Love hobby lobby can usually find what Im looking for there

Horrible customer service, horrible inventory maintenance, horrible prices, only worth going here if there is a huge sale. The women in back of store were so rude, unhelpful and unhappy. Maybe get a different job.

I could not find what my daughter wanted and the employee that helped us was awesome. Instead of just telling us what isle it was in she walked us to the isle and pointed out exactly where it was. Good work hobby lobby!

I love Hobby Lobby!!!! Great place to browse. I bought some really nice frames here to put a picture of my Mama and 3 year old Langley in it. I also framed a BIGGER photo of my son when he was about 5 years old. Another frame holds a wonderful picture of my son and my nice Langley when he was 22 years old!

Long lines irritate customers and does not take apple pay. Company does not look out for you. People mill that doesnt want you unless youre young. The coworkers were phenomenal.

This is one of my favorite places before Christmas. They have just about everything you could ever dream of for creating decorations and creating the festive look at your home. Its the same for St. Patricks day, Fourth July, Halloween, etc.Great place for Bakers too.

Lovely store well stocked except for what we wanted. Plenty of other goodies. Staff were a bit scarce and seemed to regard customers as people who interrupt their work. Will always keep going back to get unique items.

It never fails that there are 20 customers in a checkout line and two cashiers working, though 8 registers are available.

Hobby Lobby has so many different things to look at and buy it is always good. Love the weekly coupon also. If you cant find it in store then look online. My husband and I made this from materials we purchased online, minus the paint and plants....

I was at the Wilmington, NC Hobby Lobby today 5/21/21 in the arts dept when I overheard a conversation between workers. They were in the aisle over from me NOT WEARING MASKS and were talking about how one of their coworkers had tested positive for Covid-19 BUT STILL CAME INTO WORK. They continued to talk about the Covid-19 vaccine, and another said No Im not getting vaccinated, you think Im gonna deal with those symptoms? Nope not worth it. While I respect individuals right to decide to get vaccinated or not, I dont feel comfortable going into a store where employees are knowingly coming in with Covid-19. Further, I am shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed. Their disregard for the mask mandate (which is still in place for the state) and their conversation in the store made me so uncomfortable I put my items back on the shelf and left. I am not comfortable shopping here because it makes me wonder if they are disregarding other health and safety measures, such as cleaning/disinfecting the store.

Helpful staff, quick checkout, same as other Hobby Lobby stores. Nothing really stood out, which isnt bad. Ive never had a problem with any Hobby Lobby store.

Clean place well maintained inventory is well stocked

I’m looking for a specific Christmas tree that is out of stock in my area and online, I called the Wilmington store (1hour drive). I was told this was a very popular Christmas tree and that they did have some in there offsite storage. However there was someone interested in one and I would have to wait to see if I could get one, but I was told there were 2, possibly 3 trees. I made sure they understood I was not asking for the tree to be shipped to store but would make the drive to come and get it. I was told that I would still have to wait even though I am not possibly interested but am willing to come today and buy the tree. I was told I would still have to wait and they would call me.The only upside was the fact that Ashley was friendly.The last time I was in this store, they over charged me by $50. I stood in line 20 minutes to have my money returned and the young man assisting me never even said “sorry for the inconvenience “.I need to find a Michael’s.

Love the Christian music that plays in background. Displays are neat, presentable and easy to find anything needed. If you dont have a coupon in hand, someone will help you find one on your phone or tablet. Never been able to walk into store purchase free..theres always something on sale, and worthy of a spot in our home. 😀

Ordered something in the store, was told a guaranteed delivery date, when I called to make sure all was good before driving there I got transferred 4 times to finally speak with a very rude worker named Sydney Hatling. She told me “I should have checked my phone” because she called to say she couldn’t order them and that she couldn’t leave a voicemail because I don’t have one. I have no missed calls, and I have a voicemail set up and available. She was extremely rude from the second she answered. I would recommend going to Michael’s or never ordering through them.

I can only say good things about this store. Finally a store, where customer service means something even in 2020. While many other stores started to treat customers as nuisances, I always felt comfortable here. Some of the the customers are questionable, the typical Karens, but employees are great at putting them in their places. I really appreciate that!

WORST customer service experience ever. I was trying to buy a birthday gift for my granddaughter. The item I wanted did not have a price tag. I asked a nearby employee if she could help me. She told me she was stocking the shelves, and that pricing them was the last thing she did. I assumed she was getting the price for me when I noticed her working on the next aisle. I asked her again for a price and she replied, I TOLD you thats the LAST thing I do. This was not a teenage employee who didnt know any better. This was a woman in her 50s. I asked her if someone at the register could help me find the price to which she replied no. I was stunned! I left and I will NEVER go back.

I love this store. They have a wonderful eclectic selection of merchandise, and their prices are great. You can always get a 40% off coupon on your phone, and sometimes they offer even more discounts. They have a good selection of art supplies, which is my main reason for going there, but also a great selection in their fabrics and sewing supplies. I love their wind chime selection, and have often used the 40% off or 50% off coupon to get very large ones for a low price. Immediately after every holiday, all of their leftover holiday merchandise is deeply discounted. Also, unlike many other stores, they begin running their Christmas decorations sale during the Christmas season, so you can buy at 50% off in time to decorate your tree and your house. They are closed on Sunday, which I think is great, because every employee gets at least one day off a week.Their employees are always very helpful and friendly, and the store is spic and span clean. The bathrooms are kept clean, too. Plenty of parking, easy wheelchair access, and most of the aisles are wide enough that customers never feel cramped or crowded. The store is airy and well-lit, and cheerful music plays in the background while you shop. Did I say that I love this store?

Hello Everyone 😊. This was my first time inside Hobby Lobby. I use to bring my Mom here when she was alive. She would by yarn so she could crochet. Something Im sad I never learned from her😢. Anyway, I was so amazed at all the things they had in the store. I found so many crafting items and I cant wait to get started 🤩. The Associates were so helpful and the social distancing was amazing. The store was organized and clean. The prices were extremely reasonable, most importantly the cashier found coupons for my items ❤️.

These stores are huge with excellent products. They need a GREETER at the door to direct customers to the product area they came in for... most customers will meander on their way out, once they are satisfied with their initial want.Example: Im new to the store, or only have a short time to shop, or Im elderly... I Need Someone to help Direct Me!!!

Got an amazing art set on sale from $50 for $25. They have the best selection of any supplies you could need for all types of crafting. I usually go there for my knitting materials but have decided to paint again. A lot of things are currently on sale. Lines went fast which I love. They have an amazing staff working there and everything is very easy to find! Will definitely be going back to this location.

Had a very nice piece of artwork to get framed up after three weeks of not hearing back the manager Sarah was very unprofessional and was very disrespectful to my wife therefore I came back to get the print will never do business again will go to Michael’s from here on out to have anything we need framed up for our gallery!
