Went in to have my recalls fixed and have them check out an issue with my driver side window. The recalls would take roughly a whole day, so in my online request, i asked for a loaner car. When arriving, they didnt have a loaner car ready, and wanted a technician to drive me home. I said that wouldnt work, so then they found a loaner car. They called me to say the recalls were done and the window would cost about $400 to fix. I told them i didnt have that right now and would have to reschedule. I arrived to pick up my car about an hour later, and my window hadnt been put back together. They said they could drop the price to $300. At this point, i just want to go home, so sure just fix it. The window is not fixed, and actually worse than it was before. I still have to make an appointment to get the window fixed again.

After shopping around at many dealerships, We finally found a great selection of vehicles at Winchester Mitsubishi and the customer service that Patrick Brinkmeier provided to us was phenomenal! We drove over an hour to look at a vehicle that they told me was ready except for being cleaned. When we got there, she had us test drive it. The a/c didnt work. The engine light was on. One of the tires was 10lb. below pressure. As soon as we came back fun test driving she started saying, were going to fix the a/c, so she already knew it wasnt working. As we were telling her well make an offer, another salesman took the keys she could FaceTime someone else. After not buying the car, I called and could only speak to the financial manager (he wouldnt let me talk to a sales manager). He was very rude and kept talking over top of me. He ended up hanging up on me. He knew I had the text message to prove I was lied to.

Had to bring my 2018 dodge caravan in to get the tire pressure checked because the light stayed on even after I tended to all 4 tires. I made an appt for 130 i hope the issue is being resolved because its 230 and im still here....Jason has always been very thorough and attentive when I bring my van in im hoping doe the same quality service this time as well

The website had the same exact vehicle we chose listed at $20,000. Sticker price when we arrived was $26,000+. We felt like we were tricked to come into the store. Regardless, the sales consultant, Katie Johnson, and the financial paperwork guru, Matthew Frye, were very polite, helpful and professional and made the whole experience quick and painless. I scheduled my first oil change with Ethan today and had the same experience with him. Overall, A+ experience and we would highly recommend this dealership. We just wish the website wasn’t so deceiving.

I was disappoint that a few features that the sales rep told me that the vehicle had was not in my vehicle (I.e. screens on back door windows and the heads-up feature). Honesty would have been appreciated. Don’t know if I would refer others to Winchester Mitsubishi dealership. It caused a lack of trust in what I was being told about the vehicle and the purchase process. I felt that I was just being treated as a sale and not like having a satisfied customer. I didn’t want the vehicle due to the lack of trust. The manager Rafel Jabour, did meet with me and offered additional accessories and amenities which was very much appreciated. I have the vehicle now and so far it’s very nice and handles well. I was looking forward to the missing features which did draw my attention to the Outlander in the first place.

This dealer is a SCAM. They used a Straw purchase on myself and my mother, which is illegal. I signed to be a CO signer for my mother on a new car and I guess even with myself as cosigner my mothers credit wasnt enough to purchase the car. Somehow even though I only signed to be a CO signer they were able to put everything solely in my name. We did not find out about this until my mother went to make her 1st payment. Which she was unable to do so because her name was nowhere on the loan or vehicle at all. The loan is now through Langley federal credit Union and they will not fix anything until they get the original contract that my mother and I had signed with the dealership. I have left messages and they have not contacted me to me to try to resolve the problem. Do not ever go here. BUYER OR SHOULD I SAY CO SIGNER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

My vehicle was poorly detailed. The windows were hazy and streaked as well as surfaces that werent wiped off and were dusty. The sales manager didnt really allow any opportunities for negotiating. Its unclear how to make my payments through the finance company they used. I was also told they would take care of my cosigner by giving them a tank of gas for having to travel almost 2 hours to the dealership, however they fell short on this.

Ben Shabib the sales manager was absolutely amazing, he really worked with our family in getting us in a price range we were comfortable with, and had such patience with us during this time, he was knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and really knew what he was talking about during the entire interaction with him. We want in to have my window and everything else fixed in my 2015 Dodge Durango and only thing that got fixed was my oil and my AC fixed thats it. I will never go there again and the service people was very ignorant I left there with wires hanging out of my tire and my Vehicle is still massing up. I did even have this vehicle for a month they didnt even change my oil when I got it.
