Weve now made two orders from Hardware and Tools. Excellent Service. Coming from a smaller city in Canada, we were at our wits end trying to find the product we needed. After searching the internet we found our exact product at Hardware and Tools. I am extremely impressed at how fast the product was shipped and received. I would definitely recommend Hardware and Tools! .

Recently made a purchase which I had next day air shipment on for over $141 shipping. According to their website it states rapid ship 1-4 days. My understanding of this was Next day= 1day, UPS 2nd Day= 2 day shipping, UPS 3 Day = 3 days shipping, and the fourth day would be a higher than average ground charge but it would receive priority. This would model EVERY other supplier I use in the industry. I gave them one star because it was a holiday but they received and replied on 12-30 (10:20AM) that my order was processed so I assumed it was coming. Despite several emails to get any updates, I still dont have the product. I called to speak to a customer service representative and of course had to leave a message stated I wanted to cancel my order. Sure enough, several hours later I get a call telling me the order has already shipped and they could not stop the shipment. I immediately checked with UPS and it showed shipping label created and ready for pick up......they could have stopped this shipment. BUYER BEWARE, this was a second chance from me, my first order arrived in about 2 weeks but had previously opened/used product. This is a bargain bin type shipper so you get what you pay for, then add excessive rapid shipping to really drive the knife home! There was no listening to my understanding of the rapid ship and the lady just kept repeating, our website states 1-4 days!

I got Amerimax contemporary style gutter parts from these guys. Their parts were way, way cheaper than anyone else and combined with some negative reviews, I was a little afraid that they were a scam. But everything got here on time and correctly. So Ill order from them again.

I purchased 2 cans of aerosol ant and roach spray online. I complained about the 1 can not working. I was sent 2 new nozzles. After trying the nozzles It was the can itself that was defective. I sent another email with a video showing & explaining it was the can that was defective & now the 2nd can is not working. There is spray left in both cans but neither can works. I was hoping to receive another can. I did not. I will not be buying from this company again. Its not worth the aggravation.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. False advertisement be ware! You think your buying whats in the photo but they send you something else an try to make a fool of you. Their error and refused to fix there mistake instead telling me I have to eat the loss for shipping. Will never give them my business again an am going out of my way to make sure no one else does either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Placed an order to only have company send me an automated message that my items are back ordered. I have tried to contact the company via both phone and email for days and nobody EVER responds. Stay away from this dumpster fire.

Placed an order on 4/3/20. Order confirmation said it would ship in 4-5 business days. When I called on 4/17/20 to inquire about my order I was told the item was out of stock. I never received any notice letting me know it was out of stock until I called. Theyll NEVER get any of my money again.

Product arrived late and was needed for a move. We ended up buying the product locally from a hardware store and requested a return of the unopened, in excellent condition items once it was found in the new stores location. We were told that the request did not meet their return policy guidelines. Poor customer relations. We will never order from them again.

Horrible company to deal with, they mail you the wrong item then argue with you. I sent pictures and theyre still arguing, no accountability.

They shipped my order after 10 days. Their website said ships in 3. This really held up my operation. Tried to email them about it, and the email was returned. These guys suck.
