Very clean and big store! Has a great amount of products, including groceries. Would love to see more in the grocery section tho. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Also, having a time slot for pickup would be such a huge help. Other than that perfect!!! Will most definitely continue shopping here.

Target treats their customers better than most other stores

I absolutely LOVE this service. It saves me from making a trip only to find out the item I want is not available. It has been vital during the pandemic and is still a wonderful benefit. I have bought much more at Target due to this way of shopping. I will continue to use the pick up option whenever it is not convenient for me to shop in person. It was particularly nice when purchasing a number of gift items in a variety of sizes. I truly let YOUR fingers do the shopping.

Went to pick up an online order…while in the store (after a 45 minute ride to the store) I received an email saying the item was not in stock. This is beyond frustrating and disappointing and will no longer use target online.

I always have good experiences here, but today a young man named Tijon helped me today with an exchange. He was extremely polite and courteous, not just to me, but to all of the other employees and customers he interacted with. I was truly impressed with his level of kindness and professionalism!

Finding merchandise is always easy and sales are common. For basic home essentials, items are always stocked with new ones being introduced regularly. Im usually pleased with their clearance section. As a suggestion, having more shopping baskets or smaller shopping carts would be welcome for those needing only a few items.

Everything is organized, and the employees are very helpful. They always have what I’m looking for, and there’s a very comfortable atmosphere when walking into the store.

Very pleased with how the whole virus situation was being taken seriously at this store. The girl at the register was very polite and explained that she was wiping everything down between customers. It was very appreciated to see her wiping down not only the payment terminal but all of the stuff that the customer may touch and wiping down the belt before I put my groceries down on it. While I am sure there will be a customer somewhere that complains that it took too long, I greatly appreciate all she was doing to keep me safe as well as herself. I have to say that I also noticed the employees walking around wiping down all the handles to the freezers as well as other areas that customers may touch. While I am not sure if it is necessary to be that strict about wiping things down, I know that any customer that noticed, felt better about being there today. I will remember that when choosing which store to shop at in the future because this store did its best to keep us, the customers, safe and healthy.

Good luck getting someone on the phone at this location. After being told a supply truck would be in on Tuesday, I called to verify they had what I was looking for. Three calls and 50 minutes later, someone finally answered and gave me the good news. I drove 35 minutes to the store only to find out that info was not accurate. The following day I called to see if it arrived today but after calling each department and letting it ring 20-30 times until it disconnects, no one has picked up yet. Times to hire some responsible people for your customer service department.

The tech in Electronics knew how to reset the iPhone I purchased at Target.

Curbside pickup here is a mess - even in July, five months into the pandemic. No signage indicating where to go or what to do. This store needs to learn how to do curbside from Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, etc, all within walking distance of this store

During these unprecedented times, this store is the only one i will shop at due to the precautions Target has taken and how diligent the staff is with adhering to the policies.

Great place they just need to have more cashiers consistently

The employees are nice but there is always(!) a significant line to check out. No mater how many employees I see throughout the store or how many I see while I’m standing in a ridiculously long line there never seem to be enough to ring customers up. Just today, while there were at least 3-4 people at each register, one of them closed... I couldn’t believe with that many people waiting someone would actually close their register. You’re much better off going to another location.

Target supports stuff I dont like

Emploee Elizabeth went well beyond job expectations today. She was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about all merchandise. She was patient with me as I am elderly and have trouble with my hands. Target has a winner with this cashier. Congrats Elizabeth on the coming baby! True dedication.

Thank you so much target after ordering a bookshelf online because I have a very fussy 1 year, as I drove to pick up my order my 1 year old fell asleep after screaming for close to an hour because she had 4 shots yesterday. I politely called and explained that my baby had just fallen asleep and I just needed to pick up an order I had my email confirmation up and my ID out and asked if there was anyway someone could meet me near the doors so I didnt have to wake up my 1 year old who had just fallen asleep! She very rudely answers no... u need to come in the store. So I got there woke up my child and walked inside to say I needed to pick up an order she asked for my last name and said go ahead and pull up we will bring it out. THANK YOU target I just got to take the 45 minute ride back home with a screaming 1 year old because your employee couldnt have just met me half way in the door!

Very disappointed with how there are no signs with products that are one per family. If this is a rule, you need to post your policy around the item it is for. I wont be shopping back at this Target. I have a very upset child because of your so called policy. Thanks for that.

I love target always great customer service good deals most days

I have only two problems with this target. #1 The bathrooms. ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING. I have never seen it in any other state. The last time I used the bathroom there, there was literally pheses on the toilet seat! All the stalls were nasty. There is scotch tape on nearly every toilet seat? What is that about? Either that or the finish is pealing off... Im not sure. #2 Check out takes forever. The last time I was there, I could hear the employees talking over their walkie talkies trying to find someone to come up front to help check out customers and not one person was available.
