My husband and I walked in to order paint for our exterior and interior of our house. We were in there for 15 minutes and NOT 1 employee said hello. 2 people working and 1 other customer. The phones were more important. If you have questions you get better service if you call. We are going elsewhere for our paint.

Sherwin Williams is pretty much your one stop shop for anything painting related, not much they dont have that you could need to get any painting job done. Customer service is great, and they are light-years faster in making paint compared to other companies, coming from personal experience as Im a professional painter.

It wasnt as bright, cheerful and crowded as portrayed in their commercials.No, just kidding. The place has what you need for paint and tools for the job!The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

We came to this Sherwin Williams Store looking for guidance on repainting our church fellowship hall after it was flooded. We not only got the help we needed but a nice discount. All the staff was friendly and oh so helpful and willing to spend time making informed suggestions. I wish all of the vendors we have dealt with in the hurricane aftermath were so accommodating. This store has earned a loyal customer. I would give more stars if possible.

I inquired about a good painting contractor...they recommended Johnson Home Construction and they ruined my house. Paint drips all over. Paint all over the window frames . They even painted right over a nail sticking out 1/2 inch. I love their paints...hate their contractor recommendations
