2 times in a short time and both times not everything is so smooth.1) weekday evening. They came to eat pizza, the waiter brought the menu, everything is fine. At the time of ordering, it turned out that there was no pizza, but we were not immediately warned about it.2) ordering self-delivery through the website. I placed the order successfully, arrived 30 minutes after that, nothing is ready. Moreover, the employees found my order in the system. I waited another 15 minutes, as a result of 3 pizzas 2 with burnt bottom, so much so that bitterness in the mouth is impossible.As for the dishes and serving, everything is good here, it looks, smells and tastes. You need to do something with the service.
We arrived on a hot day and waited for an order for an infinitely long time. The ventilation works very badly in the room, the kitchen smelled very unpleasant. Also the air conditioner worked very weakly.The food is nice, but they didnt find anything special for themselves.The room is very nicely decorated, atmospheric.
Very tasty pizza with mortadella, stracciella and pistachios! It so happened that we waited a very long time for the order - almost 50 minutes. We were upset, but when we tried the pizza, we realized that for this we could have waited longer. And as an excuse, they brought us a dessert at the end, which is also very pleasant, the approach is wonderful. Oh yes, and here the Aperol is of a normal size, and not tiny, as they have recently come across in various other places)

Everything that was ordered was delicious: pizza, pasta, snacks. I would like to note separately the wonderful wine. The staff is polite and friendly, they will prompt and tell everything about the menu and the wine list.
We ordered delivery. Seafood platter for two. I will tell the cooks so you are amazing! Everything is very delicious. But there is one thing, but ... I weighed all the products. Well, out of 1400 grams, 1010 arrived. Well, its a shame. I don’t know how you are weighed, but I’m not very happy. In any case, sincere thanks to those who cooked. You are great seafood creators!

But this, of course, does not affect the taste of the pizza.There are no images of dishes in the menu, and together with the Italian names, this forces you to clarify the essence of the dish with the waiter or use Google.It would be convenient if the menu included markers (leaf, panda, etc.) of vegetarian dishes.

The pieces of baguette that go to the tartar look scorched and the bread should be crispy and soft, but unfortunately it turned out to be damp and the taste gave off stale bread (Then they brought me veal cheeks, again, the waiter served the dish in silence, forgot to bring a fork and I had to ask for it 🤦🏽♀️ And they did not clean dirty dishes at all, sat for 15 minutes and watched everything when at least someone came up and cleaned it up. in the end I had to ask again.To be honest, I tried such bland cheeks for the first time🙍🏽♀️ The meat is not tough, it falls apart, but the guys need to do something with the sauce, maybe your demiglyas is like a gravy in school times to taste🤷🏽♀️As a result, all this goodness was not eaten and when the manager came to count on me, as I understood, she did not pay attention to my full plates at all, but she noticed that my son ate the whole plate of spaghetti with butter Are you serious ???She brought me the full bill, I paid it, but I waited for her to ask did you like everything?The service is just awful! There is no feedback from the guest, and the guys have no idea what it is to bring the hike to the kitchen.
My husband and I went to take takeaway pizza and immediately wanted to stay) A very pleasant, stylish place, friendly and attentive staff 5+, service at an altitude, super pizza, delicious dough and nicoise salad with tuna. Pleased and supported our wonderful mood! Special thanks for the cozy blanket! Recommended!

Cozy place. The landing is small, but very thoughtful. Pizza dough is divine: you want to eat it without any filling. The rest of the menu, though small, is worthy of attention on all counts. The wine list with all your favorite items is also pleasing, as is the service

Asked for a glass of free water. A man came up with two bottles of water. When we once again asked for a glass of water not from 350 rudders, but from a filter or boiling water with ice, we received a rude refusal. It is clear that according to the current legislation, water in restaurants is not required to be served free of charge, but to apply for European service and not supply water (to drink a pill, etc.) - goodbye. Now there are many places where food is delicious, and places become loved precisely because of the human relationship.

Nice interior inside, very cozy. The staff are amazing.When I asked about the degree of sweetness of the cocktail, they told me that they could do it according to my wishes. An individual approach to the guest is always pleasant. Very tasty bird with a scallop. Lush sides, but the dough itself is thin, a lot of filling.
