Just transferred my service today. Read the online reviews and decided to give it a go. The customer service from Yasmin was extraordinary. She is truly customer focused and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. i can understand why she is now managing 3 stores. I cannot recommend this store any higher. I was a little bit worried when my brand new phone was having connectivity issues so I brought it here and I have to say Alberto is a phone wizard! He takes the time to study up on all the specs of each phone and was able to solve my problems super quick! Best experience ever with a phone store!

They’re never open every time I go. It closes 2hours before it’s suppose to.

The guy that works in their now is superb, he is very knowledgeable and helpful, if he werent there, unlike the older workers who were less engaging, I would definately give them like 3 stars

Staff was outright rude and had no knowledge of phones. Also, apparently the store doesnt even carry SIM cards. They told us to go to Target instead. If thats the case, then whats the point of this store in the first place?
