Typical of most other GameStops, so returning customers will surely know what to expect. However, during my recent weekend afternoon visit in several years, I walked in to a line of customers waiting to be checked out. Upon leaving, the line had only grew longer with those waiting looking annoyed. Only one worker was present. Surely he was aware of the situation, but seemed to be working at a slow pace. Perhaps it would be best to be staffed with more than one during summer.

Most gross and understocked GameStop that I have ever experienced.

GameStop emailed me asking for a review for their website. I just got an email back saying it doesnt meet their guidelines. Anyway, here it is.Overprice, poor quality.My ten-year-old saved all of his birthday money and did odd jobs around the house to earn cash for a PS4. I dont know anything about video game systems so we relied on the advice of the store associate. He recommended the PS4 Im reviewing here. (A four or five year old PS4 500GB.) We got it home and the fan sounded like a jet engine. At this point, I decided wed be better off with a new PS4 Slim 1TB, rather than this used five-year-old used one and Id just pay whatever the difference was. After returning this unit and getting our money back for it (and the year warranty we had also purchased), we put our funds toward a brand-new PS4 Slim (which of course included a year warranty already). Want to guess how much more the new unit cost us? Ten dollars and fifty-eight cents! Ive had other interactions with GameStop that werent bad, but this time they tried to take advantage of a ten year old kid.

Always willing to go above and beyond to help you. Love it there. I always have a million and 12 questions, and they will answer everyone, and if they cant then they will find someone who can.

Customer service is amazing. When asked about certain games or systems they knew what to say to persuade me to buy the game. When asked about preorders they gave me an idea of games that were suited to my play style. Manager and employees were very generous and made sure that I got everything I needed that day.

Having only been in the area a short time, this gamestop is like all the others.I came in for used games, and I found it to be an easy experience. The people working knew what they were talking about, and were kind to me, making the experience go smoother.Not much else to say, other than they have everything that gamestop usually offers.

Dude in the store on 7/11/17 at 6:30pm has a very rude mouth. He was disrespectful. It not always what you say it how you say it. He looked at me and my boyfriend funny as soon as we came in there. Would i go as far and say he could be racist. YES I WOULD. Worst customer service ive ever experienced at any place.

Despite other reviews the staff is very knowledgeable of the products they have as well as they will help with any issues that you may have. They are unaware at time of sale if an item does or does not work.

They scam you on returning any games. I returned a ton of games one time (it was 36 PS3 games) and they offered me $100.52 which was the value of like 1/3 of the games.
