Had an unpleasant experience. It was so hot. They had fans but no AC. The heat not only had us brushing flies away from our food but there were dead flies on the window ledges. You could hear other customers complaining about the heat. One group came in and was gonna stay and dine in but the heat made them take their order out.I ordered a pizza pie it came to us under cooked. The dough never turned to crust on our pizza. Same thing with garlic nots. Had a toasted look on the outside but in the inside the dough wasnt fully cooked. We also ordered wings and chicken Alfredo. Both came out tasting like they cook but never taste what they are actually cooking to make sure the prepared the food right. They tasted so bland.
Absolutely love love love this place! I live about an hour away, and every time I go to town I visit it! The servers are all really nice & pretty much on top of things. The food has never once failed to amaze me either! I usually try something new off the menu each time I go, and so far Ive thoroughly enjoyed every dish! We eat out alot in my family, so we have a pretty broad spectrum, and this place is a winner, hands-down everytime!!
1st time visit and I loved everything about it. Especially the arcade with working games! Tmnt pinball, Lethal Enforcers 2 and multicade! I grew up playing in arcades and this was a trip down memory lane. Delicious pizza!! I ordered Pepperoni with extra cheese while dining in. Started with a Greek salad as well. Fresh crisp lettuce with correct holding temperatures for their salads! Different sizes available too. Service was great. Very kind server, and took great care of us. I cant wait to return
Edit: previously a 5 star review. COVID-19 has obviously affected this business greatly. They went through a period with limited hours to lunch only and sometimes even had to shut down completely due to low staffing. This also came with a decrease in quality of food. This was once my favorite local pizza but the quality of the pizza has certainly had a negative change as has the spaghetti. I will likely not return any time soon unless word of mouth has told me they get better.

Pizza slice was dry from where they kept rewarding slices from a whole pizza or so it seemed. The oil and vinegar bottles were just a big dirty sticky mess like they hadnt been whipped down in a while. The service itself on the other hand was great. It looked as if maybe they are in the middle of changing to new management. It has always been a great place to eat . Ill give them another chance in a few weeks maybe.
HOLY GUACAMOLE THIS PLACE ROCKS. I want to live eat sleep Krazy everyday. This hidden gem was off my radar forever but now its all I crave. Daily specials are amazing. Generous portions and easy on the wallet will keep me coming over and over and over again til Im stuffed completely full of marinara and fresh mozzarella.
Very clean establishment, dishware quality has improved and have been looking very clean in the past month. The salads are great with my favorite being the greek salad. Pizzas are very good. Would visit again!
The crust on the pizza was nice and thick. I ordered a medium but they rang it up as a large. So I just paid for it when I got there. Oh well, I ordered pineapple on it and but I pineapple was bad, it tasted like alcohol, fermented.

Something is off about Krazy Pizza these days. I dont mean to hurt a business thats trying to do a good job, but Im under the impression theyre under new ownership or management and made changes that werent needed (best case) or just bad (worst case). For several years, I looked forward to their sandwiches and recently had the rare opportunity to grab lunch there. I was surprised how much the food had changed. Some kind of weird mustard on a cheesesteak? And toasted like it had been run through a salamander? Sorry, but what i got wasnt what kept me coming back over the last several years. If its under new ownership, perhaps they could resort to what made the place a local fave in the first place. I hope they do.

This place is NO WHERE NEAR the restaurant it used to be. I went today for lunch. The pizza was room temperature and my mushrooms were just laid on the Pizza. There was no melted cheese on it and the service SUCKED. $20 for a couple slices of pizza and 2 teas. Even had to ask the server to wipe the table clean before we could eat. Needs attention bad 👎

This is the second time we’ve tried Krazys under the new ownership. I’ve been eating at Krazys since they opened. They gained their success by being always dependable, and always delicious! I’m not one to leave reviews- especially negative ones. So I’m leaving 4 stars, but everything we’ve ordered both times, has been 1/3 the size of the original. The famous house salad has been reduced to 1/2 the amount of cheese. Hardly any meat in the antipasto-sad ( the original was great!). Calzone was tiny, and the cheese inside wasn’t even melted. Last visit- spaghetti with meatballs was 1/3 the size of original. No chips with sandwiches. Maybe newcomers won’t notice these things, but your longstanding, loyal customers will. Just giving a heads up.

I placed and order for 2nd time this year(past years was very good)chicken parmigian was really bad, plain, no taste, I paid for delivery and when I received my order I realized I got no plasticware, no napkins, host/server should check orders. I will not order from Krazy pizza again.

I love dining there, and have for many many years. One of my favorites is their simple house salad. ALWAYS so fresh. The lettuce is delivered daily, the fresh tomatoes and fresh Mozzarella cheese, and red onions are the perfect combination. You wont believe how something so simple can be so pleasing.The pizza crust is made in house, and the perfect crunch. I CRAVE it at times, and simply have to feed that craving!!Youll become a regular, and itll be like walking into the set at CHEERS. (If youre over 40, youll get that statement). 😋😊
I gave this a 5 because I almost always have a good experience. But this last time it only really rated a 3. Hoping they get back up to 5.

It pains me to write this as I enjoy eating here: Went in for lunch and the employees were not wearing face mask. Kitchen person with a beard did not wear a mask, gloves or hair covering for beard. The same people that rang up and touched cash, were the same ones bringing food to the table. No gloves for the people rolling silverware or those who wiped off the tables, then brought food to the table. I almost got up and left. Not Covid compliant at all. Eat at your own risk! Will not be back....

The place is just amazing. What can I say? The pizza is plentiful and delicious, the mini arcade is good for kids if you have a few spare quarters, and the salads! They are the best I have ever had! It has fine iceberg lettuce, grand toppings, and the cheese compliments everything on it. I havent tried the rest of the options, but it is worth the price!

Drove all the way there for them to say they closed early while still having a dinning room full of people. Honestly dont get why these local restaurants want to operate so losely like if you have hours on your door and website the least you could do is actually be open during them.
Everything here is great! The cheese salad is the best salad I ever ever had and I don’t really care for salads! We buy a bottle of their house dressing and try to replicate it at home, but it is never the same. Pizzas are good, but their lasagna is my favorite. Subs are good as well. As I write this, I realized that we have enjoyed everything we have ever gotten from Krazy’s.
Family atmosphere. Great service. We enjoyed our pizza. I am so glad roasted red peppers were an option for the toppings. We had a great time.
Anti-pasta salad is the best. Frequently shorthanded, owner makes lots of excuses about wait time, but the food is good.
Overall the waitress was very nice the interior needed some renovations. I had the Italian Krazy Sub all the way. Unfortunately that meant a 4 sub instead of the 7 the menu stated. It contained chunks of lettuce and tomatoes. One slice of, I believe it was salami with a shredded piece of mozzarella. Dont worry there was plenty of mustard and dressing. The home made potato chips were good. I visit this place often when I travel. I will not be going back.
We asked for ham and cheese sub and waitress brought out turkey and cheese and it was disgusting.

You just cant get a better simple yummy salad. Fresh crunchy iceberg lettuce fresh shredded mozzarella cheese homemade Italian dressing tomatoes and onion. Seriously the best when youre craving a good salad. Im sure everything else is delicious too (like the cheese toast)

Food here was excellent! Asked for extra sauce and they did not skimp out! The kids really liked their meal and hubby liked the wings alot. The people who work here were really nice and attentive.

Came here on a random google search for pizza and so glad we did! We had a Stromboli, spaghetti and meatballs and pizza...everything was AMAZING! Cute restaurant, very friendly staff. We’ll definitely make this our go-to when we’re in town.
Awesome place to grab some food. Meatball sub on honey wheat is the bomb. Staffs great, few beer choices help relax u while u wait on that fresh pizza pie!! Can get busy around lunch but cooks keep it coming.

This is truly the best NY style pizza! Had the 2 slices for just $6....the best in town so far...sorry Elizabeths....well keep trying both...so far really close...but Krazy has that certain taste of almost brick oven.
Good lunch spot on two occasions. Have met a buddy there and the service is quick. Its pretty popular but the foods out quick! In and out in 45 minutes. Good food, pizza lunch specials, and I dig the sandwiches.
Got to say, I have been here twice now and it has been really good both times. The antipasto and the tortellini are both delicious. Friendly staff as well. Been busy both times so that should tell you something.
I have been eating at Krazys since they first opened and I love their pizza, but the main thing I enjoy is their salad. Its a very simple house salad but its amazing! The ranch dressing is really good also. I tried their plain cheesecake yesterday and I have to say it was pretty good... different but good. I would definitely recommend Krazys if youre looking for a new place to try. The only reason I took off one star was because it was almost as hot in the restaurant as it was outside.

Food is not bad, wine selection is appreciated, but best of all was our server........... Rose! ............ She was AWESOME, affable, conversant, kind, attentive, friendly, engaging. We have ALWAYS had a good time with the servers; they make the meal anticipatory and delightful beyond the taste experience. We will come again... (maybe when Rose is on duty).

Best pizza in the Wilmington. Love their homemade italian salad dressing and super sized family salads. Subs with homemade potato chips the bomb. You cant go wrong with their pasta dishes. Alfredo sauce needs work.

Best pizza in Wilmington in my personal opinion. NY thin crust with just enough sauce. Their two slice and a drink daily special is exactly what I go here for. They also serve other food as well.
The garlic bread, manicotti, and mozzarella sticks were fine, but the cheese tortellini was pretty bland and tasteless. Their marinara sauce isnt great and the meat sauce was very watery. After finishing my food I found a dead bug smashed between the bowl and plate I was served, so were not coming back here.
Always love stopping by here when I come to Wilmington, NC. The food is always top-notch, and I could rave about the excellent service all day. Kudos to you guys. Always a pleasant dining experience

I used to come here often when I worked on this side of town, I really missed coming here. The pizza by the slice is amazing, you also gotta try their chicken parmesan. I really wish I took some pics but I was so hungry that it slipped my mind.
Food is great but service is lacking. The one thing I hate probably most about dining out is having to track a waiter down to get more drink & never get a lemon with tea when ordering, always have to ask again.

YUM! This place has excellent food all across the board. The daily specials are awesome deals. I’m partial to the stromboli and salad special, as well as the tortellini special. The servers are always friendly and portions are plentiful.
Underated. Lettuce and tomato cheese, not really a salad for the price. Meatballs dried out. Maybe the pizza is better, not sure Id go back to try.

I have been going to this place for awhile and absolutely love the pizza. However, the new blonde girl they hired has the worst attitude. I simply wanted to order some take out and was welcomed with an eye roll and sighs and disrespect. This place has always had the best customer service and I have always been greeted with a smile. Completely disappointed with this last visit and may never return.
