****UPDATED REVIEW****First of all, I think that it is very unprofessional for anyone to ask for a review and then to sit and write it out for you as you are trying to leave. I wanted to post an updated review, as this has been an on going issue for about a month now, since getting my HP Laptop back. APlus was able to look at my computer after it basically shut off one day and he was responsive and prompt in addressing the issue I was having. However, once he returned my laptop to me, I found out that literally every single item on my computer is now totally different. From the font, to the apps that I need to use, to my storage space, pictures, all my internal settings and display settings... literally everything was changed, without my permission and theres nothing I can do to change any of it back. At the moment, I cant even open, NOR DOWNLOAD THE APP IN ORDER TO OPEN, a PDF for my sons schoolwork. I have had 2 IT engineers look at my computer since then. One of which is a trusted client of my own whom I would have rather had look at the original issue but due to Covid, he was unavailable. This client is the one that set my laptop up for me the day I bought it. And the other is my own brother, a captain in the army who is pursuing a masters degree in this profession. Both of them have told me that this man royally screwed up my computer and that it would be best if I just bought a new one. So yes, thank you so much for fixing my laptop.... It does turn on now. However, since I now have to purchase a brand new one anyway, I would like to at the very least warn anyone else to stay away from this company. Wiping my hard drive clean was not what I wanted. I was left with a shell of a computer that will never be what it once was. The whole experience from front to back was unacceptable. He wouldnt give a receipt for the initial deposit of $65. After I got the computer back it crashed again within two hours and he wanted to charge me again to fix it. I have never seen such a mess of installed programs on my computer that I didnt want.
