Great product was shipped on time can be installed if you are some what handy and have a tool that can drill into the driveway. Susan my sale person was great she was very helpful.

We purchased floor to ceiling EzeBreeze vinyl tinted windows in conjunction with new walls built by Screenbuilders (out of Cherokee IA). Screenbuilders installed the walls, windows and doors. We are thrilled with the quality of the products and the professionals who installed them. While it took 4-5 months from order to installation, it was totally worth the wait. We will get a lot of use out of our revitalized screened in porch.

Susan helped us from the concept to the final installation. We couldnt ask for any better customer service or advise. We had the four pane vertical Eze Breeze windows for 25 years in our beach house and like the large openings with the horizontal windows better! We are very pleased with the final result.

I was looking to encloses my screen room because of my allergies and came across Eze Breeze USA. I contacted one of the representatives Susan McDonell. What a pleasure to deal with her. Her knowledge of the product was astounding. She explained exactly how to measure and putting it up was a BREEZE. I would highly recommend this product and having Susan explain how easy it is to put up.

The windows installed super easy. They were a great solution since we could not put regular windows in our sunroom. Now to the issues 1. Measure, measure and measure your window opening. This is critical. 2. No Matter what the sales person and you discuss be sure to read every line item completely before signing the purchase agreement. I failed to read mine and ended up with. clear 4 panel vertical windows instead of tinted horizonals and some of the windows were shorter then I needed. (we made them work by adding material to cover the short fall. I take full responsibility for not double checking each windows measurements. My sales person should have done a better job creating the document to make sure it matched our discussions. I will end by saying they still dealt with us nicely and with respect. they didnt remake the windows but they atleast gave us a credit for some of the issues.

3 out of 5 windows delivered were damaged. Managed to make 2 of them work. Had to re-order the 3rd one. Remade and delivered back quickly. For the cost of the windows and our inconvenience I requested they wave the $200 shipping charge. They reimbursed 3/5 of the charge. For an additional $80 they would have had a fully satisfied customer.

Dealing with Susan has been a pleasure. Not only a pleasure to deal with Susan was very knowledgeable and efficient with getting back to me. highly recommend this company. Great product, price and service.

Ordered these windows for our sunroom on the ocean. They Stand up amazing to the wind. Total turnaround form time of order to receipt was about 2 weeks. Windows were very easy to install and the videos i referenced on the website were very helpful! Highly recommend and much cheaper doing it yourself!

My experience was great. Although we had some challenges, due to PGT issues not with DIY Eze breeze, my sales rep, Susan McDonell, provided exceptional support. She handled all the product issues with great customer service. Windows are all and we are now enjoying our porch again.

I absolutely love the variety of enclosures and doors from the online shop of DIY Eze Breeze. In the last couple of years, I have purchased 2 cabana doors and 1 vertical 4-track window and these products were amazing.

Fixed windows delivered twice with no spreader. Wrong door hardware delivered. Door hardware cannot fit with 2 thickness door. deadbolt lock not delivered. No quality test on product before shipping products. Not good for DIY. Lot of my time wasted. Extra money from my pocket on door hardware. I got below response from Susan at the end.. DIY projects can sometimes be time consuming. This is bad experience. I did many diy projects in past with many other products. Never experienced this kind of service. Thanks.

Great company, great communications and a great product. If that is enough for your decision making you can skip the explanation of why I said this. But here is why I rated it like I did.When I built the porch I never intended to eventually install windows. I thought that all we would do is to attach screening to keep out bugs. Because of that I was not as precise as I could have been in dimensions and being true and plumb (my regret!). All of the windows are different in size and none of them are precisely true and square. In addition to that problem, I used brackets to secure the posts to the frieze beam. Because of this I was very uncertain about how the windows would fit. As it turned out - the windows were constructed in such a way that the variableness of the window was not an issue. I did have to do cut away some of the metal support brackets but nothing that affected the structural integrity. The windows all fit and fastened easily after my modifications to the brackets. If I had not used brackets in building the porch the DIY EZE Breeze windows would have been installed very easily and quickly. And yes - they look great and do what they are designed to do.As you might expect for objects of this type and size (8 windows - about 5 x 5), there was a couple of problems - one minor and one major. We found that one of the screens was torn. To be honest I really do not know if it came that way, was torn during shipping, was torn when I unpackaged it, or was torn while sitting in my garage for 2 months. I contacted DIY EZE Breeze and requested enough screen to replace the torn one. I said that that they could charge my credit card for the extra screening. Gary (the Operations Manager) responded quickly and sent out replacement screen. They sent an entire roll of screening and for NO charge! By the way, the screen was easy to install with the the type of spline that they provided - took me about 10 minutes to cut and install - and I do not like installing screen!The other problem was with the Cabana door that I ordered. The door fit the opening perfectly and looked great. However there was a manufacturing error. The cutouts in the door for the lock and handle did not align with the cutouts in the frame. I may have been able to cut new openings in the frame but it would not look very good and may have compromised the frame structure on that side of the door. Since I really had procrastinated on the installation for so long, I felt that I needed a new door quickly. I was able to find a door at Lowes that would work. So I sent a picture of the problem to DIY EZE Breeze (Gary) and requested a refund. They responded quickly and apologized for the error. They gave me a complete refund and did not require that I send back the door! Not a bit of hassle!Mistakes happen. What is more important to me is how does the company respond to them. DIY EZE Breeze could not have handled the problems any better - prompt, efficient and no hassle.Almost forgot - I had many questions in the ordering and measuring process. So many in fact that I was concerned that I might be a bit annoying! They ALWAYS responded promptly and courteously. They never hinted at me being annoying - even if they thought it!!!This is why I am rating them and their product as 5 stars. In my opinion you will not be disappointed with them or there product.Thanks Gary and DIY EZE Breeze.
