Such a great team! We have been with Sprint for 23 years! We had the best customer service from Jesse, Christopher, and Keely. I was able to get my son an amazing Christmas gift while my bill stayed the same! They truly care about their customers!

The Sprint Store Kiosk in Apple Blossom mall is most definitely the best place to get Sprint help in Winchester, VA!!! Jesse and his staff are all friendly, knowledge, patient and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend doing all of your Sprint business with the staff at this location!! I know that my family and I will not go anywhere else!

Amazing customer service by Christopher and the others at the location. I got a upgrade on my phone and took advantage of the great Christmas special of getting the IPad .They set everything up for me and explained everything and said If I had any other questions don’t hesitate to come back. They also transferred all my information to my other devices. Talk about going above and beyond .plus got me a great deal on a case for both devices 😁😁😁

Unbeatable customer service, my family and I was making a switching over to sprint with the help of Austin Gottshall. He was super helpful and was clear with what he’s doing. Any questions that we have, he explained it thoroughly and made sure we understood our concerns. Even when his shift was about to end he continued to assist us with no concern of his time. He did not at any point try to rush things due to the time. Excellent Sales Rep, I can surely say I’m glad to have went there!!!

When I first walked into the store the reps were busy but Angel cheerfully greeted me. One rep never acknowledged me has she looked me in my face and walked to the back and shut the door. Angel and khazhay helped us upgrade our phones and reduced our bill. Very happy with their customer service. (they deserve a raise)

I was in the mall one day in stop and asked about upgrading my phone. Staff was very helpful and get me my phone upgrading few months later I had a problem with my phone took a to it corporate Sprint store and they said there was nothing they could do. Took it back to this place and they bent over backwards and are in the process of getting me a new phone their customer service is by far better than most other Sprint stores theyre very helpful . Will be coming back to Sprint key ask for all my other Sprint requirements.

This is the best sprint store hands down around Winchester. My husband, my daughter and myself always come here for anything dealing with our phones! I was there the other day and worked with Tyler and Katelyn and were very pleased they are amazing to work with and know what they are doing! I will continue to keep coming here!! The only negative thing I would say is the girl they were training brook came across rude.

My family and I have been customers with sprint for many years. Recently I had a question about my bill. I visited the location by the Sears store and I spoke with both of the managers and they were very kind and very knowledgeable about how to explain my bill. They broke it down by each number and explained where I could save. The entire process went very smoothly and it allowed me to understand the bill better than before. I am very pleased with the customer service within this store and I will continue to take my business there.

Overall my experience with Sprint as a company has not been great. I went into this sprint store expecting mediocre service ( I was pleasantly surprised). When I entered I was greeted by Khazhay. She was wonderful! She was very kind and seemed to genuinely want to help. I told her my circumstance and she and another co worker Angel came together to find me a solution that many others have failed to help me with. After months of going to several different stores this is the one that could help. I advise and follow sprint customer who need help with anything to seek out these individuals, you will be taken care of.

Had great help and great service that did a really good job answering all our questions and they even helped us with their specials deals they have going on right now with new phones and special bundles they have going on! Recommend coming to the sprint kiosk because they are fast, convient and very helpful!

It’s rare to find good customer service in the Winchester area, regardless of what service you are looking for. I received not just good, but excellent customer service from Dana, Candace and Lettie. Recently switched from AT&T, and Dana made the process very smooth and efficient. Will highly recommend this store to friends and family.

My little sister broke her phone and is going on a trip on Monday, we went to this store to get her a new phone this past Saturday and they said it would be there the latest (Tuesday) yesterday, we went in today and its still not there. They said to go to the other sprint store to get her a loaner phone, we return home with the phone to find out the loaner phone is not working. My sister needs a phone to be safe on her trip and now we dont know what to do but these people were no help. Weve been loyal customers of sprint for years, Will not be returning.

Waited three hours just to transfer one phone to another. Also was not very knowledgeable with limited supplies. Store reps excluding trainee and Hispanic rep were not to enthused to assist. Did not feel comfortable on this visit.

Inflated how much they would pay for our phones. Shady and liars. They have two plans both charge the exact same amount. One pays off the phone and the other doesnt. They auto sign up for the one that doesnt pay it off and tell you that your phones will be paid off in 6 months. Contact sprint and they say i havent even started paying the phone off. Stay away

This is the worst sprint store. Its a kiosk and I highly suggest that you dont go here and if you do, make sure to pay cash and only cash. If you use your card, they photocopy the front and back before charging it for security purposes. I tried to pay with my card and their system timed out so I payed cash instead and somehow they still managed to charge my card too and get away with it. Its complete BS. The employees are also dumb and dont know what theyre doing and are beyond rude.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!! I love sprint but i rate this place a 0 if could i went there to activate my phone the lady tried 1 time than said it cant be activate and she didnt know why after she said i need it sim car and she didnt have one for my phone even she didnt bother checking, went to best buy got a sim card came back and she didnt even tried she said the phone was not sprint even the case said it was left the store got online via chat got it activate in less 5 minutes.

Employers are very rude and they didnt know how to do anything. Anything we asked for, they told us either to call them or go to corporate store. We drove to the next store and they helped us without any problem. Customer service is the biggest reason I left sprint
