I purchased two 6V fisher price batteries in August 2020, by August 2021 one of the batteries wires started to come apart from the battery. Both batteries were kept indoor when not in use and where charged appropriately but within a year the wires were already coming apart. I contacted the company in which they said their technician reviewed the photos and stated that it came apart due to a hard impact & he could tell because of “scuff marks” but the only marks on the wires were from the electrical tape I had placed on it to keep the wires from being exposed & coming apart anymore but they only offered a 10% discount if I ever purchased again. If the wires came apart due to the way I cared for the batteries, then both batteries would be experiencing the same issue, not just one wire on one battery. I’ll never purchase from this place again. Their batteries are cheap for a reason, definitely learned my lesson and will purchase elsewhere.UPDATE 10/4/21After posting this review the general manager Andrew contacted me via phone and email. I explained to Andrew everything that had happened including my original contact with a representative through email in which they stated it was my fault the battery wires came apart even though I knew I had taken good care of the batteries. Andrew reviewed my emails and apologized greatly for the inconvenience of everything & stated he would be sending me a new 6V battery later that day. Their customer service has been exceptional besides one time. Not every product a company produces is going to be perfect, but what is important is how the company handles their defective product & battery mart handled it very well and fixed the problem. I will purchase more batteries from here. I will update again once the new battery actually arrives and put it up to 5 stars.

What a wonderful company. Needed a replacement battery for my side-by-side; most places were quoting over $100, Battery Mart had what I needed for $80. FedEx did.... FedEx things and lost the battery. I opened a claim and was able to work with Ashley at Battery Mart, who without prompting asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I know how hard it is for shippers to get reimbursed by FedEx for lost materials like that and I appreciate that step! It was my 3rd order from Battery Mart and definitely wont be my last!

Battery was shipped quickly and arrived in two days. After following the detailed directions for adding the sulfuric acid and charging it (using a Battery Tender 1.25A charger) it charged to 6.32v in a few hours. Would be nice if the instructions were for a 6V battery rather than a 12V. I was able to find the correct charging value for a 6V battery to confirm a full charge.

Battery Marts website explains the batteries in detail, so I knew immediately what battery I needed for my old Black and Decker drill. Battery Mart shipped my batteries to me promply and the batteries were well packaged. I charged the batteries when I received them and they work good for now, in my Black and Decker drills. Time will tell how long these batteries hold their charge. But so far I am very pleased with Battery Mart products and service.

REVISED 9/17/20 - I do not recommend purchasing from here. I received a dead battery from them, and they made me send it back to them for testing. From the moment I installed the battery, it would not even power on the lights of my motorcycle when the key turned. I had to jump it every single time, so I asked to return it. I left it on a charger for several days as well, however if I left it for more than 1 day NOT on a charger, it would be dead.After sending it back per their instructions, they tested the battery and said it was fine to return to service however this battery is DEAD DEAD DEAD. Requested a refund instead of replacement, however I was told I had to pay a $10.00 shipping fee to have a new battery sent to me, since the old one was good. The old battery was absolutely positively NOT GOOD.I suppose if you get a good battery from them (I have in the past) it would be fine. The testing took 2 weeks, my motorcycle has been off the road for longer than that because of this dead battery.Thank you VERY LITTLE .. trusting your customers and providing top notch service should be job #1 and you should do everything you can to ensure their happiness with your product and service.

Arrived quickly. Battery needed small terminal spacers (not included) 10mm bolts to short so had to go to hardware and get good quality bolts. Repeat customer with BatteryMart. Previous battery (Big Crank) lasted 3.5 years (pretty good) for 96 FLH. Big Crank out of stock so got $73 AGM 350CCA and hope this lasts as long. Overall very pleased with BatteryMart.

I received the battery very quickly. It was packed well and in perfect condition when I opened the box. I’m pleased so far.

Tried to return a battery for my BMW. They told me to use the attachments to make it work. Tried but it didnt work. Then they said I would receive a return code by email from their return program. Never received any response. Tried again and they sent a video on how to use their attachments. I ordered a specific battery that has bolts that screw into the battery and that is not what I got. Finally I found out there return policy requires that you return everything complete with orginal packaging and you pay shipping. I ordered another battery from another company and received just what I ordered. I still have Battery Marts battery if someone wants it and will just call the 70 dollars Im out as a lesson learned. Be careful dealing with this company.

Prices are good. Customer service is terrible. I ordered a battery with 2 day delivery on a Tuesday afternoon. It arrived the following Monday. I lost at least 3 days of riding my motorcycle that I was planning to do.They offered $4 off (it was a $95 battery). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was connected to voice mail. Left a message and never called me bac, Called again and left a message, never called me back. Never got even the $4 off.So, if you like the price youll eventually get your battery. Just dont expect any support if theres a problem. 10/26/20Edit response. There was miss communication and BM did try to contact me but my phone blocked their call. Battery mart recommended the wrong battery for my UPS. Shipping was as much as the battery. Customer support said that they would take the battery back, but I have to pay the shipping for their mistaken recommendation. Yes, the batteries are cheap, but you have to be confident that they arent lying to you about what battery you need before purchasing from them.

Customer service was polite BUT company advertising was misleading on battery for my product! You have to soder battery connections to make install! No thanks!! The batteries that were to be replaced had all the same nomenclature numbers as those that were sent. However neither battery will fit into the enclosures. The batteries I was replacing are Battery Mart batteries I had purchased two - three years ago.
