Excellent customer service!!!

Yesterday I had my third hole in my ears pierced at this location and was very happy with the manager who took care of me. She was very professional and kind and had a lot of knowledge. I was caught off guard by my total cost because I believed it should have been a lot less but I dis not say anything and need to look at my receipt. Otherwise I am very happy and my ears do not hurt at all. I cant remember her name but a big thank you to the manager 😊

Loved it! The lady who works there was super patient and super sweet. She gave both me and my sister our second ear piercing without any problems. She made sure that both ears where lined up correctly, and took her time to make sure we where satisfied. I eventually want my nose peirced, and I think I just might go back there.

All the jewelry I have gotten there has Tarnished and looks gross! I’ve only had it all for about two weeks now🙄. Never wasting money there again!!

Purchased items for Christmas, gave gifts and one needs to be returned. Upon looking at my receipt Ive noticed extra unapproved charges for extended warranties ranging from $4-$10 for items ranging from $20-$60! This was a very dishonest move to charge more without my consent of adding the warrenties, which I wouldve declined if offered anyways. Im very disappointed and just for the extra charges I will never shop here again!
