Great gift selection for all ages.

I spent a lot of money on several gifts in this store right before Christmas. I accidentally bought the wrong coffee mug and was trying to exchange it for the right one. I wasn’t trying to get a refund. Just an honest exchange. I didn’t have my receipt but the tag was still on the bottom of the mug (and it was a Hallmark tag). This Joan lady several other reviewers had issues with was smug and told her employee I couldn’t EXCHANGE it because I didn’t have my receipt. Hallmark.com has great return/exchange policy and I’m guessing much better customer service than this store. I’ll take my money and spend it another Hallmark in town.

Best customer service around! As a local to the region, I love stopping in this shop and picking up gifts for family and loved ones. This store is always very tidy, well organized and run by a professional staff. Joan, the manager, is a true joy. Not only does she help but she always offers a word of encouragement. I recently picked up a gift there and was quite pleased. Can’t wait for my next stop. I love their selection of cards, decorations, picture frames, journals and other things. Highly recommend you pay this store a visit!

Drove 45 min to find out the store was closed if you have to update your business hours due to covid please update your Google business to reflect the paper printed hours posted on the door.

Ive been shopping at Hallmarks with my family for years, Edwards Hallmark is by far the best Ive ever visited. Super friendly staff and always find that perfect gift! Highly recommend!

Very nice and helpful sales associate..Found the box for my Jim Shore after telling me the box was not available... very nice wrapping...the wrapping and extra attentionthese ladies give you is the reason I go here first .... keep offering the excellent wrapping service.

I will never refer anyone to this Hallmark Shop. As when calling the store regarding employment spoke with Joan the store owner/manager she said I do not have time to train and hire people with no retail experience, you need to go work at Target or Walmart Not friendly as I am very surprised this employer lets her speak to applicants this way.
