I love the cricket service but this store is a joke. The girl who is usually in there knows nothing. She is absolutely NO help whatsoever. Every time I have been in there and had a question, she doesnt know and has to call someone and ask them. Either train her right or hire someone who is better able to assist customers when they come in. I wish I could call my supervisor every time someone came in. Id be fired in a skinny minute because they would realize I obviously dont know what Im doing.Furthermore, you call Cricket and get told one thing but go into the store and they tell you another.
