure the floors were spotlessly clean! They even swept our outside patio off from hurricane debris! He walked through the whole project with me afterwards to make sure they were perfect. They also called after all was said and done to make sure I loved it.They new floors are absolutely beautiful, but the service was the best part. Can not recommend this business enough!

Visited the store a few weeks ago. Spent about an hour dealing with Ashley looking at different flooring options. They do have a good selection, I give them that. The following week, I called to setup an appointment for them to come out and measure so we could pick out the new floor. I called on Monday morning, left a message and was told that Ashley would call back. That didnt happen. I called back two days later, thinking she may have been super busy. I left another message, and was advised she would once again call back.. Once again that didnt happen.Almost a week and a half later, I still havent got a call back. While I understand that companies are busy trying to catch up from the hurricane, its not acceptable to simply not return calls.I really would have liked to give them my business..but apparently they didnt need it.

Received prompt, attentive service. Diana went out of her way to understand my needs and help find solutions within my budget. Rick helped make sure my installation fit into my timeline (very tight timeline). All that and I still got an excellent price. Would definitely recommend you skip the big box stores and head to the pros, youll save time and money.

The only positive thing I can say is that they were very quick to get out to take measurements. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were out the following Tuesday to take the measurements. That’s the end of anything positive. It took exactly one week to get a quote, and that was after I called twice asking for it. Then I finally got emailed a quote which was much higher than expected, so I asked for a breakdown on the charges, as far as how much square footage of carpet, padding cost, installation, etc. I waited a few days and never got the detailed breakdown, so I finally just stopped in to return the carpet sample I had. Coincidentally my “salesman” is the one who greeted me at the door. Once I questioned the quote he told me that his measurements were “considerably more” than what I had estimated. We had already measured the rooms and I even added 150 square foot to my estimate to account for closets, overages, etc. Although knowing that standard size closets for 3 bedrooms would not come close to that. He pulled out his paper with my measurements and come to find out, his actual measurements were very close to mine. He was kind of busy at the time with other customers coming in, so I just asked him to send me the detailed quote and we would get back in touch. Fast forward to 10 days later, I still had not received the quote, so I emailed again. Finally I got a breakdown of the charges. Their carpet cost was essentially the same price as another quote, although it was much lesser quality than the other place. The carpet padding was also less quality. But the biggest thing is that my quote was for 200 square feet more than my measurements. I understand accounting for overages, etc but most places add 10% to the actual measurements. Not here. Then the cost of carpet removal and installation was a little over $1000, which I got FREE with another company! I highly recommend checking with other companies!

We had a incredible experience at crystal carpet. We recently had to redo our entire home due to flooding from hurricane Florence. Chad Garner, the owner happened to be a resident of my neighborhood and donated over 100 carpet remnants big enough to cover a average bedroom. When we found out about his generosity to our neighbors we went to the store and they made it extremely simple and beat all competitors prices by about 20%.. we just picked what we liked and they came and field measured late in the evening because that was our only availability and also scheduled all the installation around other scheduling conflicts . We will never go to another floor store or big box store again . Thanks Crystal Carpet .

This is the second job that I have had Crystal Carpet and flooring do in my home. The first project was getting new sheet vinyl installed in out kitchen and dining room areas. Kelly and the team were great, friendly, professional, and answered all the questions my 4yr old threw at them. The most recent job that I done today was getting new pad and carpet installed in the home. Again, the team was great, the carpet looks great.The Sales man, Lou, was also great both times he had come to the house for measurements. he understood what I was looking for, and didnt try to upsell me to something out of my price range. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a great quality job done at a reasonable price.

Very disappointed. I went in the store and told the lady helping me exactly what I had in mind for three different rugs for my new house. She was very helpful in finding me samples to take home. However, when I brought the samples back in she was not working. Someone assured me that she would get in touch with me as soon as she got back to work. He had me write, in detail, everything down that I wanted larger samples of as well as the dimensions of the rugs that I wanted custom made. Long story short-she never contacted me. Two weeks following, I called her back and she apologized for not getting back in touch with me. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I gave them another chance. She took down more notes and told me she would call me within 24 hours with the pricing I had requested, and would also call me to let me know when my samples arrived. Here we are 1 month later and I still have not heard from them. I am very disappointed. I was willing to purchase three custom rugs from them and no one has followed back up with me. Absolutely would not recommend.

Crystal replaced our garden tub with an Onyx walk-in shower and replaced our original shower with a large closet. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the results. Workmanship was topnotch. Communication, scheduling, and follow-up were excellent from start to finish.

We had Crystal Carpet and Flooring install flooring for us in 2015. Two years later, we noticed defects in the flooring, and notified Chad about them. He had the flooring examined and determined that there were indeed defects in the flooring and offered to repair it for us. After examining the defect further, it was determined that the entire flooring should be replaced. They replaced the entire floor for us at no charge at all !!Thanks to Chad and his installers for making a great experience happen.We highly recommend them!

This place has the worst customer service post sale! We had them install new flooring and carpet in our townhome. That process went smoothly but after the fact we had a piece crack and they have been completely unresponsive. I have called more then a dozen times about getting a replacement. They have assured me they would get it handled then NO ONE bothered to call me back. This has gone on for more then a year with no resolution. The sales representatives dont care about helping the customer after they get their money for the install. The last suggestion was why dont you just go to Lowes.I would NOT have them install any flooring for you unless you want to fix any problems yourself.

Ashley did an amazing job!! Knowing we had an event coming up and we were short on time she help talk the installer into staying late and even delivered the last piece so everything thing was finished right in time. My wife and I couldnt have been happier!

I had floating vinyl plank flooring installed today by John and Trey. I am so happy that I found this choice of flooring with the help of Braith. The pricing is good and the installation was great. I would highly recommend Crystal Carpet and this product.

Carpets nice but HORRIBLE installers. We ordered the carpet and ended up getting it four weeks AFTER the promised date. They also require 75% up front and charged our credit card before they told us. In other words they requested the CC info on order, but didnt charge it until 3 weeks later. When the installers came one was smoking the entire time outside and left cigarettes all over the yard. The installers left dirt and stains all over my newly painted walls, wouldnt remove their shoes in the home and took a chunk out of my hardwood floors. On top of all that they were rude and we would NEVER have them here again, sorry.

We had a great experience with this company! Moving from out of state with a very big job (new HW, refinish existing HW, new carpet and new LVP) we were very nervous on picking a flooring company. Peter did a wonderful job explaining the process, going over all the details of different materials, making suggestions and understanding our expectations. The installation lead, Storm, was always very respectful and knowledgeable and kept us up to date on the process (the team worked extremely hard to meet our deadline for moving in). The quality was outstanding and they quickly and courteously resolved a few minor issues we found after the install (to me this is one of the best attributes of a good company). We would absolutely use them in the future!

Overall a great experience with the staff and installer from Crystal Carpet & Flooring. After Hurricane Florence, Crystal Carpet & Flooring was the only place we could find a match for our existing hardwood flooring. Scott Cromartie, the sales rep, worked exceptionally well with us and was patient during the insurance claims process as it dragged on(even as their buidling suffered damage as well). David, the installer, was great at communicating 1) the installation process, 2) any decision options that needed to be made on the spot, 3) the cure time for the glue application, 4) how to take care of any tiny glue spots between planks that may show up later. David was also very personable and great to talk with during the install. The installation supervisor, Christian, made sure we were satisfied with the install and the craftmanship. Would highly recommend Crystal Carpet & Flooring, Scott Cromartie and David to anyone looking for hardwood flooring.
