The new york crust and chocolate chip dessert pizza was on point. The garlic knots werent knots and were bread sticks, not sure why they call them knots or if the place made a mistake? The cheese bread sticks looked nothing like the picture and had a huge crust around it like a pizza, which made a lot of it crust and not cheese sticks. The Italian crust was similar and is mostly crust and very few toppings. The jo jo deal was good but I would never order the cheese sticks, garlic knots or Italian crust again. Im posting pictures. If this was a mistake and not the normal quality Id love to know and be contacted by the owner/establishment. I added screenshot pictures of what the cheese sticks and italian crust is supposed to look like according to the website. I didnt expect them to look exactly the same but also not that different.Sidenote: Everything was ready on time and order and pickup was easy.Sidenote 2: The drive thru workers were so nice and helpful. Have NOTHING but nice things to say about them.

This used to be one of the better Pizza Inn’s in the area. Lately at lunch at least, there has been little to sometimes literally no food on the buffet. The prices are now in the $12 range for buffet and a drink and most of the pizza is cool or as I mentioned non existent.I hope they can bring this store back to its feet.

My granddaughter requested to have her Birthday Dinner at Pizza Inn. We arrived around 5:30pm. There were 3 half pizzas on the buffet, 2 half dessert pizzas, and dried out sides. We requested pizzas not once but three different times and never received them and they were never put on the buffet. There were no fresh desserts made and the same 2 half ones that were already sitting out at 5:30 we’re still there at 6:45.My granddaughter made the best of things because of the game room and not the food.

Working folks go to a buffet, most of the time, for time. Food is ready and available and on the buffet.Well, dont go here if youre on your lunch or supper time. You will be waiting for EVER, unless you go to a pizza joint for just SALAD!What ridiculous management. The Waitress was nice, but couldnt keep her word because of the cook. Bless her heart.The cook back there laughing and joking around the whole time. I left. Been going here since 1978. I definitely will not be going back.

No sauce to very little sauce on the pizza and my waitress did not fill the glass of tea up. The glass was half filled and little to no ice in the drink making the drink hot and not cold

Havent been to a Pizza Inn for about 15 - 20 years. Wont let that happen again. It was great. Voted best pizza in Wilson for several years. Staff was very friendly and you cant go wrong with the all day buffet. TRUMP won, Biden is a fraud!

It was ok. Didnt have much of a variety on the buffet. Most of the pizzas were not kid friendly. All pizzas on buffet seem to be specialty pizzas. Our server was nice and helpful though so that was a plus.

I honestly wouldnt ever eat here again. The pizza is hard, and tasteless. The menu is not what is served on the buffet. The garlic knots were break a tooth hard/old. The pasta was never replaced, and had been sitting out since the start of day Im sure. I wasnt daring enough to try the soup. Ate 2 piece of cheese pizza and potato salad, macaroni salad and pickles. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Major waste of money.We walked in, sat ourselves and ate 2 plates before being served drinks by the busser not even the waitress. She didnt acknowledge us at all. The elderly lady who ended up coming in for her shift took over and felt so bad. With a restaurant that had maybe 3 families in it there is no excuse for the lack of costumer service.We should have walked out, but our kid was hungry.. Lesson learned, never eat here. Raw desert pizza, hard dinner pizza and not the menu items, only thing worth eating here was the potato, macaroni salad and pickles which Im sure are not homemade.

Nice & friendly staff. Reasonable price for buffet. Food is fresh & hot but if theres a special pizza you want, they will prepare it and bring you fresh hot slices before putting rest on the buffet. Not to mention BEST SALAD BAR IN WILSON

The worst cheese pizza ever. Paid for extra cheese and when I opened the box all I could see was sauce! What little cheese their was had slid all over the box. I wanted a cheese pizza not one made with extra sauce.

Service was excellent but had to wait for 40 minutes just to get a special request pizza to be made at 1:10 pm during buffet hours it was approximately 9-13 slices of pizza on buffet excluding the dessert pizzas

Food was delicious but staff was not enforcing the face mask Governor Mandate. Spoke with manager & was very nice & understood why we were upset about everyone wearing a face masks. It is the restaurant s responsibility to enforce this law. We will never get this virus under control this way.

My family had buffet and my mother in law ordered cheese bread. By the time we all ate and she never got her food. I had to ask multiple times for refills on drinks. The manager was nice enough to remake the food and make it right.

Decent food is hard to stomach when you go to wash your hands and you are consistently, visit to visit, greeted to the toilets looking very similar to how they looked on this trip. I have complained on several different occasions and even with the sign in the bathroom promising attention, no one ever cleans the restroom while we are there. I only post this because is consistently a problem on every visit!

Buffet was decent after ppl started showing up . Fresh pizza started coming out .Only Cons- Could have more dessert options .Buffet is a little awkward trying to reach under glass cover to get food. But all around ok.

We went tonight 3/10/2021 and sat there for 15 mins and didn’t get asked about drinks. We went to the bar, there were no gloves. Nobody had on masks (I guess the vaccine already killed the virus 🤔). Well, overall bad service. The only way it seems you get service is if you call in and pick it up (not our first “rodeo” with eating in with them).

Service was horrible. Waited close to 50 minutes for a personal pizza and they was never any pizza on the buffet. Some woman at the buffet ask the lady to put pizza out since she had been waiting close to 30 minutes on pizza for the buffet.

Waited 20 min before a pizza ever came out to the buffet. At that point it was a puzza here and there. Not even regular pizzas either. Will never go back again.

Its been about 10years since I visited. The spaghetti deluxe isnt made like it used to, was disappointed. But our server was great. We had a large party and he did an awesome job!

I love Pizza Inn, when they get it right, aint none better. HOWEVER, the one in my town is not the best, let me just say that. I used to work at one in another town. It was WAY better so I guess it just depends on how you get trained. The manager I worked with, said the secret to get that crispy crust is to not load it down with sauce. That makes sense but in my town, its just unpredictable. Sorry for the rant. Fav 🍕 is thin crust, monster, no onions, no ham... 😁

I enjoy going here but only because I like the desert pizza. The buffet is very small compared to other pizza inns. Rocky Mount is a much better restaurant. The food here is as good as Rocky Mount but theres hardly any out for consumption because as soon as it comes out everyones fighting over the two pizzas.

This has always been my spot since my son was born. These people watched him grow up. Great place great people great food. Buffet, salad bar desert bar pasta soups. and many options to order from off the very organized Jammed pack into great deals menu

Everything gud, hot and fresh. Friendly service. Provided rewards card to earn free buffet. Reasonable lunch price. Overall gud experience will go back and recommend to anyone.

Theyve been there a long time providing excellent food and service in a fun atmosphere for a good value. Their food is always fresh because they are almost always busy. We used to have a Pizza Inn buffet closer to where we live now, but it has closed. Now, whenever were in the area, we consider it a treat to stop here to eat.

Save this restaurant please! It has had ups and downs, but it is way up now, so come eat! Buffett all the time, new benches (if youve been here, you will understand that this is wonderful). Asked for certain pizza on bar and no problem. Polite all around. Very clean and very tasty!

After I pulled off from the drive thru so that others could get thru, after waiting 30 minutes, my pizza was wrong. I wanted a thin crust beef. I got an underdone hand tossed beef. I was just so done I took it and left

Easy in and out for lunch when you get the buffet if you dont see what you want on the buffet tell the waitress or waiter and they will put in an order for it and even bring you some of whatever you wanted to your table and then the rest goes on the buffet

This place is always great. In mothers day they had a wide variety of pizza on the buffet. The service was excellent and fast.

Good food. Well kept hot/cold buffet bars. Pizza selection is somewhat limited. If you have one Id recommend asking for a favorite pizza to be started when ordering buffet.

Was not good at first but it all passed the test when we left

It felt almost intentional that no pepperoni pizza was served for the hour we spent here tonight. What’s worse is that I heard 3 other tables make the same request. I brought my son bc it was his pick after a stellar report from school. If we didn’t get a free coupon for his meal for just that, I would have asked for my money back. I get it, if it’s busy. But this was a Tuesday night with more than adequate staff.

Called in order for 1 pizza get there to pick it up they havent started to cook it. Ask if I wanted to wait. Whats the purpose of calling in if you have to wait for them to cook it after you get there

They have a good buffet at lunch and dinner or you can order something off of the menu. The place plays contemporary Christian music and has a game room for the kids. There is even a toy train that drives around the celling for a quarter. The food is cheap and I have always had good service.

My pizza chowdown place when I lived in NC. All you can eat pizza buffet is decently priced for the selection of food available. Salads, pasta, bread and dessert were available. Staff was very friendly. My drink was always refilled before it got empty. Decent place for kids to eat as well. However, buffet is kinda of packed during summer time when kids are off. Pizzas are available for pickup and dine in.

Did not have most foods on buffet

Food was good, we didnt like the small kids playing in your buffet. They had a Birthday party going on in the other dining room and the parents allowed their kids to do this at your buffet.

Its been a while since Ive been to this pizza inn; for good reason. Experiences here have left me wanting. I prefer other pizza places over pizza inn but can normally tolerate the food when others want to go. But with this restaurant it is the staff that leaves much to be desired.

Was born in Wilson and Pizza Inn like a few other places has a very good menu.and consistant great food they have gone with fixing pizzas for all kinds of people and diets, tonight i had a large salad with very thin pieces of thin crusted pizza just right for keto and you, can eat a little more and feel like you didnt cheat.Workers were very out going but i felt they could step up a little more waiting on customers but other than that they were fine, great meal.salad bar,spagetti.nuggets.sauce,dessertsbreat etc

The restaurant was clean enough but it was one of the worst dining experiences I can remember. The pizza was not very good. The spaghetti noodles were way over done. There was no garlic bread. The service was not great and to top it off, it was fairly expensive. I wouldn’t pay $5 to eat there again.

This place is terrible! I have visited there about four times over a period of time to see if they would improve and it never has. Seems I should have given up. Everything from bad customer service to cold food. Dont waste your time here.
