She has treated myself, and more over my wife (which means the world to me), with respect, honesty, and has been the sole reason for my repeat business to Miller Honda for the last ten years. She is just simply fantastic to work with as a service advisor and also is just a wonderful person as well. I feel confident that when I can not be there to take our vehicles in Amy will be straight forward and honest with my wife and just take care of us as valued clients at the dealership.
My service representative Ryan Conner was very friendly and professional in his interactions with me. He explained which services were recommended at the particular mileage on my vehicle and clearly stated what they would cost. The services I required were estimated to take approximately two hours. The service Tech had the job completed in ninety minutes to my complete satisfaction. Ryan was able to bill me about twenty percent less than the original estimate. The entire service experience was extremely pleasant.

We were traveling through the area when our emissions & transmission lights came on in our 2017 Honda Pilot. Pressing the gas pedal didn’t work very well and it would rev up without being touched. Miller Honda was amazing! They saw us early the the next morning as a walk-in and we’re able to diagnose and repair within a couple hours even with a fully hectic schedule. It has been a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Miller Honda. I work a lot so they were able to process mostly everything while I was home working. They had everything ready when I did get to the dealership. I was only there for maybe 20 minutes. Definitely beats the several hours you spend at most dealerships. Chris Lutman is a great car salesman. He walked me through everything and just made this the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Plus the car is awesome! I got a new 2021 Honda Civic hatchback. The dealership had a wide selection of model and trim of vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Working with the sales representative was positive. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the process (paperwork, etc.) was easier than past experiences. The dealership was very clean. I was hoping to get a a little more for the trade-in but overall it was a very good experience.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a great experience! First of all, we were purchasing a vehicle from over 600 miles away. Jeremy (and the other staff) went above and beyond to accommodate us at a distance! He was very professional but also very personable. There was never any pressure! We trusted his word since we couldnt test drive the vehicle ourselves and we have not been disappointed! IF PROMISED FREE OIL CHANGES, MAKE THEM GIVE YOU COUPONS!I bought a car July of last year from Miller Honda. The experience was good, and the service was great. I love the car. My salesperson was Axel, and he promised me that I would get 3 free oil changes on him. I was not provided coupons for this, but both Axel and the manager said that I would get 3 free oil changes. I trusted them on this because of the good experience with them. Today, when I go to get the first free oil change, I am told I needed to have received a coupon and they would not honor the free oil changes. I decided to cancel the oil change on principle, but since they had already done a tire rotation, they gave me the tire rotation for free, which was nice. Moral of the story: never trust a salesperson. Get everything in writing.

When a part didn’t arrive to complete my service the service manager, Steven Randolph immediately contacted me. He kept me abreast of the service status over a four day period. I truly appreciate the high level of workmanship by the guys turning wrenches, the attitude of the service managers, and sweet ladies in the service finance department. I’ve been a customer of Miller Honda in both sales and service for more than fifteen years. I loathe car dealerships and the car dealership experience, but I’ve always found Miller to be fair, friendly, and most importantly, honest. If you need a Honda, or if you need routine maintenance on almost ANY car brand, Miller is a fantastic choice. (Also, if you have an Acura out in the Winchester area, it’s great getting routine service there since so many parts are the same.)
John Hartz helped us buy our 2021 Honda Pilot. From the minute we arrived at the deanship to the time we left, the entire experience was great. It was one of the least stressful car buying experiences Ive ever had. I recommend everyone to go check them out.

Miller Honda is the only place that has ever serviced my car. I drive 4 hours round trip to bring my car there. I have always found that they are honest and do quality work. It would be cheaper for me to take my car to the mechanic down the street, but I found that their quality work and honesty has definitely saved me money in the long term. I highly recommend Miller Honda for car service, especially if you have a newer car that you want to maintain well.
Just got the 2021 Honda HR-V. What a beautiful car. I was nervous buying a new car and dealing with car dealer sales men. First time I bought a car alone without my husband. But there was no reason to worry. The staff at the Honda dealership went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Especially Mr. Funkhouser. My salesman. Very smooth experience. It took an hour and fifteen minutes from the time we entered the dealership until we took off with a new car. Mr. Alex Gutierrez was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the car and he even set it up per our preferences. The financing paperwork was done in no time.I had to drive for six hours to get there but it was worth it.

We have been customers of Miller Honda since the 1990’s . We purchased our first 1995 Civic used for our son when he was in High school . Since then several Honda Accords for us and now a 2016 Accord V6 Touring . We have used this dealership for all our service . The are courteous and friendly and take great care of you . When going in for routine maintenance or inspection, the are thorough and will let you know if they discover something that needs to be taken care of - and they will take the time to do it . Love the emails. Texts, and information that they provide. Highly recommend this dealership and service department .

Bought a vehicle from them July 2020, they talked me into armor all protection, an extra $600 because they knew I had kids and pets, said if you get a stain or anything bring it here and we’ll take care of it, so I call three weeks ago because I lost my dogs and found them covered in mud, worried with just getting my fur babies home they got dirt in the car I can’t get out, I call wait two weeks for a service appt, drive 40 minutes early in the morning after working 50 hours the previous week in healthcare to the dealer to find out THEY DONT DO IT THERE, you have to call armor all and file a claim and then get referred somewhere. so lie #1 they don’t do it there. Filed my claim and 3 days later it’s denied BECAUSE DIRT AND MUD ARENT INCLUDED. Lie #2 you aren’t protected against anything that’d happened. Greedy a$$ salesman pursue to add on stuff and then give wrong info!!!!
We have been having our Honda service at Miller Honda for years. Whenever I contact them, they always seem familiar with me personally and with my car. While I am there, the service department staff is exceptionally friendly, courteous and attentive. The costs of the service is also consistently relatively reasonable and without excessive add-on charges. I have never had any issue with the completed services performed, such as unnecessary or improperly completed work, and they are always explain service-related issues very thoroughly. They always seem willing to go above and beyond for the sake of my cars well-being, and so they get five stars from me as well as my continued loyalty as a service customer.

Very rude part service person name Jeff. Told him that they never told me everything for a rental and he hung up the phone on me. So I was left Im the heat and rain with no vehicle until they got my van done for a recall that was needed. Will never take my van back to be fix by them. Very unorganized place.
Customer service rep was a great help and kept me updated on progress being made on my car. Cost for work done at Miller Honda is very reasonable and that is very much appreciated.
We had an unforeseen problem with our 2017 CRV … the oil pan protector was broken and tie wrapped… the service tech .. the young man at the left front desk really worked with us and took care of our problem… we’ve always come to depend on the reliability of the Miller Service department

After the auto parts store failed to comfirm a suspected dead battery, I took our 2018 CRV in for a battery or possible electrical problem. Car wouldnt start but battery showed fully charged. They diagnosed the problem after a more in-depth diagnostic as a dead cell in the battery. They replaced the battery. Best part was it was all under warranty, so no charge! Ryan took care of everything, explained everything clearly, and was very professional!
Routine service was efficient, informative and safe. Their online appointment scheduling was easy to navigate and well programmed with no hitches. Staff gave clear explanations without rushing through.Waiting area was clean and spacious with alternate sitting areas available.

So I found a person (Shea Hockensmith) at Miller Honda/Crosspointe (used cars) that I have come to trust like a brother. I can say that because I have bought three (3) used vehicles from him over the past 5 years. He has proven (and that takes some doing) that he is not just out to make a sale, but to make sure you as the buyer are going to get the car that meets your needs. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES from him, but you will find a genuine all around good guy who will do his best to make you his customer for life!
