Called to make an appointment for an oil change after receiving an offer in the mail, I informed the service representative that the mailer just arrived and was already expired which made no sense ! The lady said oh sorry, but you can still make an appointment and just pay for the service at cost. So to me it felt like a “bait & switch”.
Initially, I started using this dealership because the Titan truck I purchased came with two years of oil changes and tire rotations. I continue to come here because it’s an ethical shop with knowledgeable mechanics. They also have amazing hours. I drive 27 miles out of the way to bring my truck back here for service. The quality of service is worth it to me.
I bought my 2020 Titan XD at this dealership, and took it back there so they could perform a recall service. This appointment was scheduled well in advance, with the clearly stated intent of getting the recall service completed. I even got a reminder from them a day in advance. Upon arrival, my wife is informed they dont have the part, and will have to order it. WHY DIDNT THEY ORDER IT WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT? We will have to make a separate trip down there again. It is a 50 mile round trip (at 12 mpg), and most of the day was wasted on this pointless trip. Not to mention that the recall service was not performed so we are still at risk from a potentially hazardous situation. Not at all happy about it. Will be interesting to see if they have any intention of trying to make this customer happy. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly. They smiled the entire time they were unable to help us.
I own three Nissan vehicles and a Volvo. I have work done on all four vehicles at Tri-State. They have always been courteous, truthful and informative. I will continue to have all my service work and repairs completed there. You cannot beat the convenience (just pull up - no appointment needed). Their service hours are excellent and the facility is always clean (garage and customer waiting area). I have been very pleased with Tri-State Nissan. Tyler helped me this time with a brake replacement and everything was great. All of their Service Reps. do a great job and I was able to apply my service points towards the cost which always helps.
I arrived late, right before they closed because I had been working all day. Kevin helped me and was extremely understanding and got the problem fixed right away! I really appreciate the extra mile that they went for me and they were professional and polite. I’ll be going here for all my nissan needs from now on. 5 stars!
Ask them replace both upstream O2 sensor. They did the downstream. Charged me 300 per O2 sensor when online u buy both OEM sensors for 100 dollars apcs. Over priced and still couldnt tell me why the check engine light was on. Fixed told me bank 1 O2 sensor is bad thats what i went there to replace and they didnt do. Do not take ur Nissan here
I’ve been going to Tri-State Nissan for several years. They do great work on my cars. They have reasonable prices and normally you can find a deal on their services. Highly recommend.
I had a warning light come on saying low tire pressure. Stopped by Nissan to have it checked. Tyler, was the service tech. Took what information he needed said he would check it out, found out I have a nail on the inside rear drivers side tire. He took me out to the shop and showed me the nail. He checked the computer to see if there were any discounts he could use to help pay for the tire, unfortunately there were none. And also unfortunately I can not afford a $200.00 tire for my car right now.
TriState Nissan is the best car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with ever. Prompt, courteous, professional service. I asked for a wheel alignment and they called me and said it wasnt needed. Honest service is hard to find. But you will find it at Tristate

My son was having his car serviced. I just sat in the waiting room, but it was very comfortable. Coffee and tea available, coffee flavor of the day, free wifi, a TV and a water cooler.My son was kept informed on the progress being made and given updates often. He seemed happy with the service.
Martin has been my service advisor before and he has never let me down. I bought my car from this dealership and have been bringing to back for all my service. They are very consistent and reliable and I love the extended hours.

I went to Tri-state Nissan to get my vehicle inspected and was offered more services than I feel like I even paid for. They reminded me that I was due for an oil change and they went ahead and took care of that, my 3rd of 4 free oil changes that came with my purchase of the vehicle. The thing that stood out to me was my windshield. Despite trying to use the wipers to clean it all the time, there was a film on the windshield, possibly on the inside and outside. The film made the windshield foggy to see through, but to my pleasure when I left it was like brand new. It was excellent service and I would recommend Tri-state Nissan to others

Love coming to Tri-state Nissan! They have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only in the sales department (Vlad is the MAN btw)but also the service department. The always go above and beyond for their customers is so comforting and hard to find nowadays.I used to cringe having to go to a dealership and even more so any mechanic or service department out of fear of paying crazy money for a jacked up job, but not here. The clock spring in the steering column failed, after being replaced by Sri-State less than two years prior. When they returned the vehicle to me, the steering wheel was about 10 degrees off center. They fixed that, but needed to keep the car for another day to fix. Different employees told me conflicting things about whether this was a typical issue with this vehicle.I am generally not happy, and would probably not buy another Nissan while Tri-State is my local dealer.

Terrible. I took my vehicle in for inspection and needed 2 things to pass which is understandable. They sent an email saying needed 7 repairs totaling approximately $1,700 in repairs, when only needed 2, they tried to slip the others by me not seperating required and recommended so i would hit aporoved electronically on all thing all where needed for inspection. I was in waiting room and never called or talked to in person. Nit honest with me
