Somebody majorly messed up and mixed my toddlers medication wrong. He was severely overdosed on an antibiotic and became very ill. He had sever stomach pain to the point he couldnt stand or walk! Once we realized it, we took him off and his symptoms resolved a day later. When I called the pharmacy to inform them of the mistake, I was given a variety of excuses or circumstances that pointed back to me. I know I did nothing but give the medication as directed on the bottle. My only mistake was not catching their mistake before my son became ill. Nobody should have to worry about this!

This has GOT to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Automated calls over and over informing you that your prescription is ready. Yet you get there and it isnt. Constantly asking for a certain size in a vial of medicine, b/c you need multi-use vials...but being given the small one-time use vial over and over. Calling about a prescription that you KNOW your doctor sent in and getting the most unprofessional, non-concerned individual on the phone, who sounds like she has a mouth full of marbles and you cant understand a word she says. One or two people in the entire pharmacy staff actually has a personality. The rest of them make you feel as if youre interrupting their day. Dont even get me started on the actual pharmacists. The entire staff (except for the two with a personality) need to be replaced.

This place just needs to be gutted and completely restaffed it is ridiculous that every time prescriptions are never ready when told it is going to be. Absolutely sad that a place that people depend on so desperately. Wouldn’t be ran with more care.

I am completely disappointed in the lack of care they show for customers. I was shopping with my two kids and overheard some employees talking about being tested for covid-19. One of them had said they tested positive. And when they mentioned that the other employee stated they still had to work regardless. I personally find it wrong and disturbing that you all will allow employees that have tested positive to still work and allow them to spread it. You are supposed to follow procedures and shut down the store period. It seemed as if you all didnt even care that you exposed several customers. I will NEVER step foot in this cvs EVER again. You definitely need to shut down this store for the proper amount of time considering the employees have exposed us to covid-19.

I switched to this pharmacy a few months ago since it was closer to me, and I have been nothing but disappointed. They take forever to wait on their customers, as if the pills are going to run away, and the pharmacist(s) could not seriously act like they care less, and this was during one of my asthma attacks. Ill never forget this experience. Its really sad to see the lack of concern for their customers, and not have the knowledge to provide them information on their medications or questions. I had to call another pharmacy to get a pharmacist to answer my question fully without acting like I was annoying them. They were so helpful, which is less than I can say about the pharmacists at this locations. I already contacted headquarters about their poor work ethic, and yet have another two situations to explain to them that I just experienced. Hopefully they will fix this soon. In the meantime, I switched my pharmacy to the one on Forest Hills. At least they dont mind being courteous and acknowledging customers, and taking the time to answer questions fully. You work in a pharmacy, youre supposed to care about your customers health. Kind of common sense.

I love this place. Good people there. I save money and they have lots of things to choose from.

The service is always friendly, they greet you as you walk in. They are also very helpful.

Items were incorrectly priced and customer service was very unsatisfactory. I visited this location and was very disappointed with the service I received from a cvs employee named Heidi. After I carried 6 larger items to the front line and waited for the young lady to attend me, she rang up my items and I tell her that two of the items are on sale. She asks me to show her. I take her and it clearly says item was on sale- the tag is on the tag of the product and all the product is in order. She then points to these tiny numbers that are half cut off and says someone just put this sale tag in the wrong area, you see.. they are not on sale, do you still want them . I dont know how she expected me to tell bh rinh half cut off numbers. It was very unprofessional and lacked customer awrvice quality. She didnt even have the courtesy to even show me which items were on sale nor to acknowledge the fact that the numbers were cut off. It was not my fault that they put the wrong tag. It had the same name brand on the tag but the tiny half cut off scan numbers were different. She expected me to notice this? So of course I tell her ro remove the items and she says :well Im going to have to cancel the whole order out and start all over--mind you she had already had a hard time logging in to her register. I told her to keep all the items and cancel everything. It was a waste of my time. Service was extremely unsatisfactory. Definitely not returning any time soon.

My experience was terriable management. I had my receipt and wanted to exchange something and they gave me a difficult time they r very rude in this store and dont carry products like they should plus dont treat their regular customers like the should be treated. Im done with the Store.
