Our company hired Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering to install carpet in our commercial business. The installation was unprofessional with carpet seams visible in multiple locations. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. We ended up having to hire another company to repair the carpet at our own expense.

Tori’s quote was fast and helpful. The price was very fair and I loved how many choices. Will definitely hire them again.

I just recently change my review and I will update it with the progress. I have problems with my floor from very beginning and even though at first I did not get any respond, recently thanks to the new management their customer service is just outstanding. I talked to manager name Brad and my issue was not to just solve with in a week but what they did is beyond my expectation. I think people that put the one star should maybe talk to them because looks like there been some changes and everybody can make mistake but the most important thing is how you fix them. All I have to say so far they trying Beyond anything to make me satisfied customer. I will post when the job is done but so far with new management new beginning I give them 5 stars.

Ill just give you the facts of my experience and leave you to judge. This company came in to replace my carpet in my apt complex. Replaced the carpet with different carpet than my other rooms so now I have mismatched colors and textures. Replaced the replica wood tile with different color and texture than the rest of the apt. Broke my tv stand when moving it, broke my internet modem, broke the door to my laundry, pushed everything next to my sink into the water ruining my key fab. When contacted about the issues they stated they would not take responsibility but they would write a check for the tv stand. I sent a link with the price it was currently going for (240) and how much I paid (250). They wrote me a check for 223 dollars. Ill let you decided if you want this company in your home.

Horrible customer service. Nick is rude and unhelpful. They wont answer the phone let alone schedule you for floors.

Did not meet their set appointment for our flooring needs. Were not apologetic for missing their appointment and did not care for a moment that they had strung us along for a week. UnProfessional service department at best.
