My husband & I were formally with Sprint & decided to upgrade our phones, We received our information about the upgrade from the Sprint store where we normally go & Mark (T-Mobile employee) was fabulous! He helped us order the phones & the ETA was 4 weeks, we received the phones in less that 7 days!!! We went back to the same Sprint Store for assistance however Mark wasnt working & we were asked to please visit this T-Mobile location for help getting everything transferred over. We were greeted by Cassie & it wasnt long before another employee was assisting us with our upgrades. This young lady was professional with a pinch of that southern hospitality, she was so patient with all of my back story. She didnt hesitate to get started on BOTH of our upgrades. She continued to help the other associate Cassie (which I learned later was new) with any questions she had as well without hesitation. She expemplifies the meaning of LEADERSHIP! She ran into a snag on the upgrade but didnt hesitate to reach out for assistance to proceed with the process. She actually discovered the issue herself while holding for technical support. This entire time we waited we all were engaged in friendly conversation (which you dont get these days) The process took about 1-1/2 but she was so patient, kind, genuine & most of all SHE GOT IT DONE! I would like to thank Selita S & Cassie personally for the outstanding customer service we received as a new T-Mobile Customer! These ladies are a HUGE asset to this location!!!
I understand that in general rural people are not gregarious. However, hiring happy faces is also a such important “ingredient “ in nowadays business.

DO NOT GET T-MOBILE ITS A SCAM THERE CHARGING ME 500 DOLLARS BECAUSE WHEN I RETURNED THE PHONES FOR LACK OF SERVICE WITHIN THE GRACE PERIOD 20 DAYS THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND NOW ITS ON MY CREDIT!! THEY JUST GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND PASS YOU FROM PERSON TO PERSON AND NOTHING GETS DONE...I HAVE SPOKE TO ABOUT 30 AGENTS AT LEAST. SO I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT GET T-MOBILE THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU AND THEY WILL ONCE YOU GET THEM!! THANKS
This store is the worse location I have ever been to. With the exception of a few associates the former ones have since left, and now the newer sales group are rude and highly unprofessional. The manager is rude, lacks the proper knowledge to handle certain situations, and is not helpful at all. It seems as though upper management really needs to do some extensive training with this group. When the concern is heavily centered on shoving new products down customers throats more than properly learning and knowing product knowledge as well as customer service...then there is a huge problem. I have been to several T-Mobile locations, and I know that is not representative of how the company operates!!!!!!
Amazingly knowledgeable. Peter was so helpful. The plan we got for 55 and older is better than the prepay through AT&T and the Galaxy S9 (in purple yay!) will work with the hands free calling in my 2106 Chevy Trax unlike the POC Galaxy J-7.Go see Peter hes a great person as well as salesman, not pushy. We bought the cookbook theyre selling in which a portion will go to FeedAmerica. Peace out.

The people at the Wilson store are rude and obviously dont care about customer service. The company corporate customer service people will tell you anything to get your business and your money. One will tell you one thing and another will tell something completely different. DONT USE T-MOBILE.
