First off I want to say I have bought pellets from this company for a couple of years now. The pellets burn good and when I picked them up the loading went easy, that being said this year I decided to have them delivered. I read through the website and made sure there was nothing about limitations on deliver. I placed my order online and received the call from the delivery person. The problem came when they came to my house to make the delivery. The driver said he need a concrete area to unloaded because he only had a pellet jack, he could not unload onto a gravel driveway. This of course caused a problem as I planned on leaving them on the side of my house on gravel covered. The driver was able to back up to my garage and unload them there. I now have to carry them down into my basement for storage so I can park both cars in my garage. I looked again on the website to see if I missed something about delivery and did not see anything. When the person called to schedule the delivery they did not say anything. The only reason we paid the $141.00 to have them delivery was to be able to store them outside for the time being. So beware when ordering and asking for home delivery.

They aren’t very hard. I don’t know how old these pellets are that I bought from family farm in Hillsboro Ohio these don’t burn good. My favorite is somerset. These pellets need to be harder and lengths are in consistent. I will never buy these again!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased these pellets from Family, Farm and Home in Davison, MI. Along with a Castle Pellet stove. Have only tried one other brand of pellets but the Energy pellets burned so much cleaner and better. I ended up taking the unopened 2nd brand of pellets back and buying several more bags of Energy pellets. Plan on buying them buy bulk next. Great product 👍👍

No problems in my stove at all. Im seeing less ash, better heat, and usually softer clinkers than I was getting from the various retail store brands I used last year. Customer service is excellent; I really appreciated that I could place my order in the summer and they held them for pickup until I needed them in October. I did think the shipping was unreasonable at over $300 for 4 tons of product, so I opted to pick them up at a terminal closer to my home. I expect Ill be using them again in coming years.

Great service and have what I need for pets

I bought two pallets of these pellets. They do not burn and heat very well . Some bags are okay but a lot of the bags dont burn as well. My pellet stove a Pelpro PP-130 at times will not detect the flame at startup with these pellets. And they produce a lot of soot. A good idea to try and use old skids but I thing there is a QC issue.

They are doing an environmentally great thing turning old skids into heat there pellets are on par with easy heat or any of the store brands but are at great price and the the fact that they will be available up thru March may make them the best choice around

So far out of 3 pallets 150 bags 25 bags are bad

They do not burn well, sticky at times, way too much ash. Cant burn them in my style pellet stove US GW-1949.

I bought two pallets of these pellets and Im now wishing I had only bought one because they dont burn and heat as well as other pellets Ive bought they are ashy and dont produce good heat.
