The absolute worst company in Wilmington! If you have any air conditions needs - go somewhere else!! We’ve been going back and forth with this company, who has absolutely no professionalism, for years now. The last time they came out- they left wires exposed and the fan wasn’t screwed in. Getting this company to do their job or anything for that matter has been a nightmare. I’m still waiting for a call from management from Friday. No ac for over a week (again). My next call is the BBB.

Not very happy. Hired these guys to inspect and tune up a system before closing on on our house. We noticed rust and evidence of water in the air handler pan which is why we hired them to inspect/service the system. Ahead of closing they told us all was good. They serviced and inspected it and said system is operating and check out ok. Not even 1 week after moving in, the water and issue we were concerned about is clearly present. I dont think the first job was completed properly, and now they want more money to come back out and look what they were originally hired to do. I told them I dont think thats right, and they told me to take my business elsewhere.

Brian with 20 years experience came out on the 4th of July. After hours and with so much experience was able to give us a quick fix to get our ac back up and running and will call back to finalize and replace our broken electrical board. My wife and 2 year old thank him 100% to not sleep in 88 degree heat at night! Thanks guys!

So last night during the Memorial Day heat wave at the end of May, at 5pm, our air-conditioning stopped working. It was 89 in our house. We have had our AC unit serviced from All- In- One for basic maintenance before . Tony had suggested that we buy a service contract, being it was a new house to us, we did. Boy was I glad we did. I called last night after 6pm. We are now on overtime charges. David called us and said he was very busy and he would try to squeeze us in. He called back and said he was coming. He arrived 8:30pm. He was outside in the dark with some flashlights and fixed the burnt compressor and wiring. We are extremely grateful and pleased with the service. He did not give up and fixed our unit so we could sleep. THANK YOU DAVID! Thank you All IN One! We are customers for life.

All-In-One is one fabulous company! All of their technicians are very professional and helpful. All of my interaction with the office staff was such a pleasure. Normally I would dread having to deal with a broken AC unit. They made the service so pleasant and very reasonable prices. We also purchased a yearly service plan and are so thankful. All-In-One has our forever business and we would highly recommend them! We couldnt say thank you enough All-In-One!

All In One was the only AC repair company that I could find that would come out on the weekend to fix my AC unit. They were quick to respond and didnt charge me extra because it was on the weekend. I had them service my units the next spring and signed up for their Total Parts and Labor plan - which has already paid for itself when one of the units stopped working this past summer. I recommend them to everyone!

Called to have them help setting up my new thermostat, which didnt seem to match the wiring in the house. The service tech, Mark, went above and beyond to make sure it was properly set up. He was friendly and very knowledgable, and quickly fixed the issue.

I was a customer for about 15 years. They install new ac unit in my previous home no problem. But now all they want to do is check the system and if the system low on gas they know how to add. If there is an any other issue with the unit, they do NOT want to found out the problem but they want to sell you new unit. They do Not have technician to trouble shut the problem. They want to replace my zone control board with out even checking the board, coast $400.00 plus, come to fount out by other tech. all I need was DA sensor.I will not recommend them unless you need a new unit.

I called All in One last July when the temperature was over 100 degrees. It was a Sunday evening, and i thought I would never get anyone to my home. All in One came right out, fixed my system, and didnt even charge overtime. I will definitely be calling All in One again.

In February 2016, I bought my first home. Being a new home owner- I knew there were two things I needed to get checked out: the roof and the air unit. Since my soon to be home was under contract with All-in-One, I chose to make it easy and stick with them. They came out to take a look at my unit and stated that, AND I QUOTE: its going to bite the dust soon. After hearing that- I temporarily backed out of the contract, with intentions of renegotiating price to accommodate for a new system. The owner of the home called All-In-One, angry with the information I received. Hours later, his boss phones me and states that I received wrong information and that it had no issues previously, and would say given the status, I was in good shape. After this news, I paid $283 dollars to get the extended warranty (Which apparently covers everything) switched to my name and thought I was good to go.I went back under contract and within 2 weeks, the home was mine. Not 3 weeks into being a homeowner- the HVAC system fails. I called All-In-One for their assistance. For starters, their emergency line is not a priority to them. I waited hours before calling, again- only to find out that they did not put in the dispatch request yet. Hours later, a tech came by, filled my unit with freon and suggested preparing myself to a new unit. This news was obviously discouraging since they have been inconsistent with their information. ~1 month goes by and my unit freezes up on a 94 degree day. Again, I called All-In-One. This tech comes out and reports that my accumulator is not working, but that it was covered under my warranty. I was relieved since I know this is an expensive part. He said All-In-One would contact me within the next couple days to schedule an installation. One week goes by and I can feel the freon is once again running low (as my house was not cooling properly)- I contacted All-In-One only for them to tell me that they will not be replacing the accumulator because its rusted. Being as though its older unit- OUTSIDE, of course there is going to be rust on parts. The lack of communication/misinformation and the fact that I recently paid $283 to have a warranty that essentially does not help because rust is most likely on parts of the unit infuriated me . I waited ~3 weeks and my unit completely stopped working. After giving a 3 hour window on a Monday for emergency service, All-In-One service tech showed up, (chain smoking on my property from when he exited the car to when he left) and put more freon in the unit. The tech stated in a condescending manner, I thought we had the conversation about you needing a new accumulator, In which I reminded him of the misinformation he provided. His tone was not pleasant and he did not care to discuss any further information. I told him that I knew it was time for a new unit, so I was looking into getting a brand new system installed. At this point- his demeanor changed. He requested he get me a quote right away. I replied with a no thank you. And by No Thank you, I really meant: No- I do not want to endure this awful service, miscommunication and lack of attentiveness any longer. The bottom line is that if you are looking for a company who is knowledgeable on THEIR OWN information and will take pride in their work- Keep looking.
