I went in stood in line for 45 minutes. 2 girls working. Megan - Supervisor Trainee, and a young girl Jamie. Jamie was very rude to her co-worker & nasty. She sat there with earbuds listening to music while the new girl was trying very hard. This Print department needs more workers, and thorough training. For the new girl to be a Supervisor trainee, Jamie was running all over her, telling her Supervisor Trainee what to do and was not nice about it. I will not come back to this store if Jamie is working. I came in to have 250 hymnals printed out. I will NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE.Emilia

No support for small businesses. I have tried to support my local Staples with consistent print jobs, but each time they treat me like they dont know me. They send me to their online platform which has fees for setting up the same print job I have requested for years. The online platform sends me to a store across town for pick up. The design fees they charged me for have the cut lines printed on the paper but they either dont cut the paper at all or cut half of it, leaving me with the job to do even though they charge you for cutting! Worst customer service, so rude over the phone. Where is my local print shop with friendly customer service? Not at Staples. They are the epitome of what is wrong with corporate America.

I have purchased protection plans at other retailers and I always get a drawn-out and complicated runaround if the product fails, but not Staples! I purchased an office chair and 3 year protection plan 2.5 years ago. Brought the receipt in and they replaced it instantly- no questions asked. Buy the protection plans from Staples!! Great customer service.

I was there on Monday made purchase of $69.42 several items. Wouldn’t take my debit card. Clerk said it was the machine. Tried 4 more times failed each time. Same thing happened to other customers. They rang me up against n on difference computer and it failed They rebooted the system. Tried again and failed. I left without items. Wasted over 30 money minutes. The very next day I have 6 charges of the above amount on my bank statement on line. I called staples and manager reassured me they were soft posts and would fall off in a day or two. My bank says they are not and my account has been debited over $400 for nothing. It was referred to a specialist at m ban and could take up to ten days to fix meanwhile all these charges taken from my account. What if I lived paycheck to paycheck? I could have overdraft fees. Or without $400 for up to ten days. Many people don’t have that extra. I will never shop there again

I felt like a VIP yesterday at Staples!!Caroline at printing was, AMAZING!She new exactly what I needed, and what I was talking about. She even set up a file for me right then and there. That way if shes not there Im saved in the system.I had be quoted at Staples competitors for WAY to much.Over 25-40 dollars to much and they didnt even understand what I needed.I also had two gentlemen help me find the exact paper I needed. I have had the pleasure of working with Lane in the printing department a few times now and hes been so helpful and genuinely amazing at customer service.This store really has some great employees!

We bought a gaming chair for a son’s birthday. Cathy, the store manager, was SO helpful and friendly. We had seen a sale online, which she matched without question. She made this a fantastic shopping experience!

Really really terrible store. The worst Staples location in Wilmington. Actually, all of Staples in Wilmington are terrible. The employees, especially the manager Cathy, are rude, unhelpful, and all around unprofessional. Please, do not give your business to Staples. Use literally any other office supply store. If I could give 0 stars I would. And Cathy, if youre reading this, I think youre a bad person.

We needed to have some photos scanned and printed out for our wedding this last June. I wish I could remember the name of the awesome woman who helped us out, at their print shop. She helped us pick the right paper, scanned and adjusted the brightness so our photos looked great at our wedding. The pricing was reasonable and she even gave us a discount on top of that! I could not recommend this location highly enough. Working with the employees of this Staples was a much needed break from all the stress of wedding planning. They crushed it!

Got a great deal on an office chair which was half price They also assembled it for a fee of $14.95 which only took 15-20 minutes and loaded it in my car. Sales associates were very nice and helpful. Ill definitely be coming back!

Well organized store and clean in appearance. Helpful, courteous employees. Ample parking. I do think they need to open another checkout register when the line gets backed up.

Young man I think his name was Jacob offered to assist as soon as I walked in. He came from around the register took me where I needed to go. Very friendly and helpful. Went to get printer ink for my son but I remembered I was in need of a shredder and he walked with me and offered some suggestions on which one to get which I will go back after I get paid.

The store manager, Cathy is awesome. She took over on a miss ordered item and professionally and politely stepped in and corrected the situation, over and above my complete satisfaction. I hit this Staples during back to school season. Lots of cute stuff for students and teachers alike. Prices could be a bit more competitive.

Dont waste your time at Best buy or with geek squad. Unlike Best Buy they actually have customer service that helps you. Not get you to buy something and then not take it back like Best Buy.

The manager at this store is very rude to her employees. I saw her screaming at one of her employees for not selling enough credit cards, to the point where I said no to buying one, the employee actually burst into tears. A manager should not speak to their employees like that. I feel bad for anyone that has to work with the manager Cathy.

Nicole at the copy center was super helpful. Had my 7yo kid in there and she saw I had a slight error with the copy machine for printing and she proactively came to help and saw project through to the end.

The girls in the Copy & Print center were amazing! Not only did they print a large order of banners in the same day but they also called me to ask about trimming blank space off of the edges. I will always order from this location!

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. Ashlie was at copy center and helped me make informed decisions for a beautiful itinerary for our upcomimg family trip. Helped me to find a compatible car charger for my cell phone. One stop shopping. Finished pre trip errands in half the time.

Ill never use Staples print center again. I usually go to kinkos fedex, but decided to try Staples this time. It was a mistake. I was forced to give my number and address to put into their system and all I needed was a piece of paper laminated. It should be a choice. I know I could have chosen to walk back out and I wish I would have, because now my information is recorded in their system and they were much more expensive for this simple product. It was a mistake to go here. Jesse, the staff member was extraordinary. I wish this review would not reflect on him, but upon management and/or company policy.

Just opened and unwrapped a $130 modem that I bought 6 months ago and tried to get it to work. After 4 hours on the phone with cable and netgear, still does not work. Returned it to staples, or so i thought. Still had receipt, original bag. Only 14 day window for returns. No offer for discount, exchage, or help with solving problem. Went to look for a replacement in this same store and no one offered to help pick out a replacement. Netgear has only 90 warranty. After that you have to buy warranty plan. So Ive got a $130 mantle ornament.Thanks staples.. . Going to Wal-Mart or Amazon for office needs!

I went to this location because they excel in customer svc. I am a artist they meet my need, if im not satisfied they are accommodating.i was there yesterday pursuing a product, after checking to find the product i was told they keep the product off the floor ( very popular- limited) Iwas told they didnt have it....but they went extra mile checked the products that were shipped to the store.The mgr.C took my number and offered to order or try to locate the product. I was contacted this morning to inform me the product is on hold for me.Im a product from the old retail training, customer svc goes a long way..i am a loyal customer .FEM

I called with a single question and the sorry bastards are too lazy to even answer it. Called back and brought it to the managers attention and she literally wanted to argue with me about what I had experienced. Worthless afffffff. Theres my opinion. Dont look to them for any type of good service
