I am 71 yrs old and have worked at the Jeld-wen facility in Ludlow Vermont since 1988 making doors for you and other companies even back when it was Doorcrafters. In all those years the office has received candy.cookies.nuts.fruit etc. from some companies as a good will gesture but it was never shared with those of us who work in the shop grinding away making doors day in and day out in the heat,noise and dust .trying to do a good job for our customers..Just last week your company owner and Ceos surprised us with a pizza lunch and personally thanked us for a job well done. I was totally surprised and understand it is good Pr. but I also appreciate the fact that you took the time to recognize us as people not just a pair of hands and part of the equiptment. It was a kind thing to do and we all can use a little more kindness in this world..Thank-you so very much!.
