Robert and Shellie keep us moving and shaking through our storage needs. Sometimes things get hard but they are right there helping us through it. You are appreciated and we are grateful you are here in Wilmington with us. And yes corporate they deserve a raise in these times as they keep getting you filled up along with Stacey and the others. Can someone explain to me if my payment is on auto and comes out every month like clockwork why they would change my lock on my unit and not give me any type of email. Before anyone thinks I didnt double check a million times I did. Thanks I cannot get my things out of storage for Halloween!

I come here once a week to practice with my band terrestrial animal. Also the band some are travelers also practice here 😊Not only is this a storage facility but it is where musicians congregate and become creative.

Management is super helpful. Ive honestly never had a storage place manager be so helpful. I liked the place so much I rented 2 units.

If I could give this place no stars I would they will not let you prorate I had to pay for a whole month even know I didnt need it for a whole month and they locked my storage a day after my storage was due instead of giving me time to come pay it and they like to charge you $175 just to remove your junk out of storage the stuff I couldnt get out that I didnt care about and Jennifer when she called she was very rude and had a bad attitude I will never use that place again Ill go somewhere else...

Highly recommend Secure Care Self Storage, if anyone is the need for a storage facility. The property manager Robert is awesome. I have been there over a year now and do not plan on moving to another storage facility anytime soon. Thanks yall for being such an awesome facility.

Extremely clean facility. They maintain the property very well compared to other storage locations. Matt and the other management staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they are always willing to assist you in any way that they can. I would recommend this company but especially this location.

I moved out of my house and needed a place to keep some extra things that were not needed. Secure-Care had the best rates and friendliest service. Would recommend to anybody.

I would NOT recommend this storage place, as our unit flooded back when Hurricane Florence hit. Its in a flood zone so beware!

After losing my job i needed a safe place to store my belongings while I moved back home to put my life together. The series storage Wars makes me nervous when choosing storage in general because I dont want to be auctioned. So I chose Securcare and I am sure happy I did. With the economy the way it is it took me longer than expected to recover and get my life back on track. All the while I was delinquent on my storage but the manager was very understanding and empathetic of my situation and kept my unit out of auction and worked with me on a payment plan that made it easier for me to pay it off and recover my things. I am just so happy that Securcare is not one of these predatory businesses that take advantage of people down on their luck. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime!!!
