They are pretty fast with the inquiry and pay as they promise based on the phones condition. As long as due diligence is done on shipping cell phones (which I recommend before sending it out ensuring everything stays the same - multiple bubble wraps, newspapers, the works...) itll be fine. Payment was fast, but the agent who handled the conversation was making condescending remarks. First, do not promise you pay out on same day. Next, say It can take up to next business day. Also, Comment saying, we are trying to spend time with our families too. The agent would not stop arguing or guilt tripping the customer. They actually made me feel bad, and just messed my whole day up. I would give it a 3 star based on how the person was not understanding. I have work years on Christmas Eve and Christmas day since i was 17 years old . I never once acted or made a customer feel that way.Finally, the agent responds with well I think I was nice and so on. I was done and ignored whoever was communicated back to me. I hope that was not the owner because I am done doing business with this company. Quick, easy and provided the service that was promised. I was unfortunately locked out of my phone and iCloud account and could no longer utilize my phone. The website looked professional and I received a confirmation e-mail. I tried another service that promised a way to unlock the phone, which was unsuccessful and most likely a scam. There is not much to do with a phone that is totally locked, and I was grateful to find a company that would offer anything at all for the device. Apple nor my cellphone carrier could do anything about the phone.It took me a month to get to USPS to actually ship the phone to the company after printing out the shipping label, but less than a week to have the phone appraised. I was offered $5 less off of the original value suggested do to some slight scratches on the screen and back of the device.Disclosure: I was offered an additional $5 for completing a review, however, the sentiments expressed above are accurate, honest and completely my own.

Recell Cellular had easily the best offer at $29 where the next closest was $17 (some were even $0!!). Filled out the online form, printed the two-day shipping (USPS) label that they emailed, packed the device and dropped it off at the post office on 3/26. They received the phone on 3/28, my funds were mailed out on 3/29 and I received a money order on 4/1 for the full $29.Highly Recommended!!
