Wish I could give them 0 stars bought a piece of granite Saturday and was told it would be cut and polished in a couple of days. Called on Tuesday they said they just spoke to the cutter and it should be ready Thursday. Called Thursday and was told after being put on a 5 minute hold they need a ticket number. I was not given one and explained what size it was they then told me we can’t cut anything that small. What a messed up business they are running. Wish they could have told me that last Saturday. I just wasted a week. Thanks for nothing

Brian and all of the staff were super friendly, very knowledgeable, answered our millions of questions, and finished our kitchen remodel ALMOST on schedule even during the height of the covid pandemic when everything was on backorder or out of stock.Brian is a genius when it comes to vision and kitchen design. Listen to him when he as an idea for a style or color combination. The install staff are very friendly and work long hard hours to make it right. They do beautiful work!Prices were very reasonable. We had another local design/install business give us an estimate before we found Floors and More and we got better quality cabinets and hardware, better design, more quantity of flooring, better attitude, and all for less money!My wife LOVES her kitchen and floors! She raves about them to everyone. Throughout the process, Brian became a friend and would be welcome in our home anytime. I highly recommend Brian and his crew for any home project.

Debbie was the young lady that helped us and she is good she know a lot about floors and carpets. She let me take home samples so that my mother could pick out the colors. Then she came to the house and measured and told my mom that her guy can move the heavy stuff, we just have to remove the stuff inside like the TV and China from the China closet. Within 24 hours mom has the price and she only needs to pay half now and the rest later. My mom was pleased. Thanks Debbie.

We had a kitchen backsplash installed 5 months ago. When the installer showed up, he had no idea what pattern was agreed upon so thankfully I was home to manage the process. There were a few items that needed to be finished to complete the job and they were very difficult to work with. They could not find our receipt to finish the job but thankfully we had our receipt to prove we had paid for everything. We had to constantly call and remind them that the job needed to be done. It took 5 months for them to complete the job.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Customers can get complete design/build or buy just material or labor. An extensive showroom lets you see, touch, and feel. Have used these folks several times. Always good.

Worst and rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited for a few minutes upon walking in because the guy who is supposed to help people on the floor was on a, what sounded to be, personal phone call. When he finally got off the phone, he spoke to me for less than 30 seconds, that’s when an, from what I can assume based on their conversation and how he greeted them, established high ticket client walked in. He drops speaking with me mid-sentence and starts talking to them, and then pulls out his cell phone to make a phone call for them!!! Without saying one word to me, no “excuse me”, or “let me handle this really fast.” It was embarrassing and degrading and I sure as heck will never be returning to this place for ANY reason. I would drive thousands of miles to a different distributor before I’m made to feel as insignificant as I was today.

We worked with Brian Kelley in updating our kitchen. Brian was very knowledgeable of materials, attentive to our vision, and extremely innovative in creating a designed that exceeded our expectations and within budget. His use of trims is brilliant and adds a very elegant touch.

Quality people! Love Debbie she is a doll! The installation crew is curtious and gave us great pointers to create an even better carpeted areas! We are having them come back for granite as well as carpet on the stairs! Fast, quality and dependable!!!🙏

Great service, Debbie came to my house and helped pick bathroom flooring, she was unbelievably helpful. Flooring went in with a minor problem with the resetting of toilet, plumber was called by Akbar and fixed immediately. They were outstanding from beginning to end.

Great people and pleasent to work with, we had granite countertops installed and the price was great, service was great and the job is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Only given one star because I have to....Ordered granite countertops and purchased a highly recommended under mount sink from this company in December 2018 - Installed at the end of December, had to call back because sink was not connected properly and water would run out the front - installer returned and correct that - In January the sink started to show deep scratches and then I found a cut in the granite - I contacted Debbie by email and she replied at first with I will contact the manufacturer and get back to you send her several emails and no reply. I then called and spoke with Andy, he sent the installer out to look at the sink and countertop....installer told us owner Akman would contact us - after several texts to Andy the owner finally called my husband and said he would contact us again....never heard back - I will never recommend this place !!! Super disappointed !!!

I went to outlet center on Berryville Ave. Prices were a little steep for my budget. I found what I needed for my project.

What a horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly recommend not going with this shady company. What they do is sell your product and hand you off to a 3rd party installer and wash their hands clean of you. I had purchased new kitchen counter tops through them and the jokers installed the bar tops using book shelf brackets from Home Depot thinking that will hold a slab of granite. I have been going back and forth for nearly 3 months trying to get this corrected. They had no problem with charging my credit card before the work was finished. What a joke of a business.

Very very satisfied . The prices are great and jobs get done on time . They have wide varieties of counter tops and tiles and the employees are friendly I would def recommend this store to any of my friends and family
