Went to the Winchester VA location this morning, Danny Collins helped me purchase and install a new battery for my Toyota 4runner. I ordered online from the Winchester store and promptly received and email notification that my merchandise was ready. When I arrived at the store I was politely greeted by a very pleasant customer service salesperson. I was courteously asked to show the required I.D.; which was verified and I was thanked for understanding why the identification was needed. The merchandise was ready and waiting for me with the receipt and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! I have used this store before because of their excellent customer service and will do so in the future as well.

I went in rather late this evening. I was in desperate need of a battery for my Jeep. Danny was such a great help! He replaced not only my car battery but also my headlight. He was so friendly. We had a get conversation while he was replacing everything.. The two young ladies in the store were also a great help and very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are comparable to other stores. Michael is a consummate and capable phone tech. He called me twice to update me on the diagnosis and then again to get the go-ahead on the repair. With the speed and professionalism in which they resolved my issue, I would absolutely recommend and use their services again.

Went in for a Screen Replacement on my cell phone after I had dropped it on asphalt. The young lady who took my phone for repairs gave me a shrug as she told me it would be about an hour. When I returned, it looked like it was fixed. Later that evening, I noticed that there was light bleeding through the bottom of the screen, and that the screen was not attached at the corner where it had been dropped initially. I could push the screen into the housing of the phone to prevent the light bleed, but it wouldnt stick. I put some weight on it overnight hoping that the screen would adhere to the phone. Unfortunately it didnt and guess what? It cracked when I had it in my pocket and rubbed against my steering wheel. It got worse when it fell off my desk onto padded carpet. I went back in to explain that the screen was not installed correctly in the first place, and since I told them that it had fallen off my desk, there was nothing they could do, even though the cracks originated from where the screen wasnt attached to the phone. Oh wait, they could give me a deal of $90 for a new screen...just the glass Its $5 on Amazon. Bottom line, if you need a simple fix, go here. If it looks like there may be the tiniest bit of craftsmanship required, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Pretty small selection of batteries for a place with Battery in the name. Staff is friendly. Prices wouldnt draw me away from shopping somewhere more convenient.

Danny, the owner, is so knowledgeable........such a people-person. Rarely, do you come across someone so honest, so genuine, and cares for his customers like they are family. Winchester is fortunate that he decided to open such a remarkable business in our area.

Stopped in for an uncommon battery that they appeared to be out of, gentleman dug through a drawer to find me one when a lot of other stores wouldve just said nope, were out. On top of that, when I realized I didnt have my wallet, he trusted me to leave with the battery (~$3.00) and come back and pay.

Scheduling the appointment online was easy, the staff was friendly and answered my questions, the phone repair was quick, and the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommended!

Stopped in to get some 9v batteries. They have a nice selection of hard to get batteries & other items. Fair prices for good brand of products. Not junk stuff like Battery Mart.

First time I had my screen repaired something was wrong with it & it didn’t work properly so I bought it back & they fixed it again no charge & works perfect!

I ordered and paid for a battery online, to be picked up the next day in the store. The next morning, they called me to say that the price I paid online was actually about 50 cents more than what they were charging in the store. They told me they were canceling the credit card order, and would have the battery waiting for me, so I could pay the lower price when I came to pick it up. I know its only 50 cents on a less than $5 battery, but thats pretty darn good service! Thanks!

I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S7 battery which they had installed 10 months earlier. They quickly and cheerfully replaced it at no cost - very pleased!

The customer service really impressed me. The person who waited on us was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us valuable information on the phone battery we were replacing.

I read reviews before visiting the Winchester store and have since had two phones repaired as well as a car battery installed. I think this store and the people working there are top notch. after reading one negative review i just had to put my two cents in. The gentleman who experienced the problem with his phone seems to be blaming the store for his carelessness. He mentioned that he could buy the glass for his phone for $5 on line. That is only for the glass and not the digitizer connected to the glass which makes the phone operate. I normally dont post on line but when I read negative posts, i just have to speak up. Shame on you for blaming this fine store for you problems.

Price was better then anywhere else they did not have the part but special ordered it for my phone and installed very fast and they were very kind would highly recommended them for anything

I took my tablet to be fixed they told me it would be ready in a week and it already passed two weeks and didnt hear from them so i decided to pick it up to take it to another place and there pricees are to high too

This store has some of the nicest workers I have ever encountered. I was greeted promply and within mins my questions and concerns were met(Sample) 2/7/2017 I woke up to my cell phone not turning on just a blank screen might i ad i had to be at work by 10. When I got there the gentleman that was there informed me that the guy who works on the phines would be in at 10. But of course I was stressed and had to be at work by 10 .I wish I could remember his name (sorry) but the guy asked where I had worked an of course I told him and he stated no problem how about you leave it here and when its fixrd he would drop it off to me.It was extremely generous ( I have a stent and coil in my brain so I need my phone at all times incase of an emergency) so I was so flattered he offered and he followed through within hours my phone was dropped off to me.See there are good people with good hearts still out there.
