The brunette girl at the cash register made my day! She was so sweet and was so accommodating to not only to me but to everyone who came to the front to ask questions. Wish I knew her name she did an amazing job!

Perfect Place To Get All Of One Tree Hill Stuff. I loved It.

Literally came to Wilmington because I loved One Tree Hill so much and their selection of OTC merchandise is huge! I got an ornament and two shirts! They also had lots of Dawsons creek and other novelty shirts as well. If youre looking for your usually souvenirs like mugs, town t-shirts, post cards, hats, stickers, or shot glasses they have you covered as well! Great prices as well!

Do not order from their website.They will allow you to place orders and then have no intention of shipping what you pay for.

A good shop in located in downtown Wilmington NC, with a nice selection of souvenir shirts, key chains, shot glasses and other items.

Our son loved a model sail boat from here. It was $18. With 7% tax it would have been $19.26. When we went to pay with cash ($20 bill) they said we dont have change, so we switched to card. Then they added a 4% fee for a card, which turned out to be $20.04.We like to support local, but Im not impressed with that.

I wasn’t impressed seemed extremely overpriced and the girl working had zero personality!

Earlier today I came across this store while walking to the river walk nearby. While entering into this shop, an older worker and a customer were arguing. The argument was heated, Im not sure about what, but the customer service was not well. The worker did not apologize to the customer they were arguing with or the customers in the store. I walked out a couple minutes after, deciding that I would not put any money into this store. Safe to say I will not be coming back!

I was excited with how many One Tree Hill souvenirs they had; however, their stock of sizes was very limited. When I asked the woman at the counter about sizes, she just told me all their stock was on the shelves. After leaving, I saw on their website how you can order any sizes. I was pretty annoyed that I caved and just got one I didn’t really like because that was the only one really in my size only to find out that I could have ordered it online and the woman working didn’t say zilch about that option. No returns allowed. Also, the woman working was not wearing her face mask (it was hanging off one ear) if you’re traveling currently.

Cool little shop. It had some One Tree Hill items which was fun along with some Gilmore Girls stuff.

I will never shop here again. While checking out with my family the store cashier accused our 11yr old of stealing chapstick. So we called her over to ask her about it and she said she did not have it. The cashier said yes she had it. So my daughter went over to her niece and checked her pockets and confirmed she did not have it. The cashier stated the camera would tell the truth. So my daughter confronted the woman and told her she would have no reason to steal chapstick. It was not a happy ending.

While shopping here with my family, it appeared to me that the people working there paid particular attention to people of color. My daughter was accused of stealing, though it was clear that she had nothing on her person. The cashier refused to apologize, even after my daughter was patted down, and it shows clearly that she had nothing. My daughter left heartbroken and embarrassed.

Need more size large shirts.

Such an awesome store with a great selection of merchandise. Reasonable prices too!

Costumer service is terrible they accused me of stealing chapstick when i clearly put the chapstick back and the women who accused me then stated “thats fine the cameras will see” even though i was patted down and clearly did not have the chapstick on me, I was disgusted and embarrassed cause this women made me feel unaccepted, safe to say i will most definitely not be coming back.

Absolutely LOVE this store! I went to many stores in the area for One Tree Hill memorabilia and this store was the JACKPOT! Definitely the most and cheapest in the area! I highly recommend going here for One Tree Hill items. The staff was awesome and energetic. Very helpful.

Nice variety of things. I would have bought a couple of tees. But they only had smaller sizes. Only one person working a very crowded house. She couldnt help me as she was stuck to the register. With some R rated stuff, its not a family place.

My family and I are in Holden Beach for the week on vacation. We decided since Wilmington was only an hour away we would go for the day. I love T-Shirts and little souvenir shops. I looked up different T-Shirt shops to go to and decided on this one because it looked like it had a variety..oh and the One Tree Hill merch looked great. I went around the store for a good 30 minutes and picked out what I wanted. I checked out and bought two shirts and a hat. That night when I got back to HB, I went to show everyone what I got and found a huge marker stain and other odd looking stains on the shirt. They were obviously bot from me since it had sat in the bag since I got it. I called the next morning (aka today 7/4) and the guy was rude and told me he could do nothing about it and basically said I was lying and did it on purpose by saying that whatever happens outside of the shop is not their fault. He told me to email the manager because him calling the manager would be pointless. Yep...pointless. And he would HOPEFULLY get back to me later today. I told the guy I would have to come either at that moment or tomorrow morning as we are leaving soon and today is a holiday. He then said that there was nothing he could do or would do for that matter. I’ve never experienced such bad and rude customer service.

Great crew that works there, very friendly. Cool Spot, has all you want for a grocery store n more. Not expensive . Would recommend to anybody for anything they want to go there. They just added surround music which is awesome.

If you need UNCW swag they have it for great prices.

These people will never get my business again. Ridiculous return policy. They don’t check the items being purchased at all like a good apparel store would. Purchased a $20 shirt that had a few marker stains on it and they won’t allow an exchange. Definitely a great way to lose business. Sure lost mine. Thanks.

I will never order from these people again. I ordered and paid for a shirt and immediately received an email stating that my order was in process. The money was taken out of my account but 2 weeks later and no shirt. I called and spoke with an employee who said she was new and couldn’t do anything. She said that the orders were upstairs but she could not send out. She further stated that the owner was out of the country and she took my name and number, and my order number and said that he was calling customers from out of the country and would call me back. I have yet to receive a call and still no shirt. I would not recommend ordering from this business at all.

Everything was great when I was there but they gave me a coupon so I went to use it 1 day later it said coupon invalid and so I called and they said oh yeah we dont use that right now its only sometimes check Facebook and the last time they had it was in 01/17/17. So dont believe the coupons they give you dont wait till your home to order something and not get to use it

Same story as the other folks who left 1 star...I ordered a hat for $25 on July 21, 2019. After a week and no hat I emailed to find out where it was...I was told they were out of the choir and to pick another. I did. A week later I received another email stating the same. I sent back the she ne color. Its now August 28, 3019 and they have not sent my hat and have not returned my emails requesting a refund. I will be filing a police report for goods not recieved. This is theft pure and simple.

I think it is one of the best souvenir stores in Downtown Wilmington. Great selection of hats, shirts and hoodies. Nice selection of UNCW stuff also.

This is a great place for local logo clothes. UNCW, Cape Fear, One Tree Hill, etc. Looking for a logo shot glass, they have those too. The staff is really helpful.

No one said hello when I walked in and no said anything when I walked out. Interestingly enough heard them greet others and wish them well as they left. Went here twice with the same rude behavior.

My go to store for Gilmore Girls and One Tree Hill merchandise

I ordered a hat there on April 12th and it said my order was being processed and they took my money out of my account. I called 1 week late the girl told me the person that does the ordering is out of town call back so I did a week later and she said my boss the ordering and he will be back next week. I just called today which is the 29th of April which is almost 3 weeks later and no hat and she said my boss is out of the country and he does the ordering so I said can I have my money back and she told me that she couldn’t do that

Not very customer friendly. We had not left the store and my husband saw a different shirt that was in on display. We asked to do an exchange and pay the higher price and they refused. Won’t go back.

I stop here at every Wilmington trip to browse the OTH collection.

Cool store. One Tree Hill shirts are in there. UNCW and other nc college teams and Wilmington merchandise are there also. Great prices too. I didnt buy anything just yet. I will be back there next year for vacation.

Would give no star if I could. They dwell on the ignorant masses. Simply put: I ordered a shirt, and when I heard nothing over the course of three weeks, I called to ask about it. I was told I would receive a call back. I did not. When I called a second time, I was told the manager would give me a call back. On this occasion, I was told that they were out of the shirt I wanted and the cost would be refunded. I called again about a week later to ask about a refund and was again told that Mike would give me a call back. He called and told me the refund was processed. I told him it was not, as I check my bank account regularly. He said to give it a week and it would process. Two weeks later, I checked and it was still not processed. I left two messages about this. The first was returned by Mike and he said the item should now be processed and to call back of it was not. I called back two weeks later, left a message with the lady who received my phone call, and never got a return phone call.So, I am out $24 plus S&H, this company will run itself out of business eventually, and I do not have the time to deal with them. My usual barometer for bad practice follow-up after repeated attempts is $100+. They should be happy I will not pursue this because I look out for the public as a whole. Plus, one phone call to the BBB will have them shaking in their boots. Again, if I had I made a bigger purchase, I would have gone this route.1) Do not advertise that you have a product and when a customer orders the next day you do not have it or cannot get it. Put that up front if that is the case.2) Do not assume money has been refunded and do not pursue it. This is your company...follow through and make sure the customer has been refunded. Do not make them follow up with you repeatedly. It is your business, not the customers.3) Return phone calls...a basic business practice which the good companies have a 24 hour policy on.4) If you want most or all of their products, in spite of what the sales reps will tell you, they can be found at the University bookstore or nearby businesses.5) The in-store reps seemed to be good people (at least one of them), which kind of alignes and conflicts with previous posts. It is a shame they have to seek employment shelter under the umbrella of this company.6) Fact: Mike is Krazy.
