I brought my travel trailer to Rice Tire to get inspected. The employees behind the counter were very pleasant. I will continue to take my travel trailer to them to get inspected.

Great service for such a busy shop! About a year ago Rice Tire technicians inspected my older camper and installed new tires. Most recently one of the service technicians ordered a spare tire for me and mounted it when it came in. Additionally inspected my newer camper and truck. I believe the inspector could back up my camper better than me.

We would highly recommend Rice Tire. We had an issue with a newer tire. We were told it couldnt be repaired. Rice was honest, assured us that it just needed a patch. Didnt try to sell us a new tire. We respect their integrity, the quality of and the timely manner of service. We will use them again for repairs and new tires.

Great tire shop that services light trucks and passenger cars, in addition to medium duty service vehicles and vans along with heavy trucks and tractors, semis, and trailers. They got my passenger car in quick and out the door same day. Appointments are highly recommended and typically required so they can get the parts and tires that you need. They are my go-to for all things tire and truck.

I Got the pickup truck tires I wanted put on they didn’t try to sale me any extra stuff. Had my tractor tire fixed as well an saved me money on that deal. I’ll definitely be returning for all my tire needs.

Blew a tire and called Loves in Toms Brook who said it would be 45 minutes to change it. Around 2.5 hours later, they were saying 45 minutes more... for the second time. Decided to drive across the street and call Rice Tire out of Winchester (good experience once before). Rice arrived within 30-40 minutes. I would highly recommend them to heavy truck drivers. Their time estimates are accurate and the mechanics/techs are top-notch and friendly. Everybody there is doing a great job!

Great people to deal with7/23/18Left truck here for 7 hrs..change tire,fuel filter,check air leak..Pick up ..tire not touched,fuel filter done...(98$)air ride messed up totally...system not working,have leak in seat line...never a problem...got told we cant fix???You break it....you should fix it period!!!As well 98 dollars to do 15 min fuel filter change is higher than dealer by atleast 30 dollars...Never again....Is a shame people do not stand behind their work....

Had a 40 foot triple axle, bumper pull race trailer, and it was loaded with all of my household belongings. Nobody would touch it unless I unloaded trailer. Im a disabled combat vet, so I would have had to pay people to unload the trailer. Not a problem at Rice Tire. One tire on the trailer was getting a flat spot, new trailer so didnt know why, but needed a new tire, and I wanted a spare as well, and I wanted the axle checked to figure out why it was only one tire. Rice got me in, got the work done, and it wasnt as expensive as I thought it was going to be. I dont live in the area, but if I did, I would definantly use them again.

Brian and his crew are great! Ive been servicing my car there for over a year now and whenever I need something done in a pinch they get it done. Pricing is fair and honest for the area. I gotta admit Rices was the lowest rate to have 4 tires mounted & 4 tpms sensors relearning I was in and out in record time, I will be back in the future.

Needed some suspension work and an alignment done on a big camper van that wouldnt fit in any of the other shops in the area. The folks at Rice really went above and beyond to help me out, were conscious of my budget, and didnt try to upsell me on anything silly. They put high-quality parts into my rig and kept me updated on the status of the work. When they had to keep the van overnight, they were happy to keep it plugged in so my 12v battery system wouldnt drain.As a bonus, I spent a good amount of time in the waiting room and found the employees to be a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable bunch.Highly recommended for any auto work, and especially recommended for any chassis-related work on a Class B RV.

I quit using this place a couple years back due to some poor customer service. Mainly lack of communication and meeting promised deadlines.The place has new management and staff that seem to care about the client at hand a give a feeling that they want repeat business. Been back twice since for my business fleet.

Slow, slow,slow. I brought my vehicle to have a nail removed from one tire and plugged. I arrived at 3:15 pm but my vehicle did not go in until 4:40pm. I called in earlier that day and they said first come first serve and they didn’t have any cars in the garage. What a waste of my time! 2 hours

Rice Tire saved me from an $1100.00 scam that Malloy Ford in Winchester tried to pull. They are super-honest guys. I went to them because of a close friend who also found them to be super knowledgeable, very reasonable on price for repairing a problem with a large high-end Tiffen motor home.But below is my experience:Last week I took my truck to Malloy Ford in Winchester as I had uneven tire wear on the left front tire. I thought I had an alignment problem. They told me the alignment was dead-on and they would need to look for other problems. After taking the truck back to the service department they told me the front ball joints were badly worn and in fact the left front had 2 inches of play in it. They said I needed not only to replace the front ball joints but also the back for approx. $1100.00 in parts in labor. (The big red flag was that there are no rear ball joints.) I than took the truck to Rice Tire in Winchester and scheduled replacement for this week. Took it in early this morning and 20 minutes later they tell me the ball joints are tight and that the nuts securing the bearings were only hand tight. The Rice mechanic took me into the shop and showed me that the ball joints were tight and in perfect order on this truck with 55,000 miles. My bill came to less than $33.00. This is the worst case of consumer fraud Ive ever encountered and now I really suspect that the radiator replacement that Malloy did in the spring was unnecessary and also fraudulent. STAY AWAY FROM Malloy Ford, they should be investigated by the state attorney general consumer fraud division and there dealership agreement cancelled by Ford. There is no gray area involved in this scam.
