So I come to this Best Buy multiple times because it’s close to me but each and every time, no one to help. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or have one sales person assigned to a certain area but even when I stand by big ticket items still no one ever comes by and asks if I need help. It’s like Best Buy wants to go out of business to Amazon. They are tying to go out of business. So I have walked out for the 4th time in a row not buying anything. I couldn’t have gotten poorer service it the place was closed.

Today we went into Best Buy to see if they had used phones. Although they did not we had the best service with a gentleman named Nathan. He went above and beyond to help my mother out in explaining, picking out, and setting up a new phone for her. She was previously told at a Verizon store that she would HAVE to upgrade in order to get a new phone. Nathan took the time to look up her account and explain that she infact did not need to upgrade her plan and she could just get a new phone. If you have questions we would recommend going to see Nathan, just have patience as today he was the only one working.

Since this is small town America, you arent going to find a HUGE variety of items. I needed a surge protector. They carry two brands. Both are good. Neither are my favorite. Friendly employees. Good atmosphere. Very polite. I like it.

I had a great experience with my purchase at the Winchester store. Helpful associates on the floor. My check out/pick up went much better than expected. I was thinking I would help the load my heavy purchase as usual, yet two store employees brought it to my car and loaded it for me. For me it was too easy. I definitely recommend the Winchester Best Buy!

I have had my ups and downs with Best Buy over the years. I have dealt with some issues but often the staff and management will work to take care of problems that arise. We recently went to make a purchase for our company and while the sales staff performed the minimum required task that is all they did. We were left to wander the department and after a few minutes approached the one individual there who was doing his best to avoid asking us if we needed help. When we asked about the item we needed he explained that it wasnt available in the store. Rather than offering an alternative or to order one for us he simply told us to go online and order it ourselves. Great, thanks. The item is available from every one of Best Buys competitors and at the same or a better price. Why exactly then should we order it from you? Certainly not for the service or support.

This Best Buy (probably others now) are just phone kiosk for different companies. Takes up about 70% of the store. Console gaming may be 1 aisle. PC gaming accessories is about two aisles. A lot of empty space. At this rate not sure Best Buy will be around much longer. Went in the evening and hardly any customers were there.

I have tried really hard to purchase from Best Buy rather than Amazon. Pricing is matched and like to support brick and mortar. Purchased a laptop, two phones, headphones, Rokus, and just two days ago, another high end laptop. But I am tired of Best Buy promising delivery dates they never meet. I can recall one time that a order arrived in two days as promised. I realize that COVID impacted shipments, but that is behind us, at least when it comes to Amazons shipments. I probably order something every other day and it is on time 95% of the time the past two months. Best Buy is about 10%. I would not mind a longer delivery if they would simply tell you. But promising and failing to deliver is poor service. I stayed home today as according to Best Buy, my computer was to arrive between 3-5pm and required a signature. It is almost 6:30pm and just got an email stating it it now Monday between 3-5pm. If you miss your promise, then deliver it on Saturday. Amazon delivers 7 days a week. You are losing an elite level customer by over promising and under delivering.

Only give them my business when I need something that day and cannot find it anywhere else. Was a reward member for years until they refused to refund my sons purchase on a video game that kept being delayed. Problem being they only refund back to the gift card but seeing how he made the purchase over a year ago we did not have it anymore. Asked them to reinstate the purchase they said no. I said show me where it says that about the gift card during the order cancelation process. They couldnt. So they stole $60 from my son, who has Autism to boot. Guess years of membership and tens of thousands of dollars in business doesnt mean anything.

I’m not rating the employees of this location only the fact that they do not accept phone calls. This is complete nonsense I want to find out if they have a product in stock before I drive 40 minutes each way. Wasting our time for their profits seems to be the new standard. I’ve never had a problem with the employees of this location only the inconvenience and time wasting of not allowing customers to ask questionsUpdate. I made the drive went there and the phone I wanted is locked / unavailable and this could’ve been solved with a simple phone call. I wasted my time with a simple question that would’ve taken 30 seconds.

We went in to purchase a wifi hotspot for an Airbnb property that we were starting. The gentlemen that initially helped us was very helpful. After purchasing the device and attempting to activate it at home, we were informed by customer support that the hotspot was defective and that we would have to return it. Upon taking it back and exchanging it, we asked if we could have someone from the store`s staff help us activate it to ensure there were no issues. After waiting for several minutes an employee came over and stated that they were short staffed and that they don`t do that type of thing. We can completely understand that, given the times were currently living in. However, the insolent and condesending tone that the employee used was completely unprofessional. Then after spending another 40 minutes on the phone in the parking lot with the hotspot`s customer service, we were informed that the second device was defective as well. Best Buy Winchester will never see another penny of our money and we will ensure others are aware of the less than professional personnel they choose to employ.

Finding an associate to help with an unpriced item required us taking a lap around the store. Pricing is higher than other stores for the same product. We ended up purchasing the same tv at Walmart and paying $100 less and didnt have any issues with finding an associate in the electronics department.

Love this place for dates with friends or casual date night. Lots of Burgers, lots of beer and they always have new craft beers on tap. Staff wears masks and has lots of social distancing for tables. Outdoor seating is available too.

I have bought 2 vizio TVs through best buy all came broke and had to waste my time getting a brand new one every time, a lot of the Employees working around the sound system section and tv section really don’t know what there doing, my sound bar I also bought from their had a problem connecting to my Tv the first couple times I had it and the subwoofer would kickback blowing out a screech when only put it on 15 from the volume level, you’re honestly better going to a different Best Buy than this one

Visits here are almost always great experiences, but occasionally I walk out without what Im needing. As most of the store multimedia items are small and are picked up with not always returning to where theyre organized at, sometimes items are missing and cant be located. Ive had more than one experience here searching for an item that was said to be in stock but to no avail in finding.That aside, customer service has always been pleasant and helpful.

We came here to buy my Samsung Smart Watch, we normally have a good experience at this location but not today. They are either understaff or the employees have decide to take excessive breaks at once. We ask an employee for some assistance and he said wait one second while he never return...We were standing by the counter for 20 minutes before somebody came back from their lunch break and he made it obvious that we were an inconvenience... we bought the Watch but we are having second thoughts on coming back here for our electronic needs.

Plenty of parking and lots of staff available. I waited about 10 min for help finding a laptop. The young man reviewed everything I needed and looked in his computer to find the laptop to fit my needs.I also made a quick stop in cell phone area. The young lady was able to tell me what I needed to do to take a screen shot. And i was in and out quickly.

The national call in number system is a disaster. You get a machine with a 10 minute hold until the first human being who asks questions and then forwards you call to the next hold system (15-30 minutes). They dropped my calls 3 times today during this process. And when I finally got a human and he dropped my call, he didnt call me back.

I was scheduled for a delivery on October 28th, between 3:00pm and 6:00pmI received a call, from a third party scheduler for Best Buy, INSTALL INC., at 6:11pm, saying the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I expressed my displeasure at the late notification of the reschedule and this person retaliated by NOT BOOKING...”the first appointment of the day” ..” between 9:00am and 10:00am on Saturday October 31”, as she said she would do.I called at 11:00am on October 31st, to check the delivery status. I was told my delivery was... “not on the books”.I interrupted plans this morning and now... still no TV.All totaled I was on hold for nearly 1.5 hours...and was able to talk to someone, Clint, at the Winchester store, only after being transferred to the store by a centralized call center.With that said..... Clint, the General Manager at this location, worked beyond expectations this afternoon to rectify the short comings of the delivery mess up. We all have choices these day when it come to buying anything. Clint’s old fashioned, great customer service and his diligence in making this right goes a long way in retaining me as a customer.Best Buy... do better, answer your phones.Clint... thanks again for making this right!

They gave me exactly what I needed as well as some much needed information about what I was purchasing. Rude and horrible service. Bought a MacBook Pro here for Xmas, and purchased Apple care with it, ONLY cause the sales person told me they were an authorized Apple repair facility and could fix it there if it needed to be serviced. But their concept of this is being a middle man to ship your Mac back to Apple to repair. I stopped shopping at BB several years ago due to poor service and unknowledgable staff. I guess its time to put them back on the list of places not to use in the Winchester area!

I bought a phone from here, and I am paying for geek squad warranty. My screen is cracked and my phone is not usable. Geek squad told me they could not fix my phone due to a system issue, to call the main 1800 number. I asked the rep if he could call and he said no, I have to. I called the 1-800 number and they as well said they could not help me. So I recommend to go some place else for your phone needs. Im an stuck with a broken unusable phone after paying best buy for insurance for 2 years.

I had a broken phone and was told I would be a ke to walk in and exchange exchange phone if any issues ever arose with the phone. Well I shut it in my tailgate 4 days later and they had a phone shipped to me and I didnt spend a dime or have to go through and upgrade sales pitch at all. Missing online products that were shown as being in the store for inventory such as factory speaker wire adapters and JBL noise canceling earbuds. I was a little disappointed to be honest that a store of that caliber with that much product was missing both of the items that were shown online as being there when I asked for help from the staff they seem none too concerned about even upselling me to another product that might be comparable. Disappointed all the way around. I suppose as an audiophyle, Ill just stick with my roots and go to the local audio shop to see Tom @ Winchester Discount Audio

The place itself is fine. Its the people that work there Id give one star. Went in and bought two cell phones. $600 I spent. Saw a box of masks sitting there for customers so I asked for one. I was told no since I was leaving but if I turned around and went back in I could have one. 🤔 So even if you spend that kinda money you still cant have a mask. 🤬

Its nice to have a real electronics store close by, and I really like this Best Buy. Theres a big parking lot with easy parking. Always helpful and knowledgeable staff and great selection of merchandise too. Bonus that the match Amazon prices! Ill keep shopping here as long as they keep it up.
