Its still a great store to find unique items and its full of nostalgia. The staff on the other hand was very unhappy and it was uncomfortable to be around them. They all had this, I dont want to be here attitude. Was a bad experience even though I spent over 150 dollars in there. Wont go back again. Ill just go on Amazon from now on

The manager, hayley, is such a kind and helpful person! her and the other workers always make me feel welcome and wanted whenever i go into the store. they are all very social and make me feel like i’m important and not just an annoying kid

I love browsing in hot topic they have some really cool unusual stuff. Not a big fan of most of the employees. One will explain sales and when you get to the register of course that item is not part of the sale and then you cant find the one who told you it was. They have gone on break. So ask AT THE RESISTER BEFORE GETTING RUNG UP!!!

Friday night. Loved my salesperson. When I walked to the register the manager was typing away on the computer, never looked up, never acknowledged my existence. Then she directed someone else to ring me up as if I were beneath her to speak to. Then she barked at me (wow, I wasn’t invisible) asking me where I got the items. That were in her store (??). I said on the shelf. Then she barked at another salesperson behind her. It was all so strange. I was staring her straight in the eyes and she never made eye contact. Then another person came, rang me up, was perfectly nice and away I went. I’ve never made a purchase here before and I assure you I never will again. That manager is the reason employees leave. I guarantee it. Buh-bye forever Hot Topic. 👋🏻

I love going here, but I almost rather shop online. Its just a personal preference because they try hard in add on sales and I just want to get what I want without feeling pressure to add a shirt to get one free or whatever deal they are running. Associates are friendly though, just 4 stars because of the over sales

My daughter and I can both find stuff we like here. I get cheap clearance hats and t-shirts, she gets emo band garb and Harry Potter gear. Win-win.

This place is great! It has everything your tween (10-12) or teen (13-19) would ever want. Everything from anime to video games to music fan-wear. I highly recommend Hot topic to you and I hope that if you read this youre having a pleasant day.

Great place for band shirts and crazy stuff that most stores dont have it is cool to see all the weird and cool stuff they carry but I mostly go here for shirts with bands I love and if they dont have what u want as far as the band u like then u can write it on the clip board and they will order it for you which I thought was pretty cool 😊👍😀

For my daughters it has all there BTS and Supernatural and other types of items, clothes, stuffed animals, t shirts, jewelry, that teenagers/ young adults like. Very friendly staff, and great rewards program for money back off of purchases.

Pretty good place for fandom stuff and cute clothes. Pretty much always come here when I go to the mall, at least to look at the t-shirts. Would be 5 stars if they did not categorize mens clothes & womens clothes. Friendly staff as well. UPDATE: There dont appear to be signs anymore categorizing mens and womens clothes, so thats nice. Still not perfect, but a step in the right direction I think.

Went there and Harley, the lady who helped me, really pressured me into buying multiple sets of nose rings to get some special deal I didnt care for. Im sure its because she gets rewarded for selling things.But I wasnt trying to buy anything, I was just looking around and due to her pressure that she gave me plus my really bad anxiety, I just bought them and regret it.This was just a horrible experience, I will not be walking in there if I see her next time. That kind of service attitude is not something I can mentally handle. Otherwise I like the stores products.

I normally shop here but it was my boyfriend first time and he really enjoyed his self and felt like he was right at home.

I like this place they really have some cool stuff. I recently got my Overwatch cap from here the quality is great. If you are a gamer & anime fan you gotta check this place out. They also have a great selection of Tees. Its not just for gamers and anime fans they have other themed merchandise and tees.
