AMAZING! They had a good selection of fidgets, and toys in general. They also had things I was looking for for a long time, I would come back!

I love this store but the other day I was disappointed. I was excited me and my friend wanted to get bff pineapple squish mallows,she got a big one I could not afford a big one I asked the lady if there were and 5 inches or 7 inches left she said there might be some in the back.she came out with a 5 pinapple squish mallow.i was so excited, we were heading to checkout but she came up and said, im so sorry apparently the owner already bought it. I was so sad.i love this store its great there but I will remember that day...

Love the accommodating, understanding, helpful staff... my daughter is on verbal autistic and they recommended sensory toys and were very patient when she had a huge meltdown... pricey toys but there’s budget friendly toys too... great brands and variety for all ages...

Terrible customer service! All they care about is you purchasing their toys. They could care less if it works for your child or not, meaning age appropriate. I will not be buying from here anymore and will definitely let friends and family know why.

Great place to find toys that just arent on the shelves anymore

We were visiting Wilmington and stopped by The Learning Express toy store. What a amazing place with toys and different learning games that you cant find at the big box store. So much great stuff ! The staff was amazing. Highly recommend!!

Love purchasing fun, stimulating and educational items here. My grandson loves coming just to browse and play while Mom and Maam shop! Great staff and I love the grandparents reward program. Keep up the great work!

Such a wonderful place for a special visit! We loved the knowledgeable staff and their expert recommendation on fun toys, and the fact you could demo a lot of the toys right in the store. The only complaint from my boys was that they had too many cool toys and it was too hard to choose!

Good selection of unique learning toys and alternatives to the normal plastic action figure/doll type stuff. 4 starts because they are a bit pricey- you can find the toys through other venues for a decent amount less. Good spot for wooden toys, science kits, outdoor stuff.

We came by on a cold January day. The staff consisted of one young man and he was very friendly and helpful. They always have a great selection of unique toys and games. They were at a different location and I thought they went OB but we found them here. Im glad we did. Only complaint is the same one u have with all Wilmington area businesses when its cold. Turn the heat on. It wont bankrupt you to turn the heat on one or two days a year.

I went here because someone gave my child a gift card. Staff are friendly and helpful. I normally wouldnt spend this much on toys. Good for special occasions.

I spent several hundreds of dollars in this store for my two autistic preschoolers. When I attempted to return the rock and roll rainbow piano. The moment I walked in, the shift manager Angel didnt want to accept my return. I had the bag, original packaging, and the receipt. Upon opening the box Angel claimed the piano smelled like pets. It was clean and I dont own any animals.Moneygrubbing store that doesnt care about you as the patron. She refused to return over a made up reason and basically said she gets to decide what is resalable. Never visiting again.

This toy store is beyond words! The employees (elves)are very knowledgeable about all the currrent hot toys and age appropriate toys for the little ones. They also offer free gift wrapping, so last minute birthday party shopping is a breeze. Everyone goes above and beyond to make the customers happy and want to keep coming back. Its like walking into toyland when you walk in the door. Its also a locally owned small business so you know you get one on one help if you need it and you dont feel like just another sheep in the heard and that your hard earned money isnt just going into another conglomerates pocket.

The prices are a little higher than regular stores but they have many different toys and some you wont find easily.

Overpriced items, rude service, and dont expect to get a return or exchange. Once this store gets your money youre not getting it back for any reason.

Wouldnt best place in town.
