For months I had been searching for the coveted 2017 Honda CB1100EX and then found the Valley Cycle Center listing on CycleTrader. Dustin took my call about it and accepted a deposit to hold the motorcycle while I arranged a personal loan for the balance. There was trust and fair dealing right at the get go. I asked for a walk around video. He made and sent it immediately. I asked that crash bars be installed in case the bike is dropped during its shipping journey from Winchester to Southern Maine. Dustin got right on it, and asked his service department to purchase and install the crash bars. And he is holding the bike on the showroom floor until my shipping guy arrives. Excellent service! My sons bike broke down at the next exit, first we thought was the battery so I came down here on my bike, got the battery, put it in his bike, but then it just cranked and cranked while displaying a fault light.Within a half hour, one of their technicians showed up with a trailer to tow my sons bike to the shop. It was a Friday afternoon and the technician gave it about 2 hours before he had to head out for the night. On their next full day of business, they called me in the afternoon as promised with an update. The part I needed was back ordered from the warehouse, but they found one at another dealership and were having it shipped. A few days later it came in and they had the bike ready to go within a couple of hours.Communication was great throughout the entire experience. The billing was exceptionally fair.Highly recommend this dealership. And thats saying a lot as I seldom ever go to a dealership due to so many rotten experiences.Wish I had a dealer like this in my area!

After bringing my bike in for a maintenance job, I picked up my bike and on the way home had some serious problems. I called the shop and they were able to go above and beyond to bring it to the shop, get it fixed up and back on the road.I purchased my bike here a few years ago and get it maintenanced every year and will continue to do so.

Excellent experience as a first time motorcycle buyer! I ended up driving 3.5 hours after shopping around to make this purchase. Transparent about vehicle cost, so from the start I was clear on the total that included any fees that you often have to dig through fine print for with dealerships. They followed up on my inquiry promptly and with genuine courtesy and answered all my questions/concerns. After speaking with salesman David I felt comfortable choosing to buy from them, and he kept in contact from day one until I was able to make the trip to pick up the bike. Karen in finance was friendly and clear about all paperwork, especially going through what I would need to register the bike in another state. She had me in and out without making it feel rushed and without trying to push any unnecessary add ons to the purchase. I was shopping for a small four wheeler for my grandson. Mr David Lupton immediately proceeded to me allowing me time to look around. I told him what I was looking for n he was right on it. Telling me the age that a child was allowed a four wheeler. I have looked around, thinking city dealerships could offer better deals, but thats not really the case. The only difference is they may have a bigger used section, but Valley Cycle is a good dealership.

I needed a part for my 2016 Polaris Ranger ETX, but was unsure about buying it online. Valley Cycle Center looked it up online during my telephone call, ordered it, and notified me when they received it. Prompt and courteous service.

It was a great experience I walked in and asked if someone had the time to spend helping me decide on a new Polaris ranger after I had A very BAD experience at RIDERSVILLE CYCLE1/2 hour before the owner is very rude and didn’t want to take time to sell a machine so when I went to Valley Cycles Adam stepped to the challenge and was very helpful in helping me put together a new machine I would be happy with. It was easy experience from the time I walked in all the way till the end when I payed for machine. I will definitely recommend to my friends to shop there. I just wish they had an ample amount of add on options in stock but I understand with the COVID just can’t wait to get it and start riding Thanks again Adam

Stopped in to get a battery for my dirt bike. Didn’t want to run home and install myself and waste time on a beautiful fall day. Asked the service dept if they could install it for me on short notice. They squeezed me in on a busy day and I was hitting the trails 20 minutes later. Great staff!

Showed up unannounced on my cross country trip (Las Vegas to Brooklyn) with a lurching FZ-07. Service manager diagnosed problem as a worn out chain (I guess 38,000 miles is a lot . . . I was clueless). Frank, the mechanic, installed a new chain, said the sprocket was fine, made a couple of gratis changes (tire pressure, greased the kick stand, etc.) and I was back on the road. Made it to Brooklyn with everything working great . . . no more lurching. Thanks guys . . . great job, fair price.

This was my first new bike purchase. I have always shopped at valley cycles for riding gear and all. Adam was so helpful going outta his way. Texting me after hour and all. To make sure this process went smooth for me. I can’t think him enough for all the hard work he put in for us on this bike. I absolutely love it and valley cycle. If your in the market this is the place to go hands down. Or just need gear they have everything you need and if not. They will go outta there way to get it for you.

Take it or leave it service - they sold me a bad winch install kit - less then 2 weeks old the winch will power in but not out - Hollys solution isnt to just get me the $40.00 contactor and take care of it - she is telling me I have to trailer my machine 2 hours - drop my machine off - drive 2 hours back - wait for them to diagnose it then repeat the scenario to pick it back up. this is a terrible dealer- once you buy it you can expect to be on your own - WHO WOULD DO THIS?? this shows how much holly cares - its truly a simple problem and a simple solution - I have friends that have similar experiences - I suspect you will read about them here

Went in to buy an ATV and a dirt bike. Adam was our salesman and took great care of us. We were going to go used (ATV) but Adam showed us a better vehicle for our needs at a better value. The overall price was less than going used. As for the dirt bike, he helped size my son on a bike that was appropriate for his size and skill level. Everyone At Valley Cycle Center took great care of us and I highly recommend them.

My husband stopped in to look at some of the ATVs they had. It was a Saturday about 20 minutes before they closed and you could tell everyone was itching to start their weekend. Adam was so helpful and nice. He showed my husband some of the ATVs they had in stock and explained some features of each. He took a credit app and by Tuesday we had an offer. We were able to drive off with it that same day. I would recommend Valley Cycle to anyone! They actually take the time to talk to you and explain things to you. At the shop, I was greeted at the door and everything went very easy. My wife and I browsed the showroom floor and were assisted by the friendly salesman. All details of the service were well explained. Price and time needed were reasonable. I highly recommend Valley Cycles!!! The Honda Goldwing was calling my name pretty hard.

First-Class Dealership! I inquirer about a bike and Dave responded to me the next day. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the motorcycle I was interested in.
