Had a good service experience here yesterday. Called in a day earlier and was able to get in for a brake job and regular service. Vehicle was ready on time and no issues picking it up. Lorenzo kept me informed and was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back for my next service in a couple of months. They did have more inventory on the lot which was nice to see.
Malloy was very helpful in trying to find the specialized battery that my car needs. But it was not available. I appreciate the efforts made. I also appreciate the personal service to keep me informed of any progress along the way. Thank you.

I took a vacation from work and traveled from Massachusetts to Nashville, TN.Around Winchester, VA, I realized that my 25,000 mile checkup was coming due within 20 miles.After googling I found Malloy Toyota to be the nearest Toyota dealership to me, I called on a Saturday and the service department at Malloy Toyota got me right in to their busy Saturday schedule and took great care of me.I am so appreciative how they were professional and attentive to my needs and to my situation.I would recommend this dealership to anyone as a top notch organization.Thank you Malloy Toyota !!!
My experience with Steve in the Malloy Service department was EXCEPTIONAL. I was having car problems while I was out-of-state visiting relatives. I am a senior citizen, traveling by myself, and was concerned that the car would not have gotten me home without major problems 2 days later. I could have been an easy “target” for a service department to inflate the diagnosis of the issues with my car. Instead the diagnosis tracked exactly to the problems I described, Steve was incredibly professional and responsive, and the problems with the car were repaired completely at the estimated cost in one business day. I have nothing but high praise for Steve in the service department and the service technicians who did the repairs.

I have 4 toyotas. I do most of My own maintenance. I do buy my oil and parts from Toyota. The service department is great. Parts department is amazing. When I do need them to work on my vehicles, I love the outcome everytime.

If you want a simple oil change, rest assured they will look over your vehicle for any issues. While some folks may enjoy a 20 minute oil change, many of us prefer to have service done right, not fast. If you want a shop that is fair and knowledgeable, give Malloy Toyota service department a try. They have earned my business and loyalty, and Im confident they will work hard to earn yours.

Sure, we can do it right now while you wait.They were efficient and kind. Car came out clean and they read and completed the service as written. Friendly staff & did a good job. Only minor gripe is that apparently the online appointment system doesn’t actually update the staff that you have an appointment. So when we arrived for our 3:15pm appointment on 8/30 we were told there was no record of an appointment (appointment was made via their online system on 8/29 at 12:15pm and an email was received from Malloy Toyota 4 min later confirming the appointment). Fortunately we were able to show the email confirmation to prove the appointment was legit and, knowing the staff is very accommodating, they probably would’ve worked us in anyway.

I purchased my Camry at Malloy Toyota in April. It was an easy quick process with the help of Tray, sales associate and Dustin, sales manager. I had my first service appointment on Saturday. Matt was courtesy and professional. My service was thorough and quick, less than an hour. I highly recommend Malloy Toyota.
The service people in the maintenance department were friendly, fast & efficient. I was there for an oil & filer change, & tire rotation; they finished in less time than expected. I received a friendly call promptly when they were finished. As soon as I had dropped my car off at Toyota to be serviced, I promptly recurved a shuttle to go to the store. After my shopping, the shuttle was waiting patiently to pick me up before our agreed time & the driver was so pleasant & so helpful to help me with loading the groceries into my car. As soon as I got to Toyota I was able to quickly pick up my keys & head out.

I brought my Camry in for the 2 year Toyota service and it was completed efficiently in the time I was told. Steve is very friendly and processed the scheduled visit quickly. I looked around the dealership and was asked if I needed help. but no-one was pushy, just friendly.
I called late Saturday morning to see if they did state inspections on Saturdays. I was told they did. I got there at about 1 or 1:30 that afternoon. While my vehicle was in there for the inspection, they discovered that there was a a recall which required a software update. They let me know I would be there a little longer than expected. They got it all done in a timely manner and I was ready to go shortly after that.Thank you to the service desk staff as well as the technician that did the inspection and software update.

We had the pleasure of working with Justin Kissi today on the sales floor. It was than a less than ideal situation leading to the vehicle purchase, but he was so kind and understanding. Would have been 5 star but you lost me in the line and the basic service that you said was 60-70 minutes was 110 minutes. They had not even taken my car back at the time that you said I would be done. Great service at checkin, checkout though.
Purchased a new 4runner today from Bryanna who was excellent to work with. Most definitely would go through her again for another purchase. She made everything as smooth as possible. All of the staff there are on top of their game and very friendly as well as helpful.
The service department has very friendly and attentive, knowledgeable staff. The mechanic that serviced my car did a thorough job. Even discovering that a rodent had chewed my cabin filter. Filter was changed and area was treated. Thank you. However...I would suggest that you add a glass door to the childrens play area. Require that it be closed when occupied by children and be supervised by their respective adult. The noise from two mostly unattended children was disruptive and very loud. Their mother was outside using a cell, or just not in area. I stepped outside and so did several other people. I would have stayed outside but it was too hot. All of your patrons should be comfortable while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.

I was visiting family in WV when my 2020 Highlander needed it’s first maintenance check. Malloy Toyota was the closest to my location. They scheduled an appointment for me, took me in as soon as I arrived, and completed the maintenance in less time than they promised. They were great! Kind, courteous, ready to go, and someone met me at every turn and welcomed me. I highly recommend them!

I normally dont post reviews but I feel like I need to express my extreme satisfaction with Malloy Toyota of Winchester. My salesman was Justin and he made the whole process so easy, the car was ready to look at when we got there, answered every question I had and was patient even staying well after close to make sure we were set and satisfied. I also know that the market for new cars is crazy and dealerships can turn away customers that ask to much but Charles as the Sales Manager did the absolute best he could for me and worked with me to close the deal. In NO way did anyone use pressure tactics or tricks to make it happen. They gave an extremely fair market value on my trade and worked every aspect of the deal to make it work. Danielle in Finance was extremely nice in explaining the options and made the entire back end part of the deal a breeze, it was the most comfortable finance meeting I have ever had. This dealership gives you the respect and the attention that many other dealers will not. I will recommend Malloy to everyone and will purchase my next Toyota from them. I have already ordered some accessories and talking with the Parts department they are as equally as respectful and helpful.

The experience I had at Malloy Toyota was great! Sam was knowledgeable, polite and did an amazing job answering any of my questions and getting me into the car of my dreams with the payment Im comfortable with. All team members were friendly and the experience I had was better then any other dealership that I have previously been too.
Hard to imagine that I receive an e-mail to bring my vehicle in for it’s fourth complimentary service only to find out there was no correlation to time or mileage and my service cost $99.95. Yes, I was given some kind of explanation but to this day, am still somewhat puzzled. Needless to say, I had taken the time out of my day to take the vehicle and the service was provided at the aforementioned price.And to make it better, no calls later that day to let me know the service had been completed.I did rate a single star because I am relatively sure the actual service was completed. Other than that, rather sad state of affairs at Malloy in Winchester Virginia.
The finance process went smooth until the end when I was asked to sign off on the Sealant Protection that I did not order. Finance person said too late it was already on the care. I contacted Alex Coleman Used Car Sales Manager and he made it right after an apology. I appreciate the quick refund without having to go thru a bunch of hassle. I bought a new C-HR at Malloy today and had a really good experience. Like most things in life it is the people that make one dealership stand out from the rest and there are some fantastic people working at this place. My salesperson Devon was incredibly patient and helpful. It took me a few days to decide what I wanted to buy and he was there to answer all my questions without being pushy. Devon was the reason that I made this purchase from this dealership.

We went there trying to get a Jeep trailhawk and they sold it out from under us.. plus they didn’t want to fix what was wrong with it.. so we went to malloy ford and got a much better deal and had no problems getting in a newer car!
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any dealership. We purchased a certified used vehicle to which they were supposed to repair a few paint issues. Long story short, weve had it there on two separate occasions now and the repairs were still not completed. You get passed around to different people, none of which apparently knows what is going on. I guess so everyone can point the finger at the other person. The management personnel either work limited hours, or they just dont bother to return phone calls. I live 80 miles away from the dealership so its not like I can just pop in. I guess they got me once but they will never get me again. Reporting this to Toyota care to see if they will help.
I recently had to get my suv towed in. Everyone I worked with was sympathetic to my situation and right on the problem. They got me in that afternoon and my vehicle was ready at the end of the day.
The staff were able to help with all my needs today! They were polite and found a way to get me what I came there for. The parking lot was open and easy to see the cars, and the salereps allowed me to go on an extended drive with the car. Bought a $20,000+ car from this dealership that ended up having serious issues. Took a road trip with me and my family and got stranded hours away from home. Really disappointed because we were reassured that it was in great working condition.

Employees were friendly enough. When making the appointment on the phone, the associate told me it would be a 45 to 60 minute appointment, however, when I got there, I was told it would be a 75 to 90 minute appointment. That was disappointing as I had to wait one and a half hours, which threw off my schedule for the remainder of the day. It would have been nice if they could have vacuumed out the car while it was in the shop. That’s a courtesy service I’ve always been grateful for.
Upset is an understatement from dealing with this dealership. We had to take our 4runner to this dealership 3 times in a week span trying to get an issue fixed while on vacation. Needless to say that it wasn’t fixed the first time or even the second resulting in me and my family being stranded and not able to attend a loved ones funeral several states away due to this service departments failure on completing their job. We spent a small fortune getting my car fixed along with many plans messed up and money lost due to their negligence. Skip this place and go to another dealership. It is not worth the headache. The parts guy named Sam was nice but the issue wasn’t him it was the mechanics not fixing what was needed as well as prolonging our trip making us spend even more money. After pulling up to the dealership and seeing our vehicle still in the parking lot and not being worked on after an hour of them being open made matters worse. We waited for three hours with our twin toddlers in their lobby to get this issue resolved. Praying they FINALLY fixed it so we can get the heck out of this place. Our experience was terrible.

Steve and the Service Techs provided great TLC for my 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser with 380,000 mikes that had severak issues. They patiently repaored the ABS shielded wire, replaced AC Compressor and several other issues. We have seceral Toyotas ranging from 1986 - 2019 and Malloy has been great servicing them all.
Salesman wasn’t pushy and we worked out a deal where we were both comfortable at. Will go back again
My experience w/ Mallory Toyota service department had been way less then satisfactory! I bought a 2021 Tacoma and around 20,000 miles I noticed on certain humid days that their would be water dripping onto the passenger side floor, coming from under glove box area. Service department worked on it but did not fix problem! I took it to service department again, this time a technician witnessed the leak, but I had to schedule for a loaner vehicle before I could leave it to be worked on. Left vehicle for a couple of days and basically was told that since problem couldnt be replicated that they didnt know what to fix! This problem doesnt occur except under certain humid conditions after driving vehicle under certain driving situation. Was told that it might be normal weather condition that might cause it! A hurricane, tornado is an abnormal weather condition but water leaking onto a passengers feet sometimes w/ A BRAND NEW TRUCK IS NOT NORMAL!!!!.

Over the phone, Kevin Linn was open and honest, and was able to give us a very competitive deal on exactly what we were looking for. He made it seem like his pleasure to help us out.When we arrived to sign the paperwork, George Harman took over. He was jovial and relaxed, and importantly, he didnt try to add any costs to our purchase. They did offer a few things I declined, like third-party cleaning services and extended warranties, but they werent pushy about it. Called Malloy to price a part for my Tundra. While I will no long have work done by Malloy I THOUGHT I could reasonably buy parts. I was wrong. I priced the cost of a new wheel bearing and was quoted $543. I called 2 other toyota dealerships in the area and both quoted me a price that was more than $100 dollars less.

I had my truck serviced and the tech checked the sheet stating he hadnt bother checking my spare tire, I now have a low tire light and without putting the truck on a lift I cannot check it. When I phoned in I was told not to jump to conclusions and to bring it back. Also, the tech left off my value stem caps.Why should I have to go out of my way to run all over to follow up when if Malloy had done the job I paid them for I wouldnt be having this problem
Ive used there service for 4+ years...always courteous...no problems with service...reliable and dependable...i dont use the Toyota dealetship in my town...i drive 22 miles 1 way just to get my vehicles taken care of

This was our first service after purchasing our used corolla. At the purchase I had purchased every additional item/ product available for extended warranty purposes. This included free oil, tire rotation, and general service. My daughter was shocked she was billed for the first such lube services. I called and spoke to Sylvia who quickly rectified this. Im now waiting for a refund check.Will consider a higher rating once this is totally resolved.
While I can appreciate the attentiveness performed in getting my state inspection done, I did have one criticism I believe would’ve dropped my rating down to a 2 star. I awarded a 4star because I have to highly commend the staff at the service desk for their professionalism. Also thankful for the speedy services rendered by the state inspection staff. My wait was one that hasn’t been matched by other places I’ve took my vehicles. That said, I was really blown away by the costs recommended for replacing low beam, high beam and fog lights. $275 for stock halogen bulbs with labor to install 6 light bulbs I found to be super SUPER ridiculous that I had to laugh. Only because they had been swapped to led bulbs (which had been DOT approved leds, but I won’t argue about it if the state inspector would prefer the stock halogens). While I understand that we had a tropical storm in the area, no rain warranted justification for that cost recommendation. The low beam and high beams combined take 7 minutes at most, without the need to lift the 4runner or anything. Actually by far the easiest bulbs to attach. While I agree that the fogs may have pose a challenge, at most 10 minutes for someone that hasn’t gone through the trouble of removing 5 10mm bolts. Mind you I still had the factory bulbs on hand. Same Phillips bulbs they would’ve probably used which are readily accessible anywhere else for way less if you only assume labor costing around $70-75 hour. The bulbs maybe a total cost of $30 at $10 a pair when bought at the nearest store. I went to change the bulbs back myself, in the rain, took the vehicle back and got my inspection passed. The brakes recommendation I was aware would need changing soon and them spotting just that does show that some care/interest was provided with the service aspect. So in the service sense, they definitely exceeded. The up charge for changing my DOT spec’d leds on a technicality back to the same factory bulbs however I thought was a bit steep. I just laughed it off again, they looking out for themselves but still. Bit much. Beyond that, thanks for the services rendered. Each time(besides this charge recommendation) has been a pleasant visit.
I took my truck in for a recall. I also asked for the state inspection, and pricing for a spare tire and retaining equipment to secure it. The recall work was completed, a Toyota courtesy inspection was done, and no pricing provided. I still have to get my truck inspected, and have no idea what the spare tire and equipment will cost. The recall work was completed to satisfaction.
In and out for oil change and tire rotation in 20 minutes. Excellent!
