Loved my sales associate Debbie in the Winchester Showroom. Personable and helpful but without feeling like a shadow over my shoulder waiting to pounce. I was able to really focus on the furniture and mill about freely. I returned several times to be firm on my choice as I am not a compulsive buyer. Debbie greeted me and I always felt relaxed. Then when I was ready to buy, she pulled a folder she had prepared in anticipation of my needs and the purchase was over in a few minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience.The associate in the sales department was also extremely friendly, personable, and efficient. I recommend this Schewels location. I’ll be returning for future needs.

Oscar was nice, informative, and fun to work with. He even interacted with our daughter (8) who is studying Spanish. They compared/conversed several words back and forth about various decorative items my daughter was fascinated with on a table.The young lady at the counter was also very fun, friendly, and a real pleasure to chat with during our transaction, though I apologize and cannot remember her name now.I would recommend either one to anybody for their furniture needs. Went to the Schewels in Winchester, VA. Salesman, Kevin was wonderful. Service great, prices great and staff very professional. I will definitely continue to always get my furniture needs from this store.

Our salesperson was a little distant/non personal at first. He welcomed us from a distance of about 40 feet and was not particularly engaging. Later, he warmed up to us and talked a lot, telling stories (even repeating the same stories); maybe a little too much. Overall, he was ok, not applying too much pressure.Everyone in the store was friendly, especially the young lady doing our paperwork with us. But she didnt understand that we wanted to pay one half down and the balance before delivery. I didnt reiterate it as I was signing papers and we ended up charging about $4,300 to our credit card. I didnt realize it until we left the store, so didnt change it. The salesperson did mention it in her hearing, but it didnt stick.We opted to not buy the additional warrantee, which sounded exceptional.We have not taken delivery yet, so no comment yet on that.

This was my first time shopping let alone buying anything from Schewels and I had a great experience.Taneish was my sales person and I couldn’t of asked for a nicer sales person. She knew the product and when I picked out my couch and had it delivered we realized my door was too narrow to get the couch through. Taneish helped me pick another piece to be delivered. Margery and Elizabeth were great in helping me close out the sale. You have gained a customer for life!

I am so impressed with the furniture prices and sales staff. Our sales associate Miranda was absolutely amazing! She accommodated my furniture needs as well as my familys. Rarely have I had such a pleasant experience spending money. Our sales associate was Miranda, she should be the standard by which all sales people are measured. She was very knowledgable and truly a pleasure to deal with. No hard sell, she was patient and allow us time to narrow down the choices.The furniture hasnt been delivered as yet so i cant attest to that part of the process, but Im hopeful it will go as well as the purchase.

Schewel was amazing. We had purchased furnishings for our living room else where and they ordered the wrong furniture. I went to Schewel hoping to get something as quick as possible. They worked with me and I had a beautiful living room in less than 18 hours. They have made a customer for life.

We ordered a sofa online. We picked the color and the price. Someone from Schewel called to let us know the sofa we ordered was on back order and was very helpful. We like Schewel’s they are easy to deal with.

After having such a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture Store, I went to Schewel Furniture Company leaving happier than ever. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Oscar who listened to what I needed and gave me time to walk around to see the pieces he suggested me look at. Such great customer service and everything was very clear to how my furniture would be delivered to me. They were super honest and even during this time of COVID, were able to solidify a date as to when I would be receiving everything. Buying furniture at Schewels in Winchester was a really good experience because the sales people are friendly and not overly aggressive, especially Oscar, who helped us pick out our rocker recliners. Not only was the deal great, two for one, but delivery was within a week! All other stores had a 6 to 8 week waiting period for delivery and cost more. We highly recommend Schewels as the go to furniture store!

The sales associate, Kevin, was very helpful and friendly. He let me wander on my own until I was ready for more info on a particular piece. He walked through pricing and their inventory with me and answered all my questions. A smooth, quick and frustration free process. Looking forward to delivery day for my sofa and coffee/side tables!

Outstanding customer service.

Nice store, and staff was personable. Nice range of products on the floor, from lower quality entry level furniture to higher quality. Maybe a little too salesmany at times. Id give it a 3.5 instead of a 4 or 5, because after being repeatedly told that their warranty is best in the business and no one else has it, it just wasnt true. Maybe I was just a too naive :). Solid warranty but the store credit you may get at the end comes with strings to spend a certain amount first. We shopped elsewhere for some other furniture and the store (belfort) had the same warranty, but without the strings on the store credit.

Hands down the best service in Winchester! I went in just looking at furniture. Well when I was told I would have it in 2 weeks, l said yes!! Other furniture stores said late December if not January, but not Schewels! I cant wait to sit on my furniture!

From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Donna I felt like I was treated well. All my questions were answered and although the store was busy I was made to feel like I was the only client. Had a wonderful experience at the store this past Saturday 10/3/2020. Just moved to Winchester to be close to family and was in need of a new bed and recliner. Had the most amazing sales associate, Taneish. She was a joy to work with and was not pushy in any way, like some previous experiences Ive had around the country. If everyone here in Winchester are as nice and friendly as Taneish was Im going to love living here. The office staff was excellent and I felt like I was more than just a customer. If Im ever in need of anything else I will definitely return to Schewels.

No issues with the products. Multiple Schewel’s employees were wearing face masks improperly. They kept pulling the masks down and invaded my family’s space giving no cares about rising COVID cases. Not got business practices. Safety needs to be put above sales.

The sales person was very nice gave you a lot of information during the check out time my sister and myself both for buying something there was a little confusion and the little blonde that was taking care of me charge me for something I didnt want because she thought she was taking care of my sister and was right rude during check out time she was very short About things that zhe telling me when I got done and went over to where my sister was the lady checking her out was very nice and reading things to her that my girl didnt take time to do my sister lady finish with paperwork thank my sister and handed her a set of steak knife s as a thanku for her business and I said well I didnt get anything and she said why not and gave me a set we bought the same thing so my was there a different d idnt make me feel good

Prices are ok. Selection was good. During a pandemic they could try a little harder. Half of their sales team and most of their customers don’t know how to wear masks properly. They texted me the request to review them at 8am Sunday.

I have been dealing with Schewels since 2009 absolutely love them . Great service and beautiful furniture they have everything you need and the best warrantys out there they absolutely treat you like family great sales reps and customer service they go above and beyond to make you happy I highly recommend them to everyone !!!
